Great place to wash your clothes. Its pretty big so there is usually always machines open. They have large capacity washers and dryers so you can get done pretty quick. Restroom open and they have a vending machine.

This is the best laundromat I have ever been in. Noone can compare to this place. I would give 5 stars if they were open 24 hrs. But understandable why they arent. The washers & dryers all work. All are up to date and very clean. And they have a coin machine to help pass time. Plus they sell small plants with homemade pots. Very unique laundromat!!!

Super clean place with all new machines that work great! You can use mobile pay too. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We use it to wash our big comforters. The machines even offer a rinse cycle to clean the machine before you place your clothes in.

Clean, convenient and fantastic climate control. Most laundromats Ive been in are always really warm, this one is lovely. Fancy machines can tell you when your laundry is done if you get the app.

WOW. I have been to a different laundromat once a week in every state all over the country and Ive never experienced a laundromat like this!! So clean. So efficient. So modern! Lots of space and easy to use machines, a screen that tells you how long each machine has left and which are available. The TV arent on loud so you arent being screamed simultaneously from different channels. It even smelled good. Laundromatting done right!!

This is a great laundromat! Clean efficient, and all up to date. The prices are on the high end but its worth it. This review would have been 5 stars but unfortunately the staff was less then kind and when I asked questions having never been there before, I was told just touch the screen and dismissed. No one enjoys being looked down on and treated unkindly.

The place was very clean. The girl working was nice and helpful. The customers were a new experience for my daughter and I. I definitely will be going to the Wash house again if I need a laundry mat.

This is a great place to do laundry! The staff is very friendly and helpful! They have amazing quality machines that are significantly better than their competitors! The Wash House is great with low prices! I washed and dried all of my clothes for under $10! They have great priced options depending on the size of load that you are coming in with and they also have options that cost a little more, but they will do your laundry for you! So this works great for people with with busy schedules! All in all this is an amazing place to do your laundry and I would suggest this to anyone in need of a great reasonably priced laundromat! Plus they have WiFi! You cant really get much better than that, so this is your place to go!!

Since I am in the process of moving homes I dont have access to my washer and dryer so I was looking for a laundrymat....I found a NICE & CLEAN one at The Wash House!!! The two employees were so nice and helpful and the place was bright and clean and didnt have any funky smells. I will continue to go there and highly recommend this place!

Its a clean facility with helpful employees, however the machines eat your coins and the and their app is somewhat useless if you have to use cash to load money onto the card/app.Edit: thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately Google wont allow me to reply to your comment.This was my first visit to this laundry mat.Im sure the attendant would have obliged. She happily exchanged my dollar coin for quarters.If it happened only once, I wouldnt have minded. Multiple machines have this issue. It would serve the customer more if you serviced your machines.I looked to see where I could have added Google wallet, as advertised on the front of your store, or a spot to add my credit card to the app, but I couldnt find it anywhere. If I chose to visit next time, I will try to look on the app again. Thank you.

Experience that I had at the Wash House was beyond words outstanding who was superb on the ladies there were very helpful with me I am a legally blind visually impaired person and they help me set up the washer with the screens and everything and the dryer and I dont drive or anything and they have a covid-19 enough to put me in a corner you know away from everybody or I can sit there with a mask on in a corner and enjoy sitting inside and sit and sit outside on the concrete or anything like that they went above and beyond the Call of Duty and then another worker came on a younger girl came on at evening shift and she was awesome to everybody was super super nice and I highly recommend these for washing mat it is hands-down the best in Springfield

FANTASTIC! When you walk in it’s warm and smells like fresh laundry. Katie was my attendant and she was an absolute doll! She was super friendly and all of her suggestions were spot on which was perfect because I was on a huge time crunch. Would 100% come back again and would recommend!!

Went in at 8:30pm. Sign on front door said last wash at 8:35 pm. I was greeted by a very rude attendant that told me i could not do my wash. I only had one small load to do but the rude woman would not let me do my wash. I was a regular customer but will never return again. That was really inconsiderate and unprofessional. No thanks Washhouse.

Little pricey but they have really nice washers and dryers. I dont like that they dont have chairs though. I took my disabled mom with me and I had to leave my car running so she could stay warm bc she cant stand while I was folding the clothes.

Its a very nice place. All the machines very new and up-to-date. Accomplished my goal of washing three comforters. I used one of the 80 lb machines. It handled the 3 comforters with no problem. Very pleased with the outcome. Will use them again in the future as the need arises.

I have recently found myself in need of a laundry mat due to my home washer needing a part on back order 🙄, so I found this place and I Love it! It’s Clean, New machines, Shelly (staff) was VERY helpful and helped me get set up on Speed Queen App (which is great FYI & you earn reward points) I will continue to come to wash my bedding even After I fix my washer!

I had previously had fantastic experiences with this laundromat, however, recent experience combined with their unwillingness to follow the Americans with Disabilities Act and the language of Springfield city mask ordinance that specifically states that individuals with health conditions that are exacerbated by wearing a mask are exempt from the requirement to wear them, means that I will be taking my future business elsewhere. I was also very disappointed to see that they no longer have the ability to use cards instead of having to lug around a bunch of quarters. The washers are very overpriced as well. Like I said before, they used to be a nice place, sad to see them behaving this way now.

This place was horrible! If.i could give less then 1 star I would give zero! Super expensive! Bad parking had to lug all our stuff across the parking lot. The machines didnt work great either & really hard to use if anything not worth the trouble. They only had 2 trash cans for a place that large not to mention the folding tables were ridiculously small and no where sit. I will NEVER go back!

Dropped off my laundry and they had my laundry done in 5 hours! A little pricey and the text that lets you know its done is just a receipt and its confusing, but great service.

First time customer & I will not be back. At first I thought it was a clean cute place to go.. but then was rudely handled by employees. After looking through the reviews I realized I am not the first to have the same issue. If my laundry wasnt already locked into the washer I would have taken my business elsewhere as the employees suggested I could.

I drove all the way across town to see what the hype was about this laundromat. The staff is super friendly, even during this crud, she helped me figure out the app. This place offers coin less pay, which means they have an app that you add money to and that is how you pay. They still have the old fashioned way of doing it as well. These machines are high tech but simple to use, touch the screens or use your phone to control the settings. This is awesome!!

This place is amazing. Staff was incredible and helped walk me through their process! The machines were great, handled everything we threw at it. Obviously, I hope my washing machine at home is fixed soon, but I know where Im going until then!

I was met with utter rudeness and intolerance by the attendant at around 7pm Sunday Dec. 27th. I was as compliant as possible with this mask ordinance and with my trouble breathing even without a face covering. She instantly singled me out even after my best effort to cover my face and within minutes even called the police on me! The officer upon arrival acted professionally, however the attendant just wanted me removed from the place so I was threatened with trespassing at that point. Obviously I left, but still I am so very disgusted by this attendants behavior and demeanor that I will never go back and will tell everyone I know about my experience here. She called the cops on me!

Hands down the least ghetto laundromat in Springfield. Their attendants are super helpful and it’s VERY clean. Waiting for my washer and dryer to get delivered meant I had to find a laundromat, this place was perfect.

I dont know how I didnt know of this place. I dont do much laundry at a laundromat (just our guinea pig blankets), but this place blows the others in town out of the water. The attendant was very nice and helpful, all the machines are very nice and digital (no more searching for quarters during a coin crisis) and the atmosphere was pleasant. Dont do your laundry anyplace else. Oh, and the prices here are the same as every other hole in town....

Always clean and friendly. They recently removed the ability to use credit cards and debit cards at the machines themselves which was the main way I used to pay. Now Im back to using quarters which isnt the worst but sucks nonetheless.

On Friday, 12/4 my husband and I went to do some laundry, the attendant at first seemed friendly; He quickly began to watch me suspiciously after I explained our home dryer had quit working. There was only one other customer in there, the sign said only 15 people allowed. Upon realizing that I needed more money I went to get more money,,my husband stayed at the laundromat, At that time the older man who appeared to be the attendant appeared very upset and began questioning my husband about where I had gone and how did I get there. Upon my arrival back he then came up and asked my husband and I to wait outside and offered no explanation. There was only us and the 1 other customer present in there; Certainly not 15 or more, total humiliation is what I felt. The other customer was allowed to stay in there, shame on a place for such poor customer service! We will be getting our new dryer this Friday but until then have been going to the wash house location in Republic a little bit farther to go but customer service is what brought us back to the location in Republic. The one star is only because we live close by other than that not worth any stars at all.

So is it store policy that a mask needs to be worn inside or is it just up to the employee that happens to be working? I understand that it is a city wide ordinance and that is fine. But the employee is an attendant not the police. They dont enforce ordinances. I have been inside plenty of stores since this mask ordinance has been in place and non have forced the issue like this guy working right now. Almost to the point of starting a confrontation. Then maybe you ought to have a sign that says no mask no service.

Love being able to get in, get it done and over with, multiple sized machines make it easy and fast, always clean.

I come here all the time and it was a great landrymat. Here today and find out they are discontinuing their wash cards and bonuses. I will not use my phone to do my laundry. Their bonuses made this a good option compared to their competitors. Not happy it is changing and Ill have to find a more affordable place to do laundry.

I will admit that I dont frequent too many laundromats, but when I do, it usually comes with fear and loathing. The Wash House was a refreshing experience. It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Credit cards may be used in the machines. The WiFi worked well. And the machines were fast. I have no complaints and give it five stars.

Loyalty cards, multiple methods of payment, clean facility, secure, staffed facility and theyre friendly and helpful, literally yards from Cedars, and next door Jungle Gym! Washers are great, dryers are excellent prices are right location is great, oh and did I mention you can drop your clothes to them and have them do them for you if youre short on time? 😍😍😍😍😍 We all need them in our lives!!!

Nice clean place with plenty of machines. Theyre priced right about what all the others are located around town charge but their machines accept debit card swipes. This location gets busy on the weekends so through the weekdays is a great time to pop in a load.

Hands down the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, and best priced laundry mat in town with all brand new digital machines that you can check the availability of machines, how much longer your clothes have till done, and more from a app you download on your smartphone! Open till 10:00pm but last wash has to be in by 9:00!They even have a rewards “membership/club” that is actually pretty legit! If you’re ever needing to use a laundry matt this is the place!

The Wash House isTHE BEST laundry mat in Springfield. They keep their locations virtually spotless. Each machine is cleaned and wiped down. I saw them sweep the floors and take the lint out of the dryers. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. There is PLENTY of space for me to move around as I am in a wheelchair. I won’t go anywhere else!!! Thank you Wash House for a feels like home experience.

Ive been coming here for years. Tonight will be the last. I did two rounds of clothes in the dryer and I was able to pace myself at getting my laundry out of the dryer the first time. But the second time i was rudely rushed out by a blonde lady with glasses who let everyone around me fold in front of the machines (tables were removed for covid) but yet came to me, earphones in and leaving plenty of space between people.I will never return here after Ive done atleast 5 trips since covid shutdown and have never been treated this way. I have $12 in credit with you and I wont even return to use it. Thata how humiliated I was. No respect to speak to me, but yet loud enough for everyone to be involved.

They are lucky to have such great help! She sanitized the machines after every load which I loved. Great place!

A nice departure from your average laundromat! Very clean, all new machines, fully staffed. I especially liked the fact that you can pay with a credit or debit card on each machine, or load a loyalty card to use via cash or debit/credit. Also, for every $20 or more that you load, you receive a 25% bonus. If you plan well, this can really add up. The cost of washers ranges from $2.50 to around $6.75 (for the ultra-large capacity), but the clean you get here is superior because theyre all new. I got friendly service. The only thing Id add is that theres minimal seating, and its just a few chairs pushed against the perimeter.

The attendant tonight was very rude. She was literally mopping everywhere you had to walk 30 minutes until closing. She would also move your laundry baskets of they were in her way. You could tell she just wanted everyone to leave. I do the laundry for a daycare every week which is about ten loads but I wont be going back.
