Poor maintenance in this laundry mat 3rd time my clothes didn’t dry . Why not put up a sign, the worst thing is I never get my money back like other laundry mats. This is the last time I’m coming here . To anyone it’s worth the little drive to Braddock rd next to Home Depot the best laundry mat.

There is a lot of customers here that don’t wear a mask I feel unsafe, I don’t know what the employees don’t tell them anything, that’s ridiculous

They start closing everything 3 hours early

Never coming back aging. Machine took my $6 and store refuse to give my money back. Most of the dry machine is broken and it will take you money but wont give you the time. Really disappointed.

BEWARE!! My clothes got damaged with bleach. Machines are not kept up and management refused to address the issue. Very unprofessional.

Very clean and uncluttered. Not only do they have a change machine but they also have an ATM!One more add, they also have a very nice soda/water machine and washers up to 80lbs! Absolutely the best laundromat that I have been to in a 6 months-I’ve tried them all!

Everything is in Spanish it only caters to the Spanish to include all the TVs are Premier Impacto I find that funny that they complain about the United States but yet they dont want diversity either in their places. If you are Spanish definitely go

The dryer was not working properly, was not drying because it had no heat. I asked for quarters for the same money was wasted on broken dryer, but they didn’t.

One star for having washers, one for dryers. -1 for bathroom being “cleaned” the whole time I was here and -2 for the site saying they have “coin and card operated machines” when they machines only take coins and the “card” aspect is the ATM in the corner.

I have been using the service there for 7 years and we must be aware that the machines are not eternal there are moments that they damage it is logical that can happen anywhere I live in falls church and I still visit it and I will not keep visiting it forever

It used to be a very clean placeNow it happens very dirty, the cleanliness of the place is bad, more if you are washing and when you take out the clothes you fall from the wheelbarrow to the pizo you get dirty, because the pizo is very dirty, it needs more cleaning 🤔

Ke bad now I went to 10.10 pm and the woman who was there did not let me in to wash it, it is supposed to close at 11 I had the time to wash, and it was not quite the clothes I wore I do not know how they have working so inept people in this place .... well this happened to me this Monday ...
