Love this salon!! The hairstylists, receptionists and owner are always nice and friendly, very welcoming. Steve is my colorist and stylist, he does an outstanding job on my and my daughters hair. The best!!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

10/10/15 wedding hair! Ive always been happy with Nirvanas services, but this took things to the next level of wonderful! Jen came out to our hotel in West Chester and did a FABULOUS job with my bridesmaids & my hair for my wedding day. I was thrilled with how professional yet easy to talk to Jen was while taking care of our hair! We all looked and felt gorgeous for our pictures and in large part that was due to Jens amazing work!

I absolutely love Nirvana Hair Gallery! My daughter and I have been going there for around 4 years. They are very friendly and open and very understanding to your hair care needs. Steve and Angela are the best

Everytime I go there I feel like Im family. No matter how busy it is everyone is so kind, from what can I get you, coffee, or bottled water ! I am blessed enough to have the owner of Nirvana Charles Joseph Martino cut my hair. Chuck is an artist. Hes runs a business and looks like he does it quite well. He is a family person, and he will always have time to sit for a second. Hes a man that most would want to stand next to in a picture woman or man and the kind you love to break bread with. He has all the pieces that comes together to make him the BOSS, NIRVANA HAIR GALLERY..

The people there are really nice. I always get a good haircut. Sometimes you have to wait but not often. They are all very professional.

Been getting my hair cut here by Tommy for almost 3 years now. He does a phenomonal job, and always has a smile on his face.Love this place, and wont go anywhere else unless Tommy goes somewhere else.

Toooooo expensive. Stylist Lauren did my color how she thought it should be rather than how I wanted it. And $35 to trim up layers is ridiculous. For the price I thought I was getting an upscale Salon... Not the case.

Me and Fiancé called them to schedule a trial session for bride and groom based on a recommendation from the wedding hall we were dealing with, we were very specific that the bride need it makeup and hair at the wedding location. we were told that one person will do hair and makeup. They asked to come for trial to see what works with both of us. We went there only to discover that 2 different people will do hair and makeup. Not only that, but we also found out that the person responsible for the makeup refused to travel to the wedding location. After long hours of waiting, the managers brother assigned the makeup to a different person who doesnt have any experience in makeup and ruined my fiancé face. Later, the manager himself doesnt use phone at all. He emailed us with a quote but tried to force us into doing a massage for extra cost even thou we never asked for it. Later when I said that we dont need the massage, his email sounded like he was doing us a favor and pretty much negotiated and threatened that its not worth it for him to send people over since they are off that day from work. I mean my whole experience was absolutely horrible with the manager. Dont waste your time at this place. They will tell you one thing on the phone and you will see a completely different attitude in the shop

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Incredibly unprofessional. I made the mistake of following my hair dresser to this salon when she moved and attempted to schedule my hair and makeup for my wedding party at this salon. They were very difficult to work with, refused to provide a formal contract and emailed me at 11pm, two days before the wedding they were cancelling their services. I have heard from a number of people who have had similar experiences. I went against my better judgement when scheduling with them, dont do the same!!!!

Stylists had excellent experience and our current and up-to-date with all the new trends and professional skills.
