Love this clinic, Karen takes great care of our son, have been to other dermatologists, but now we know what care, and concern and excellent communication is.

Very convenient to my home, friendly, caring and capable staff. Very easy to make an appointment. Karen and Tanessa were great! I feel comfortable having them look after my skin (since I dont).

I called my primary doctor for a skin condition to recommend a good dermatologist. She recommended Loven, I called them up a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Kendal. She was very receptive, attentive, kind and patience listening to my condition. She offered her advice being an aesthetician and I told her what I was doing and have done. I have never had such a bad condition with razor burn in my life. She made me an appointment and one of things that she said that really impressed me was that due to the appointment being a few weeks out, she was empathetic to my issue. That is a high quality characteristic that I value as I also work in customer service. I called her again today and updated her on my condition and to cancel the appointment for now. She was again receptive and patient listening to me talk and let me know to call her again if I needed her assistance. If you call in ask for Kendal, she is very nice and tries to help out the best she can! I will continue with them as long as she is there!

I had a great experience at Loven Dermatology Springfield office. Ray and his nurse explained my treatment plan well. Ray answered all my questions as I did not feel rushed. My Acne is now under control and much better I would highly recommend Ray Claud for all your dermatology needs!
