This company is simply the best when it comes to the quality of their work and their customer service.

They did an awesome job on high traffic areas and stairs. They did a walk through with us prior to cleaning so we could point out areas that we felt needed special attention. Previously they did a replacement, repair and cleaning of our carpeting when our water softener leaked and soaked our family room carpeting...turned out great. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

While I love my Boxer, he can get into trouble at times. On this occasion he got into some food and got it all over and in the carpet. Some of the powder from the food got wet and therefore really got down into the carpet. We were having company the next day and had to have this cleaned. I called Jerry at Spot Plus. He was able to squeeze us in and had a team out the next day. They did an amazing job cleaning the carpet. When they were finished, it was like nothing ever happened. I will only use Spot Plus to clean my carpets for now on!!! They are the BEST!!!!!
