I called and spoke with Melissa regarding needing my dads military uniform cleaned . Melissa was quite knowledgeable, as to getting it cleaned and back to me asap !!

My Grandmother worked here for Many years. Shes gone now. But the place is still going strong 👍👍

This place sucks. Over charge and lost my laundry. And when I called to ask about it I got a snobby attitude

Most expensive in the area. Was quoted a minimum of $15 by office staff. Wasn’t told how much extra per pound. When they dropped off laundry we were charged $76 for one bag of laundry (no dry clean)!!!! They weren’t the nicest at the office either. Got snotty girl responses when asked for them to leave us a bag to fill with laundry. We still never got a bag and had to purchase our own. Will never use again.

Worst customer service ever! The boss of this location would not state her name or help with my question. She stated, that its was a waste of her time. I have never felt so disrespected by a person of postion in my life.. A person should never put there personal feelings in front of work responsiblities! She did not care about my business that I offer this company.. I will be looking for an alternative business for my needs.. Or dealing with a different location that will show me more respect as a paying customer..
