Very disappointed so many machines were out of order... Seems like a very busy spot. Very reasonable prices. 2 full baskets cost $10 to wash and dry.

Good large washers for my comforters and blankets, and dryers that dry efficiently without having to spend an enormous amount of money and time.

It was clean, not packed and decent machines that work well and overall pretty cheap for a laundry mat. I used a 4 load washer for $5 super cycle and split into 3 dryers for 36 minutes each was $1.25 each and everything was dry. Less than $9 to do 4 loads all the way through. Not bad in my opinion. I recommend gateway laundry.

No card machines, or atm, or coin machine that accepts cards. Very inconvenient if youre used to just using your card to get quarters. None of the business in the area do cash back. Just inconvenient all around. Had to go to a different laundromat.

Brought some dry cleaning here because they claimed to be open on Sundays. Came back on Sunday and the dry clean office was closed... then came back multiple times over the next few days and the office was always closed. I called multiple times and never once got an answer or call back. Their dry cleaning hours are NOT posted or consistent. When I was finally able to pick up the clothes the owner just shrugged me off and it was very expensive. Take your dry cleaning elsewhere.

Very happy with my experience here. For a Saturday 5pm, it wasnt packed. It was clean. The machines worked. There were quarters in the change machine. Very happy.

It is good but I think it needs more attention in the sense that it needs someone who is checking everything about it and something important that lacks bathroom that is ALWAYS important as today or the heart machine was broken and struggles a little all the stores do not want to leave.

This place is fairly clean. All the small washers are new and some of the larger ones as well so they work well. The dryers are efficient even on monster loads. In and out in an hour or so. They have a bill changer on site for quarters as well as supply vending machines. A nice thing is that Master Donuts is 2 doors down which makes waiting for you laundry more pleasant over coffee and a cinnamon roll or donut.

At $2 for the small washers that are still pretty big and $1 to dry I spent right under $15 for 5 loads it was clean and really efficient the worker was really nice too!

Very little attention, owner didnt care water was flooded everywhere didnt move a single muscle to take care of it, instead procedes to get mad at costumers for no reason.

Clean laundromat, unfortunately some customers refuse to wear a mask.I visited this business today again on my way south and had the same issue, however this time had the opportunity to speak with a woman who immediately asked the individuals not wearing a mask to leave. One of the cleanest laundromats I have visited.

Does an awesome job when I drop off laundry, doesnt cost too much.when I come to do my laundry its always clean & well kept. $2 for the smaller washes I can get 2-3 loads washed n dried for $6-$8. Best prices Ive found in eugene/springfield @ such a nice facility.

I neglected to ask who I suspect was the owner/operator her name, but she was amazing. I showed up in an absolute rush. We clean an Airbnb that was used and abused and smoked in against house rules. I had comforters, blankets, pillows, etc. to launder and 2 hours to do it AND go purchase new bed pillows. She helped me pick the best machines and get my laundry started, then allowed me to leave and go to purchase new bed pillows and graciously offered to swap my loads to the dryers in the event that I didn’t get back in time. Everything was clean and the machines worked fast, which I was depending on! Thank you!

This is the best laundromat I have used in the two years I have been traveling full time. It is very clean. Washers are $2.00 and Dryers 25 cents for 7 min.

Nice lady but need a bathroom

Mi Wah is the owner operator. The Gateway laundry is always clean and a wonderful place to take our laundry. The other clients are always kind and respectful to each other. It is so much like bringing our laundry into a friends home.Mi Wahs decorations are do peacefully and settling. The live plants give her laundry mat such a homey peaceful place to come.

VERY CLEAN! It shows they take pride in their laundromat. Clean machines. Every one of the machines were in working order big machines too and it didnt take long to dry either. We will be back.

A nice place to go for big loads. I like their front loading washers. Very efficient. Big dryers too! The washers and dryers at my apartment complex are small and dont clean as well.

Been here twice to clean my cali king comforter and both experiences were great. The owner is really nice, its super chill, machines are always available, good prices etc... Will continue to come back here.

You can always have clean laundry when you come to this place. Always clean and always ready to get your clothes washed up. Washers are pretty inexpensive and the dryers work great

All was good and the people were very nice. the machines are inexpensive and very worth the money. the dryers tho,, I reccommend using 4 quarters and setting them to low heat,, otherwise anything you have thats fluffy will get scorched. Overall a good place and I highly reccommend.

Its way too hot in there. They have ac but refuse to turn it on. It was 84 degrees in there last time I was there.

I liked the place overall but it was pretty cramped. Some of the washers did not have displays that were easy to see how much time was left or if they were finished. The place was clean and there was an attendant available. He wasnt all that friendly but he was helpful.

Love the healthy plants, but really would appreciate the A/C being turned on during hot days, and WIFI access. Seems to be a very popular place for drop-off laundry, as the staff seem to constantly be ironing clothes. No staff assistance with carrying laundry, but they are helpful if you approach them. Bathroom is available if you ask. Next to DariMart for snacks.

Their laundry service is top notch! Done by experienced people with quality results. Everything Ive had cleaned by them comes back smelling amazing. Stains that I couldnt get out for years were washed away after they took it on. Great prices, lovely people. Would highly suggest for your laundry needs!
