Lots of large capacity machines. They totally replaced their rolling baskets with new ones. Prices for machine use is competitive. Easy in and out. Even though there were more people than usual this time there was plenty of room for everyone.

We usually go to a different laundromat but they are closed so we decided to come here to do laundry and everything was fine for washing but when we got to drying, we put a quarter in and turn, it was working fine till we put more quarters in and yes we would put one quarter in and turn... We put 3 dollars in and it wouldnt turn... The lady says its our fault because we was turning at the same time... We will not be coming back here again

We had no bed bugs or any bug bites what so ever. We did our laundry here, now my child has bites all over him-- it was specifically his clothes I had laundered there. So I guess dont go because of the bed bugs youll undoubtedly get.

I’ve been yelled at multiple times by the lady, for outrageous things. She just has a nasty attitude, and at 8pm today (30 minutes before closing) she told me I couldn’t get my laundry, muttered something about being on time for quite awhile, and hung up on me. These people shouldn’t have a business at all, and if they hate eachother and their lives that much, they should just end it. Completely disgusted of this place

Washed my clothes and they didnt even come clean the wash machine actually made my laundry way more dirty than it had begun no I wouldnt use it laundromat if I were you just some helpful information

They dont speak English and I dont really know if they were cursing at me,but its cheap to do laundry,and someone stole my phone from there,so I dont recommend anyone going there unless you can have people who are very very respectful working there!!

I love this place. We are truck drivers and we have them do our laundry for us. It is well worth it. They are very friendly. I dont know their names but they are always pleasant. Anytime we are in Springfield this is one of our first stops. You guys are awesome.

Machines worked great and the staff was super friendly. I went about 6 pm and there a lot of people. No air conditioning but hey it wasnt bad.

I wouldnt take my clothes anywhere else.The lady that runs it has fixed multiple pairs of my jeans and did great each time,they have everything you need there cause it never fails I forget something everytime dryer sheets,softener something.Way better then most the laundary mats around here

Let the laundry build put to a mountain again. Knocked it out fast with the great big machines. And even got to watch the Superbowl while doing it. Pretty Great!

Wonderful place to have dry cleaning done. The staff are always friendly, helpful and remember my name. Also, great place for alterations. The dear lady who works at this location, altered my daughters bridesmaid dress using the measurements I gave her but it was too tight. It was my fault but she was so gracious, remeasured my daughter, did a beautiful job with the alterations and had the dress ready the next day. She declined payment on the second alterations but we just had to give her something for her time and talent. They were so reasonable in the first place.

Had my sons band uniform needed dry cleaned, over the phone was quoted $11.00 and on the price board saw the charge for 2 piece suit was $11.00. Went to pick it up and found the receipt was a charge of $14.00 for the same 2 piece band uniform I was quoted over the phone, no explanation for the discrepancy. The uniform was clean, however was not satisfied with the price difference.

I use this family operated laundromat for drop-off bundle service and dry-cleaning only. When I pick up my clothes, it is always obvious that the utmost care and respect have been given to my clothing. It is always neatly folded and hung, with no wrinkles. Its as if I am picking up clothes my mom has washed for me. You can see and feel the love they put into their work. After my second visit there, they have recognized me on sight, and grabbed my clothes before I get to the counter(even once when I hadnt been in for three months). I feel as if they truly care at this establishment.

Everytime I stop in Springfield, MO at the Prime Inc. terminal I go here to wash/dry/fold all my laundry... its quiet, the owners are nice and very helpful. Also, the washers and dryers do a great job on your clothes too

High Efficiency (HE) Top loading wash machines are $1.75, Driers are 25¢ for about 9 minutes of drying per quarter. Side Load High Efficiency wash machines are $2.50, $3.50, and $6.50 depending on size of load you need.

Good location but the dryers made my fabrics smell like kitty litter every time Ive used different machines too also we had an 80 dollar sleeping bag and a blouse and comforter melt from the dryers. The comforter and sleeping bag were in two different dryers and not next to one another either

I went in to wash and dry my clothes at 7:40pm. The owner female and what looked to be her son? Maybe. Would not let me because she said the last load must be in by 8:30pm. Its well before 8:30pm. Very rude and I will never do business here!

Buying one little box of soap is over priced. The entry way to the bathroom is half blocked by a vending machine. I am not sure if someone in a big size wheelchair could get in the front door. They charge you extra if your just needing the dryer. If someones dryer dies at home, I think being changed extra just to use the dryers is crazy. The dryers are also outdated, they have no digital display to show you how much time you have left

I had nothing buy trouble at this laundry the lady that works there did nothing but harass me every time I came in there about how many clothes I was putting in the dryer and howmany I would have in the washing machine she always said I had to many and would try and extort more money out of me by saying u need to use more machines and im sorry but Ive been doing laundry a long time and I have never been more insultedin my life than I have than when I came here I ended up telling her I will take my money else where im surprised there even still in business

Horrible service ran by foreign people that cant speak English they dont maintain their building northern machines I got screwed out of money they wanted to argue with me about O2 machine working but the machine never actually put soap in and my clothes never got washed and they wouldnt reimburse me.

This place surcharges to dry clothes if not washed on site.. i started to do but i then noticed how dirty it was, the rudeness of laundry attendant.. she needs a class on customer service..Also the place has outdated machines, . The place was dirty and this was at 11 am .The top of machines in 1 section c cluttered with boxes.
