Chloe has so many services that are absolutely amazing! I decided to try the facial flow this time and the results were amazing! I also decided to try the Thai Herbal Poultice which is a detoxifying blend of lemongrass, bergamot, ginger and camphor are gently wrapped into muslin cloth, warmed and steamed, gently pressed and massaged onto the skin. We took before and after pictures and the service helped with toning my skin and fascia along with de-puffing my skin. My face was glowing. She used a Gua-Sha stone in which I purchased from her to use with my daily skin care routine. I recommend Chloe’s services, but the facial flow is something I cannot wait to do again next month!Chloe has such a warm soul and radiant energy that is so therapeutic to be around. I went here to buy a gift certificate, there were so many questions they asked, which I thought was strange. I just wanted a simple gift certificate, they didnt need to know who it was for or why I was buying it or who I was. It was pretty strange. Plus there were 3 girls at the register and only one was helping me. The others were just staring at me like I was an alien. Basically, I felt super uncomfortable just being in the building. Hopefully the person I got the gift certificate for has a better experience. 😆🤣

I’ve been going to Chloe for facial, massage, eyebrow wax for a couple of years now. She is always professional, and very detailed. She does such a thorough job. My new favorite treatment with Chloe is dermaplaning. I was a little nervous the first time but I actually really look forward to these appointments. I came in last month in with back pain that I had been living with for over 5 years after an injury. This pain has held me back from so many things. I was scheduled with Chloe, and after just 1 session, I was able to easily bend over and tie my shoes. Something that was incredibly painful for me before. I was blown away. I got home that evening, and bent over to pick up something on the ground, and felt virtually no pain again. I immediately burst into tears and couldn’t believe how much pain I had been living in. I went in for weekly massages for a month with Chloe, and I am now feeling better than I have since I was a teenager.Chloe listened to me and understood the pain I was in. I felt heard. And I can’t thank her enough for that. I have been to two different therapist at Precision (Jenny and Stacy) and I cant decided who I like better! Both girls did amazing! Stacy really helped with some stretching and gave me a great spots massage, which really helps me stay active. Jenny followed up with an amazing deep tissue full body massage. Both have taken great care of me, and I feel better then I have in a long time!

Stacy with the hands of steel. Yes even she needs massages of her own sometimes because Stacy has perfected the art of therapeutic massage and really digs in where you need it the most. I walk out of the place chugging water and floating on clouds. You could go anywhere for a relaxing massage but if you are in pain and are ready to break the shackles, Stacy will help you do that. As a therapist myself I have a critical mindset when receiving services. I like that this place has professional yet relaxed personalities working here. The atmosphere is just what I enjoy; clean, non pretentious, comfortable. I’ve had a facial by Serena who is thorough will make you glow all day! My therapist is Travis who is a therapists therapist, he will fix you! Before I had found Travis I had seen 4 other LMT’s and a chiropractor and couldn’t get relief. He really listened and analyzed and then worked on the problems. Just can’t say enough good things!

Anna, the esthetician, is great at what she does. I have gone to her for numerous custom facials. She diagnoses your skin and customizes each facial to your specific needs. She lets you know what she is doing step by step and uses high quality plant based products. I always leave with cleaner, brighter, smoother and more beautiful skin! She also lets me ask her a bunch of questions about my skin and skincare routine and gives great educated answers and great advice. Would highly recommend her!

Had a facial from Anna - it was amazing. Anna also makes the experience very comfortable and very relaxing. I would highly recommend.I also had a massage by Lydia. She uses deep pressure and pressure points. She is very good about assessing pain levels and prior issues and tailoring the massage to your needs. I was having shoulder problems and after a one hour massage, the pain is significantly decreased.

I have been doing landscaping work for several years. I often deal with pain in my lower back from all the heavy lifting and bending. I visited Precision Therapeutic Massage in an attempt to get some relief, and their deep tissue massage made me feel like a different person the next morning. I also found out while I was there that they offer a special kind of massage, Thai Massage, that is stretching based. When I make the time to get both a deep tissue massage and a Thai massage in the same week, its as if I never had any back pain to begin with. I highly recommend this place for anyone with lower lumbar pain in their back. Ive been through a lot of physical therapy and rehab, but combining those with the massage techniques they use really made the difference for me.

Lydia was my massage therapist; she has a background as a physical therapist assistant. She was very knowledgeable about the muscles she was addressing. She performed a trigger point technique for my middle and upper traps which really helped release the tension I was holding. The next morning Im still feeling the positive results and my neck and shoulder feel much looser. The other thing I liked is that Lydia made sure to communicate that if I was feeling too much pain or pressure- to say something so she may modify the technique. On the same hand she didnt try to talk to me the entire time (Ive experienced that with other massage therapists) which allowed me to actually rest and relax. I have to talk to people all day long so embracing the quiet time and enjoying the effects of the massage was what I needed. I would recommend Lydia!

Amber June Parrish has worked on me several times when Ive come to her with injuries, pains, imbalances, and tightness. Shes always worked a huge improvement on my body. Shes very intuitive, communicates very well, is very knowledgeable in finding the cause of my problems, and her energy is fantastic. The precision stuff can be painful but its always productive. The thai work is like having a really good yoga session done to you, oddly energizing and incieases range of motion. Shes given me very useful counseling on posture and movement as well.

I had a back waxing appointment with Anna, and it was the best one I have ever gotten. The reason is that their business uses a soy-based wax. I was not aware that such a product existed. It adheres to the hair only, so, pain and irritation is minimal. I was skeptical at first, because they charge more for it. It is worth it, however. No excess wax that sticks to the skin (and your shirt), no burning and no bumps. What added to the experience is the fact that Anna is a very sweet and wonderful young lady. She was respectful, professional and finished the process in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend Precision Therapeutic Massage. I have never had a microdermabrasion before until now. The skincare products Precision Therapeutic Massage used were very soothing to my face. During my facial, the staff explained every procedure in detail even the different types of skincare products used. I will definitely come back for eyebrow waxing, massage and another procedure of microdermabrasion.

I woke up Friday having horrible back pain and couldnt walk without a cane - I have never had this difficulty before! Not wanting pain meds from my doctor, and hurting too bad to see my chiropractor (and wanting a different option), I called and got an appointment with Klarissa later that day for my first massage ever - and it was amazing! She is kind and calming, the environment was so relaxing, and her technique was perfect for me. She worked extra on my back and by Saturday afternoon I was walking without my cane and Sunday was even better. Monday I went back to work the soreness and remaining kinks out, and I currently feel so much better! I have plantar fasciitis difficulties and those have been gone since Friday, too (she massaged my feet as well). I am SOLD on massage therapy -- Klarissa has a new client and I cant wait to get my husband and other family members there to get the benefits of massage that I am now experiencing! I have sensitive skin and I used to be afraid of having a facial because I was afraid of breakouts. In my teens I used harsh pharmaceutical treatments such as Retin A, Tetracyclene, and Accutane for my acne, and for years Ive kept to an extremely minimalist skin care routine to avoid breakouts. Learning from Serenia and Chloe about what products to use to best care for my skin has dramatically changed my skincare regimen. I am so thankful for the results Ive found from facials and a professional skin care line. Oh, and my first dermaplaning experience was great! I have VERY sensitive skin, and Serenia added some CBD oil (At my request) to reduce inflammation. She also incorporated a clove and anti inflammatory mask to help soothe my skin. I had only slight redness for maybe a day and a half, and my skin is pretty reactive to treatments, so I know that these efforts helped reduce my reaction. I appreciate her attention to detail and attentiveness. I can trust both Serenia and Chloe to accommodate my specific sensitive skin needs, and I love that about working with them.

This is the best place in SGF for a relaxing massage or to get knots and issues worked out. I teach fitness classes and have extremely tight hips and hamstrings. Travis always helps out with this and then gives me stretches afterwards I can do at home to alleviate my pain futher. I have been to Stacey as well and she is just as amazing. My mother goes to Jenny and has nothing but compliments there as well. You can also get facials here! The staff is very well trained and they know what they are doing. After trying out many places in Springfield, this is the best I have found.
