No stars.....very disappointed in his lack of knowledge of a service he said he was qualified to provide.My husbands teeth were not good and Dr. Holland suggested that he should get implant supported dentures. He assured my husband that he was qualified and experienced to provide the needed implants and dentures. On the day of the implant surgery, Dr. Holland experienced difficulty in drilling for the implants. He abandoned where he initially had drilled and moved to a different place to drill. When the implants were finally done, my husband knew that one of the implants was crooked. The dentures were made and installed but never fit properly. After over two years (a total of 38 dental visits) of Dr. Holland trying everything he could think of to make the dentures fit properly he asked if my husband would mind having a specialist take a look to see if he could offer some insight as to why they werent fitting properly. The specialist basically indicated the dentures wont work because of the implants (again, my husband already knew that the one implant was not straight). Dr. Holland never offered to pay for my husband to see the specialist and still felt confident that he could get the dentures to work. At this point my husband didnt want Dr. Holland working on him anymore! My husband had to start the whole, long, painful process of new implants and dentures again but done this time by a specialist with expertise in dentures. We submitted to Dr. Holland the costs we incurred to have someone else fix what he messed up but he chose to only pay us a fraction of what it cost us. He obviously didnt feel bad that he provided inadequate professional care! Dr. Holland need to look in the mirror and ask himself if he were in our shoes would he be satisfied with how he handled the situation! But, on second thought that would require integrity and a conscience!!

Ive been under Dr. Hollands care since he took over for the retiring Dr. Weiss. Dr. Holland has been so kind, patient, and fun to have as a dentist! Their office has a great positive atmosphere. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting the new hygienist, Bree, and she was excellent! She was kind and had a great personality, and was very thorough in cleaning even around my permanent retainers. She had new techniques and great advice that left me feeling very positive about working with her in the future. Thank you for a 5-star experience!

Me and my husband had such a great experience! Today was our first appointment, and we were very impressed by the COVID precautions being taken. For example air filters and advanced suction technology to mitigate aerosols. It is evident the staff promote safety for patients. Both our hygienists were professional, informative, and gave patient centered care. The dentist Seth Holland was an active listener and gave excellent advice and recommendations for our individual needs. We definitely have found our dentistry home.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to, civilian or military. The front desk is excellent at what they do! So friendly and helpful with recommendations on how to pay or plan your next visit. I recently became a patient of Dr. Holland. He and his team are very gracious and the dynamic between them is great to be around. Because of the size of the office and crew, I have felt that the most attention possible has been given to me during each visit and the work has been very professional. Dr. Holland takes the time to follow up with his patients after a procedure and this is a testament to his personable approach. The other patients I see there are visibly happy with their visits as well. I would recommend his office to all people.

I have been going to this dentist office since moving to Eugene in 1996. Thank goodness my friends recommended them to me. Roz is our favorite hygienist. Gentle and yet thorough and always very informative. Seth Holland has done a great job of taking over David Weiss practice. The office staff are super friendly too.

My experience with Dr. Holland and his staff was fantastic. They made my wisdom tooth extraction as easy and stress free as I could have hoped for. I was beyond happy when I left here the 1st time. I hadnt been to the dentist in over 20 years and had anxiety about going. There was no judgement, just happy kind staff. Ros is absolutely wonderful and gentle and sweet. I am so grateful that I found them and look forward to the next visit.

Dr. Holland’s office has the most knowledgeable and friendly staff. My teeth cleanings are always fast yet thorough, and the front desk staff are always so accommodating with scheduling, rescheduling, and sending me reminders. Ros always makes wonderful conversation while cleaning my teeth, and I enjoy catching up with her every six months. The location is lovely- tons of car parking, very easy to get to, and actually quite scenic. And, they have the best magazines here. My one critique is that they dont have a bike rack out front- that would be awesome :)

Dr. Holland and his staff really strive to meet your expectations. The office staff are welcoming and the intimate atmosphere makes it feel like you are more than just another patient. The best part is the 7 am appointments, which always end in time for me to get back to work. I have recommended them to other coworkers and they love them too!

My husband and I have been going to this dental office for about five years. We are always delighted by Rosalind, our hygienist. Shes fantastic! Most of the time we are only in need of a cleaning which is why the experience with Rosalind is very important. Shes simply delightful. Also, the office staff is wonderfully helpful. We had a snafu with the insurance company and Jill helped us through it with patience and diligence. Finally, we are pleased with Dr. Holland as the replacement for Dr. Weiss. He is attentive and friendly. My husband had a crown placed, and it was pain free and easy.

What a wonderful dental office! I took my daughter here for her very first teeth cleaning & the staff was incredible! Everyone was super friendly & made my daughter & I feel very comfortable. Dr. Holland and the entire staff are FANTASTIC! I have dentist anxiety (from having a bad experience from an old dentist), and Dr. Holland and his staff have made me feel completely comfortable, safe and at ease since day 1. They are sensitive to my needs, and they do excellent work. Last year they fixed a few chipped teeth, and my smile looks better than ever! I always leave my regular cleaning appointments feeling like they took the time to take care of me, rather than rushing me in and out of the door. Definitely my favorite dentist!

Roz came on board as a top-notch hygienist with extra training and education to specialize in hard to treat cases like mine: bleeding gums, excessive plaque etc. She is a dedicated professional who will get your mouth in order and keep it healthy. I see her every four months.I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Holland as my dentist. He’s a humble man of integrity who knows his stuff. I had 2 teeth that needed fillings. There was hardly any discomfort when I was given my novocain shot. Everyone in the office has been very caring in whatever is being done. The staff are friendly and really interested in you as a person.

I have come to this dental office for nearly ten years and have never had a bad experience. Recently, when Dr. Holland transitioned in, I wasnt sure how I would feel, but he is thorough and explains everything he does in clear terms. All staff are personable and do great work...and they remember their clients from visit to visit.

Dr Holland was outstanding. I have already referred my girlfriend to him. He was easy going and understanding about what was going on. Most dentists give you a hard time about doing something they dont like, but he didnt.

I went to this office in August for a difficult tooth. Dr. Holland first replaced the crown, then eventually recommended a root canal. He took every precaution and appropriate steps to keep this tooth. He has even offered to replace the crown again to make sure the tooth is fully protected. Ive never known a dentist office to do this.

I cannot overstate how wonderful Dr. Holland and Mt. Pisgah Family Dental are. The staff are friendly and truly care about your wellbeing and oral health. As well as having excellent bedside manner, Dr. Holland is thorough, gentle, and above all, doesn’t shame you for any failings you might have in your oral hygiene, but kindly encourages better practices. This was perfect for someone such as myself, who lacked dental insurance for some time. Their office took all the anxiety out of going to the dentist, and for that, they’ve secured a patient for life. Thanks guys!

I am writing this review for my husband (Chad) because his gmail account is having technical issues. He wanted to share that he always experiences great customer service in that the staff are always up front and honest about the dental work he needs done and the associated cost. My spouse and I came in due to tooth pain and encountered the most laid back and friendly staff you could hope to meet. They were all very honest and open and listened without judgement. I ended up needing fillings as I am pregnant and can not do too much work. After my filing I began to feel pain, despite having to come back in Dr. Holland saw me again that day and we found the problem. Initially he didnt want to do xrays as they are unsafe during pregnancy but seeing as I came in in excruciating pain he examined my tooth again, gave me a single xray if the tooth in question to ensure he was doing what was needed and resolved the issue. It has been weeks since Ive been able to eat but now I do not have to spend my Thanksgiving in misery. Under all circumstances they did their best to keep me comfortable and resolve the issues without risking the safety of my pregnancy- and they succeeded. I am so grateful for Dr. Holland and his staff. I will keep business with his office for the foreseeable future.

I went in to get some fillings yesterday and my mouth wasn’t getting numb so it was taking a much longer time to do the procedure than it would normally have, and Dr. Holland and his assistant were so patient and understanding and made me feel very comfortable despite the discomfort and time delay. I went to see Dr. Holland for my first time today. I felt very welcome and comfortable instantaneously. Ros, the hygenist was very knowledgable, and gentle, yet thorough. I watched beautiful birds fly by the window as my teeth were being cleaned. The front desk staff quickly got me checked in and were very well versed with insurance queries. I walked away feeling well taken care of.

Ive had really good experiences with both Dr. Weiss and Dr. Holland. Rosalind is an exceptional hygienist, too. I would highly recommend going here.

UPDATE: After seeing this review, Dr. Hollands staff called me and asked if I would come in and allow him to look at my teeth and see the cavities found by my new dentist. I obliged, with the condition that the appointment was free; I could not afford more dental work on top of the scheduled work at the new dentist. I had expected that they would just do some x-rays, but when I got to the exam room it was set up with a tray of drill bits and whatnot. Dr. Holland conceded that there were six cavities that needed to be dealt with; he then offered to re-do the filling that I had complained about, completely free. How could I refuse?This new filling is 10x better! I can finally chew solid and cold foods with it, no pain. Dr. Holland had been using a filling material left over from the previous dentist, and had switched to a new composite after complaints from other patients. I am so grateful that Dr. Holland fixed my tooth for free; he did his best to make up for the discomfort I had faced. His staff was also very nice and accommodating, as always.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Ive been visiting this office since 2015. I didnt have any problems until about a year ago when I had a cavity filled, and its been bothering me since. Ive visited the office since and they pretty much couldnt do anything to help except shave the filling down.Now my tooth is in noticeable pain every day; I visited a new dentist to get a second opinion and found out I have eight unrelated cavities (at least according to them).I enjoyed my time working with this office; the staff is friendly and so is Dr. Holland. However, Im not sure about this filling; Im left with a sore tooth that didnt hurt before the procedure, so Im seeking other opinions.

Everyone that works here is incredibly friendly and they do everything they can to work around your schedule. Im very happy I found them
