My time with Brokate Janitorial, while working in the office, was phenomenal. This company really cares for its employees. It doesnt matter if youve been employed with them for five years or five minutes, they went above and beyond to help, aid or assist in the best way they could. With the approach of the COVID-19 pandemic, the safety precautions and sanitation measures that were implemented within the entire company made me feel safe and protected. Brokate Janitorial is well established within the Springfield community and really stepped up during the initial shutdown and every day after for the community. The job itself, assisting in the office, was overall well-balanced. The communication and leadership was of high-quality. The workplace culture was positive and I had everything I needed to do my best work. I made many great connections here and if I did not have to relocate due to personal reasons, I would definitely still be with Brokate Janitorial to establish a long term career.

Brokate Janitorial provided porters at Artsfest this year to keep the festival clean and safe for everyone involved. Their staff checked-in frequently and went above and beyond in cleaning all the high touch areas. Their staff was friendly and so professional. The team at Brokate does a great job. We put a lot of time and effort into creating an office space that looks great, so we rely on the best to keep it looking its best. Not only are they excellent at cleaning, but their staff is attentive and professional. You couldnt ask for a better company to keep your space clean. If you have commercial space, especially if its space that potential clients come to, I highly recommend you give Brokate Janitorial a call. They wont let you down.

Its a pretty good place to work, I would say almost guaranteed employment. Its a local business thats growing pretty quickly. Top brass are friendly and probably will remember you. The benefits are pretty stellar, pay advances, weekly pay, company get togethers. I keep hearing that they rented out 1984 downtown for a few hours for the employees. The week before Thanksgiving one of the co-owners brought us Jimmy Johns and handed us gift cards. Yes it might be janitorial but its cake work and I like to zone out in my own little world. To me its like the perfect part time job with room for advancement if you would like. Plus piercings and tattoos are ok. You just have to wear their shirt which really doesnt look bad and you have the option of shorts or jeans as long as you wear close toed shoes. Oh yeah you can always just wear the shirt over something else like a long sleeve shirt or something.
