This place is great! I had Heather and she is phenomenal! She made me feel so comfortable and was very professional! I was nervous getting waxed for the first time and she just was telling me to breathe and walking me through it all. She is so chill and I felt good leaving since she answered all my questions. Plus she gave me a sticker at the end of my service! Highly recommend her for all your waxing needs!!

I specifically went here based off the wonderful reviews for Brazilian waxes, I feel duped. I have had this service before and know how painful it should be compared to how bad it was. I also know the steps to make things as comfortable as possible. Nothing was done for comfort level for a first timer or even to release the tension of having yourself exposed. Very cold and obviously didn’t like her job. Not to mention having a large clump of wax left behind and having to rip that off myself. No I don’t be back.

Went in to get my back waxed, now before you start talking out loud about me having a sweater getting ready to be removed. LOL I just have a small amount on my mid-back. But being this is my first actual waxing I was very nervous. The staff was very friendly and the woman that did my waxing (sorry didnt get her name). Took care of me, was very gentle. I barely felt it. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. If you are going for the first time and nervous like I was. Dont be, you are good hands. This is all my own opinions, but if I do it again I will definitely use them.

Unfortunately, had to cancel my appointment after calling and saying Id be late. Thats life. But appointment was rescheduled and then cancelled without fuss or extra charge, and they invited me to come back as soon as I was able to. I had been there before a year or so ago and it was always very clean. They use wax thats good for sensitive skin types, like my own; Ive never had a breakout after a session.

Ellie is so amazing! 15 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I checked out for a Brazilian wax. First wax since last year, if you know you know, and it wasn’t even that painful. She’s super friendly and professional. Absolutely see Ellie when you go here!

The Farmers Market is so much fun. It has remarkable products from around the world! The local folks offer all manner of organically grown products. I believe the best part is that by purchasing bread, candles, coffee, corn, t-shirts, jewelry, etc., I am helping local artisans from my own community.

Love this place! The women all talk to you thru the appt to make it easier on you. I totally recommend going! Plus it is amazing for 4 weeks after to not have to shave! 😉

Showed up 9min late because theircheck in has a delay response. Had 1 wax left in my package that was over priced to begin with. Never coming here again.

I have been trying to get my eyebrow arches even for years and after one time with Jessica they are completely even!!! I don’t know how nobody has figured it out before but Jess is detail oriented, sweet, easy to talk to, and talented!

Update: Originally I left a 5 star rating, but unfortunately I had to change it…. I seem to be having more and more bad experiences there, and never have the same person now every time I go in because by the time I go back every 6 weeks or so, I either get a call or when I go in they let me know the person I had last time is no longer with them…..I don’t know what’s going on there, but the service seems to be getting worse and worse….Previous review: Even though there is a lot of turnover there, Ive only had one bad experience there out of all the times I go. I love it. They ate so friendly and professional and really make you feel comfortable.

I scheduled an appointment for my first brazillian with Maggie, and I cannot express how nervous I was... but Maggie was AMAZINGGGGG!!!!!!!! She talked to me the whole time, like wed been friends for ages, and it really distracted me from some of the more painful parts. On top of that, she was SO fast and so efficient, and GENTLE!I would absolutely go through the discomfort again just to hang out with this girl. Not only am I completely satisfied, I will be a customer for life!

Wonderful and professional staff. They are always punctual and the building is extremely clean. Never had a poor experience and I have been making appts there for a couple years.

Sabrina is consistently excellent with my brows and this place is very clean and efficient. Staff is always friendly. I dont love their constant push to upsell (either more services or products) but I think thats a corporate/management issue not a thing specific to this location

I went in for a very painful service but my waxer, Shelby H. did such an amazing job of making me feel comfortable! She was so professional and treated me just as well as if I was a frequent customer. She was thorough and she explained aftercare very well. The front desk ladies were super sweet and accommodating. I even got 50% off the service because it was my first time! It was the best experience I could have asked for.

Loved my wax specialist, but the front desk is way to pushy with the packages they offer, they asked every time and it annoyed me so much that Iwont ever go back because of that.

USE SABRINA!!!! I normally go to the shop in my home state but work brought me to Springfield. I have the prepaid treatments and got 4 services done by Sabrina. She was friendly, funny and thorough. Im def going back to her when here. Lee in reception was smiling and sweet, but the other long haired brunette was miserable, abrupt and should not be in customer service.

Very clean and chic atmosphere. Sometimes it feels like they can push a little hard to sell you a product that they used during your service or to get you to schedule your next appointment before you leave, but all in all the staff is very friendly. I have been going to them for a little over a year now and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in trying waxing out!

I dont use a preferred aesthetician and as such have had varying experiences. Not usually negative but nothing noteworthy either expect for checkout. Its very clear they are required to upsell product and some technicians are more familiar than others but each one is just as pushy as the next.

Taylor was AMAZING. My eyebrows look amazing. I wanted to use EWC from reviews and what made it even better was that it was complimentary! Definitely coming back!

The staff is very welcoming, both receptionist and waxing staff. The store is super clean and pleasant to be in whether youre waiting, shopping, or getting a service done. My eyebrows have never been botched there and I will never go anywhere else for that service now!

I got my first ever wax wax here. I did full leg. Ellie was my waxer, and I have so many good things to say about her. She was an absolute joy to work with, she was so funny and super sweet. I was sooooo nervous about doing this, and being that exposed in front of someone I had never met. Within 5 minutes, she made me feel like I was with a friend I had known for years, and she made me so comfortable. I cannot express how wonderful this experience was! I will definitely be one of her regulars moving forward.

I got my first ever wax here. The staff was amazing. They calmed my nerves and made it way less awkward than I thought it would be! They dont double dip their wax sticks and they have very clean work stations and I will never go ANYWHERE else. Phenomenal service!

Excellent service as usually. They are so great! I swear I have been 5-10 minutes late for the last 3 appointments and they are always so sweet still. They also reminded me about my package expiration and discussed deals I could get when I renew it.

We have never tried waxing before so we decided to try this place out because the first one is free. We were very happy with the results. The staff was very nice and they were also cycle friendly (Let us bring our bikes in). Their prices are pretty reasonable too. Well be coming back here.

Nice place. The prices are pretty high tho and any deals they have seem to be in the 1000$ range. It also seems like no matter what the are a few spots missed

The waxers are professional and knowledgeable. Waxing can easily be a horrible/traumatic experience but EWC makes it more like a day at the spa. Packages are a great deal, as well.

Service was quick and friendly customer service behavior from the front desk all the way to the employee giving the waxing.

My waxer was not at all friendly, went over one spot with wax multiple times, and left big strips of hair and wax when she was done. On top of all this, most of the hairs were broken instead of actually pulled out, and I had a layer of stubble the next day. Absolutely would not recommend this place

Very disappointed and angry with my experience. I had a payment plan for 4 months. Asked to cancel it so I could have money in my bank account, but they wont refund me the money. Instead they charged me and used it as store credit. No one told me that I could cancel it before a specific date so I wouldnt be charged. But was a day late. No one told me that if I cancelled that the money would become store credit. Instead someone promised me that I would get the money back into my account. I am livid. I am only give 2 stars instead of one because of Taylor. She was kind and is excellent at what she does. Im just disappointed that I wont be able to go back to support her.

Loved my brows after i got them done. This was my 1st time here, and was getting family pics done!! They also used a new product for my brows which i have never used before that made my brows look more fuller!!!

They use excellent wax and are quick. You go anywhere else and your wax takes 45 min to an hour. Here you are in and out and they are so good at what they do.

Ive been going for a few months every 2 weeks I make the same appointment time every 2 weeks and have not had a problem until today. Today they lost my appointment, the girl I scheduled with was standing at the counter and stated I always make an appointment. TheT told me the soonest they could get me in was after 7pm. They should have honored the appointment and apologized for thier mistake. It was poorly handled and I wont go back.

Very friendly staff, very welcoming and the atmosphere was pleasing! However, I guess my waxer was new and my first time waxing experience was horrible based on other individuals experience with the company.

I get waxed fairly regularly without any issue or complaint. I decided to try EWC after a (short) stint out of the habit, and obviously- they offer that first wax for free, girl (I think it wound up being the same price as a wax elsewhere-ish including tip)... The tech was nice enough but definitely not knowledgeable about waxing in general, however, well studied in EWCs standard for it. Which is NOT cooooooool. Ill leave the details out, but my EWC wax is most definitely ranked last of the last in my personal experiences. The front reception girl was only interested to sell me EWC product, and signing me up for a pricey membership. I declined politely and the eye rolls that followed gave me flashbacks to teaching highschoolers who were too busy snap-chatting to participate in their education.NBD overall, Im not mad, but there are A LOT of better places to get waxed in town!
