My visit at Gentle Dental went very well. Everyone was professional, attentive snd friendly. My exam was thorough and I reviewed the cost of treatment after my insurance coverage. This was the first time any medical office reviewed cost if treatment instead of leaving me to find out when the bill arrives.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, friendly helpful and knowledgable dentist. Staff presented me multiple payment options up front and clearly explained the breakdown of my bill and what was and wasn’t covered by insurance. The dentist explained everything thoroughly and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. The practice came highly recommended by someone in my neighborhood and I’m glad I pursued their recommendation. Will continue treatment with this practice.

I am 47 and served in the US Air Force before retiring in 2012. Many people dont know that dental hygiene is an important part of serving in the military. Therefore, our dental care was great. Yet, I can unequivocally say that Gentle Dental is by far, the best experience, in my lifetime.

Everyone in this office is so nice. Dr. Fee really takes her time with you and educates you on anything you need done. Rudy was very patient with taking my impressions and x-rays. The hygienist, Natalie is great as well. I never have to wait, I am always taken on time for my appointment, and she does a great job cleaning my teeth. All the assistants and front desk people are friendly, which is great because seeing the dentist is not one of my favorite things!

Great staff. I visited this place for the first time on December 18th 2019. I went in knowing that I needed a lot of work done. the staff was friendly and fairly gentle given the procedures I needed to get done. Dr. OBrien and Bonnie were excellent and extremely patient with me. Sabrina was super helpful and even helped me square away insurance issues before i visited the office. They provided me with a treatment plan and made a number of reasonable suggestions to afford it. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable the entire time. Overall this has completely made me more comfortable with visiting dentists.

I was nervous to find a new dentist after a few years of going without, but I ended up having a really great experience at Gentle Dental. I had to have my first cavities filled ever and Both Dr. Fee and the dental assistant Rudy were super kind & encouraging throughout, really made sure I understood what they were going to do and that I was comfortable. And I was in-and-out for both filling appointments--kind and quick, couldnt ask for more in a dentist!

Ive been through a lot at this place, they have seen me at my worst and have always been kind. I love the new dental tech and dentist and Lauren at the front desk but the other long term employees are very awesome too. Any major dental work is so expensive anywhere you go so I dont blame them for the thousands of dollars they have of mine. So while that part sucks, the people there are wonderful.

Ive been going to this location of Gentle Dental for years and have seen a tall improvement in my teeth while under the guidance of their hygienist and dentists. They are caring for the discomfort patients feel and work to put them at ease for the treatment. I would recommend them to anyone.

Got an appointment immediately. Terrified going in because I had no idea how severe my problem was.. I was in pain and I feared the worst.. Needed a root canal. Dr. O’Brian & staff were wonderful. Professional, competent, efficient and kind. Excellent! Going back for more work. Highly recommended.

The only thing good about Gentle Dental is the offices are clean. I when for a check up and was presented with a $14,000 estimate for dental work to be performed on my 73 year old mouth (I have a $2,000 limit on my insurance), when I asked if it would be better to have full dentures upper and lower (since I only have 7 natural teeth left) I was told no they would be too uncomfortable. I left with no future appointment. A few days later after my insurance settled whit Gentle Dental I received a bill for $73.00 and have been dunned for that same amount since then. My response to the Dentist when I got the $14,000.00 estimate was I dont mind her driving a BMW I just dont want to buy it for her

I was in for a cleaning today. Natalie and Kennyesha were great as always. I do horrible with x-rays but she Kennyesha always keeps me calm and talks me through it. I walked around with a broken molar for almost a year but I was afraid to go to the dentist. Well I went last week and it was the best route canal I ever had, it sounds funny saying that but it didn’t even hurt. Now I know I need another one and I’m scheduled for that appointment But I can’t make any promises that I’m going to make it. Everybody at Gentle Dental is great and the Dentist is the best!!!

Great experience! I recently switched to this location because my regular dentist was too far. I met with Dr Obrien and she made a really great recommendation for my dental care needs, I was thrilled and optimistic, it was implemented and its soooo amazing. None of my previous dentist ever discussed this option and that’s my only disappointment, is that this should have been recommended years ago by my previous doctors/dentist. I use to have dental anxiety until I started going to Gentle Dental of Springfield. From the minute I walked in the door until I checked out they were nothing but friendly and professional. I set my appointment up online and did my new patient paperwork online prior to my appointment. The assistants and Dr. Fee were absolutely amazing. After my examination they gave me a detailed breakdown of the work I need to accomplish with no pressure on time frame. I set my appointment for the next day to have a root canal plus I also had a cleaning with Natalie (Dental Hygenist) which I was also pleased with. I highly recommend going to Gentle Dental of Springfield. They took my fear of seeing a dentist away with just one visit. I have my next few appointments set up and I am glad I went there.

I am really afraid of the dentist however I needed to have a tooth that had broken off in my mouth extracted! I got an appointment at Gentle​ Dental in Springfield Pa.I was actually shaking when I arrived.Well I was introduced to the nicest Hygentist Kim who talked to me and calmed me so she could get an X-ray of the tooth.I met my Dentist Dr Fee.We talked,she removed the broken tooth without any pain to me! I finally found a Dentist that I am comfortable with,she was kind and had patience to explain what she was doing while she was working on the tooth.Dr Fee remove the tooth without pain,shes awesome!

After many years of avoiding going to the dentist, I have had to have a lot of repair work done over the last couple of years. Dr. Fee has gotten stuck fixing a lot of work done wrong by previous dentists and she has done all the work for the original flat fee, despite the fact that Ive ended up having multiple extra visits due to problems that werent her fault. I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful regarding billing issues. All in all, I am happy with this practice.

I would highly recommend this dental group. This group of professionals are extremely customer service oriented, professional and caring of the patients they treat. Natalie and Rudy treat each patient as if they are family. The amount time spent with patients truly shows their compassion to the patients they treat especially if you have a dental phobia. I dont know anyone who enjoys going to the dentist, I hate it! However I do like this dentist office. I feel comfortable there and the staff is very nice and friendly.

What an unfortunate experience. After six years of going to the same dental practice religiously twice a year, I started a new job with new dental insurance that my prior dentist didnt accept.I chose Gentle Dental because it was close to home and some of the reviews were positive online. When I arrived, they took x-rays, and I was promptly told that I had four cavities that needed to be filled immediately and an older filling that needed to be drilled out and re-filled immediately. I was shocked that I had four cavities after having no issues just six months before. The dentist advised that shes very aggressive with any weaknesses in enamel that she sees, which gave me pause, as Ive heard several dentists talk about ethics in their industry, not to mention that drilling into a tooth can actually do more harm than good. I also was not able to see a hygienist for a cleaning that day. This place actually doesnt line up dental visits with cleanings! I couldnt believe it. The first available cleaning wasnt for 3 months.I made an appointment with my old dental practice and drove 45 miles one evening after work to see people I trust (and get a cleaning)! My usual dentist wasnt available for an appointment, but another dentist in the practice took a look at all of the paperwork from Gentle Dental. She promptly told me that there was no need to replace the one filling I already have, and that there was no need to drill in 3 of the four places GD had identified, but she wanted to keep an eye on one spot. The practice also advised that each time a tooth is drilled, it compromises the structure and strength of the tooth and immediately weakens it, so its best to be conservative and mindful about drilling/filling.I will never go back to Gentle Dental, and have told everyone I know the same.

Check your insurance before agreeing to have work done. My insurance was covering things 100% and they were still asking for money each time I went in. When I called my insurance company, my insurance company said this was not allowed and asked if I would like to file a complaint. Do not try to get any help from the staff because they are indignant and could care less. They tell you that your insurance covers certain procedures only to have them done and fine out they are not covered.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Fee, Rudy, Natalie, Kanesha, Kim, and the rest of the team. Ive had everything from cleanings to root canals done at Gentle Dentle and now have an awesome new smile thanks to them. The front office explained the costs in detail before and after each visit so there were no surprises financially, the place is extremely clean, and the dental work has been outstanding.

I had an amazing experience. Natalie is the best and Dr. Fee is amazing she referred me to a periodontist suggesting I get my gums laserd to enchace my smile that made me feel really good she took the time to education me. Lauren was on point with getting my referrals together upon me checking out. Once Lauren escorted me to the front desk to check out Tinya was first class she asked how my visit went and wanted to know if I had any concerns or questions. These guys are on point. I get the absolutely worst dental anxiety ever. After one visit here it was much less. Staff is friendly and incredibly open about any issues and how to help fix them. Incredibly thorough and not judgy. Had one of my first few procedures performed this week and I couldnt be happier. They treated me a 30 year old man like a little kid and walked me through everything and I just dont have enough kind words to say. This is an amazing office that lives up to its name.

UPDATE: Covid-19 times. So I had to get a filling fixed from the (previous described) dentist I had in exton. Not only is the filling procedure easy and encouraging, I cant feel the difference where that prior office just felt like a jagged edge on my tooth.Their procedures for Covid/Pandemic times are safe and they make sure you are comfortable. If you are uneasy about going to the dentist, but need work done, they are protecting you here.Previous Review:From someone who was, and I told the dental team there, a hot mess of dental work in the past two years. I had an awful experience at a dental practice in Exton. So much, I needed a mental break from all the procedures that I had done. I made the intent to switch to a Gentle Dental team closer to my home. But this weekend, I had jaw pain that was excruciating. Got worse, and the newer practice? Could not see me until Wednesday.I found these guys by chance due to the emergency intake. Got me in this afternoon, then the pain was at a 9 by 10am. I was in there, they took my insurance, were patient as I switched it over to their practice, and pulled my two wisdom teeth without any pain, anxiety and made me laugh, even when the teeth were pulled. Painless and actually? A positive experience.Thank you all for today, the short notice, and I can finally sleep better with no anxiety, or even any, if at all, pain from the wisdom tooth extractions. They are friendly, courteous and laughed at my bad jokes. I fully recommend these folks, for someone who has awful anxiety due to a poor experience with a previous dentist.
