Ive been going to The Body Studio for a few months for different laser services and every time has been a fantastic experience. The shop is clean and cute. The owner and all the employees have been absolutely wonderful. As a woman with PCOS who has talked to many companies I have never had anyone sit down and come up with a plan of action like I have here. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I had my first session for laser hair removal. It was a great experience! I felt very comfortable. I loved how clean and nicely decorating it was. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable.

I wish I could give more stars! Ive been seeing Caroline for the past few months now (shes doing my full brazilian) and I couldnt be happier. She takes time to educate me on what she is doing and she always answers any questions I have. The whole staff at The Body Studio has been professional and friendly. Highly, highly recommend!

Just had my first appointment at this cute, cute business. Theresa did my IPL facial and it was great. No pain and a wonderful mask on my face afterward. Very relaxing. Just booked my second appointment.

Im almost finished up with my full brazilian sessions here and highly recommend that you give them a shot! The ladies are so kind and Caroline is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to educate me about the whole process with levelling up each laser session and what to expect. Im in & out, literally takes about 15 min. I cant wait to not even have to deal with it when we go camping and hit the rivers this next Summer! 🥰 I absolutely plan to do business with them again in the future! Also, their hours are flexible! Caroline and staff are top notch! The equipment, environment, hospitality and knowledge when it comes to laser procedures is the best in town.

If I could give no stars I would. After seeing how they treat customers that come to them with a concern, I will not be recommending this place to anyone!The customer posted their review on the business’ Facebook page, and in turn, the owner and friends verbally attacked her and stated blatant lies. They then used fake profiles to write positive reviews to try and cover up the negatives one. After other people voiced their concerns, they called the customer disgruntled and anyone who left a negative review “angry teenagers”.No Caroline. These aren’t angry teenagers. They are grown adults calling out your horrendous behavior. Not a good look for you or your business.I would review their Facebook page as well, but they turned off reviews. This shows that they don’t care about their customers at all, but instead care about their business rating and money.

Still baffled after the extremely rude and unprofessional phone call I just had with Caroline. As an owner of a business, when a customer comes to you with a concern your first action shouldn’t be to verbally attack said person. I’ve been going to The Body Studio for a year and just got degraded by “the boss” of the establishment for wanting to change the person doing my treatment. Very bias considering it was her daughter. Then after blatantly hanging up the phone before I was done trying to explain WHY I’d like a different associate, she messaged my personal phone number to try and continue proving why IM the issue. Never again will they be getting my business or recommendations. DO NOT GO HERE.

From Facebook, I saw employees of this establishment treat a customer in a horrendous way. The customer left a negative review and employees proceeded to bully her and spread false information instead of trying to understand her criticism. This all started with the customer wanting to change the person who did her treatment and for whatever reason, the owner acted in a bad way and harassed the person through phone messages and then through social media slandering. This is incredibly unprofessional and shows a lot of immaturity on the business, the owner, and the employees. Shame on them.

I try to voice my concern with Caroline the owner. the whole time she was very unprofessional to me. She was just being rude. I am disappointed In how the employees treat their patients. She used my personal phone number to reach out to me to continue to be unprofessional. She clearly does not uphold a Secure personal information policy.

Affordable and professional laser hair and spa services

The owner is extremely rude and immature. Seeing her comments on Facebook verbally attacking a client who simply asked for a different esthetician is concerning. And she started texting the client on her private phone number, how unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust any of them with services.

I love the atmosphere here, its very clean and professional.

Caroline has went above and beyond for us . She has been very thorough and if we have ever had a problem or hiccup she’s the first to fix it . Good People
