Always have a good experience here. The employees are helpful. It is also affordable to do laundry here. There are single, double, triple, and 5x load washers.

The hotel that I’m staying in referred me to Crystal Cleaners for wash and fold services. The last two times I used the their services my clothes reeked of mildew. If you want to smell like a swamp monster I definitely would recommend this place.

Place is clean when the right people are working. During the week i realized it is very dirty and busy. Good drop off prices, besides there’s a few employees I’ve encountered that lose my clothes in the process of washing and drying them. The employees are very respectful and understanding, I just wish the place was clean more often because the building is nice and I believe it has the potential to be a really good drycleaner/laundromat. Great place, it’s Just in the wrong area.

Of sure what was going on here. Dropped off a rug Friday told $14 and someone would call me Monday.No one called and reception said $17. Came in Tuesday and was told $25. Cashier had my receipt and I told her I was told $14. She would not give me my receipt and told me I had 2 items. Advised her it was only 1 item. She then claimed weight and weighted the carpet. I noted the receipt on the carpet said 1 bulk item 8lbs and under $8. She then stated the weight was 8 lbs and tried to charge me $24. I asked to see the receipt on the carpet and she ripped it off and held it behind her back.I again asked for the receipt and she asked which receipt and produced several and shuffled them. Then showed me the $17 receipt and tried to charge me $18. I asked for the other receipt again and she started to hand it to me then pulled it behind her back again and said she was going to get the manager. Another woman came out and tried to explain it as the system had listed a second item coming in on my account Sunday. After a few more exchanges I was charged $8. Meanwhile the first woman is making faces at me from behind the counter..

No one was there when we first arrived and it wasnt packed later on either unlike other laundromats close to us..

Beyond amazing. I brought a satin two piece outfit to them that I had already mourned. There was no way it could be saved. It had alchohol all over it, snags, dirt, bottoms had been walked on, lipstick on the top.Annddd I got it back from them and it looked better than before I wore it the first time.So impressed thanks again for saving my favorite outfit!

Entrance door is automatic. They have an ATM. Place is pretty clean
