I have always had a good experience when coming to your offices. Today all the help were courteous and friendly and maintained a safe distance as is currently required. My doctor was prompt and pleasant as were the nurses.

The entire staff was pleasant, helpful, and greeted me in a welcoming manner for my annual skin check at the Springfield office. Waiting time was very reasonable. Both the intake person and my doctor were attentive to any concerns I had and these concerns were all addressed, including a clear plan of what to do if I see specific changes in the near future. I highly recommend NE Dermatology & Laser!

Dr. Blumberg has been my dermatologist for several years now, and has consistently provided excellent care. He is engaged with his patients, and takes the time explain his opinions and treatment options every visit.

Dr.Genest, his support staff and the office staff are very caring, professional and efficient. It is a very popular and busy practice but you would think that you are the only patient when you entrust them with your care.The appointment schedule is followed so you do not sit in the waiting room or exam room for long periods of time.

Have been going here for over 10 years. You will likely have to wait a considerable time on the phone. I have had appointments been randomly rescheduled which is kind of inconvenient. But, the receptionists are always kind, as well as the nurses, scribes and providers. My PA’s and doctors have always been very knowledgeable. And if going on isotretinoin, you will frequently be in contact with your provider and be well informed in your next steps to complete.

I recently went to Erin Devanney for a skin check and not only is she very friendly and knowledgeable, she did a very thorough exam of my entire body (head to toe). Never had that thorough exam with my prior doctor. I had two spots I was concerned with (Seborrheic Keratosis) which she said is common as we age (I’m a 59 year old female) and they aren’t cancerous. I was glad to hear this as my previous doctor said otherwise. The check in process and office staff was very friendly and I highly reccommend them.

Erica Silk is like a breath of fresh air! Her interest in me as a patient was exceptional. I went in for an annual skin check, but had a burn on my hand too, and she took the time to instruct me on how to care for it and then took more time to wrap it! I also had a biopsy taken, her technique was precise and professional, both she and her medical assistant were superior!

Outstanding clinical practice. My deduction of one star results from uncertainty on logistics when I needed a procedure done there and another procedure at a different practice. I was on my own to arrange all logistics on getting from one place to another with very uncertain times.

Did not have to wait long whatsoever. Felt very safe with the distancing in the waiting area. Karen was great and very thorough and knowledgeable! At one time there were 4 of us in a small exam room which I felt was a bit much even tho one was behind the curtain. The main reception area had more girls in there than I would have liked if I worked there during this virus situation. Overall, a good experience!

The office is diligent about health & safety guidelines. The wait was a little long to be taken in to an exam room. It was also a bit longer than expected until a healthcare professional came into the exam room. Once in the room, treatment was swift but thorough and my concerns were addressed. Overall, I was quite pleased with the service and treatment I received.

First of all when you ask for directions they Give you the wrong directions on how to get there. Next,Plan on waiting for at least an hour or twoBeyond your appointmentTo even be seen. Then, They will carve you up like a Thanksgiving turkeyAnd when you leave they will give you no pain medicine and theyre late about calling their prescriptions in for antibiotics. Finally if theres any complications dont plan on calling them cuz they never answer their phoneUnless theyre looking for some money from you. Good luck I wouldnt let my dog go there
