I was scheduled for my couch to be cleaned on Tuesday at 2:30pm, and I was contacted at 1:15 stating they were having issues with their machine and needed to reschedule. Frustrating, however I understand things come up. He then said Thursday at 2:30. The time came and went. At around 2:45 I messaged them, making sure they were still coming; and there was no response. I messaged them again at 6:40pm stating my frustration that they did not show, nor did they contact me to explain the no-show or to apologize and reschedule. The message was read, however no response. Two days of sending our puppy to doggy daycare and rearranging my work schedule, for nothing. The lack of professionalism by not showing up and not responding is unreal, and sad because they came highly recommended. I can honestly say I will NOT be passing that recommendation along.

Use Demos Carpeting today for my couches and rugs. Garrett showed up 10 minutes early, was very friendly and professional and even added in some advice of how to keep up my rugs from pet stains. Demos Carpet was excellent. They cleaned my rugs after a local company came and ruined them. I knew Garrett because he did a wonderful job at my co workers home. I had no option but to call him considering the circumstances. He was able to get the awful smell out that was left behind after the previous company left puddles of water that soaked into the pad. I wont mention the company but they are out of Agawam. When Garrett was done with the carpets he even gave me a discount because he felt bad that I already paid the previous company. He also went above and beyond cleaning the dog beds and a set of stairs free of charge. I also had a sectional in the basement that was in desperate need and he cleaned that too literally making it look good as new. I cant say enough about this company. My experience was awesome. 5 stars

I hired this company based on a recommendation from a co worker. He cleaned two sofas in my basement, two sets of stairs a living room and 4 bedrooms. My carpets were cleaned by Stanley steamer but I was extremely unhappy with the outcome. After Demos came to my house it was a total transformation. He was extremely nice and professional. He was well mannered and polite. My wife said he went above and beyond her expectations.i am extremely pleased and wish I used this company sooner. I will definitely recommend them to all friends and family. I also have to mention we have three dogs and they cleaned all three dog beds free of charge which was extremely appreciated.

I used this business previously at our last house before we listed. I cant say it was exceptional - my house smelled like cigarettes for hours after - but the job got done (AKA the carpets were cleaned so I wasnt displeased). I once again contacted them to do a car detail (and eventually the house carpets once the quarantine was over). The appointment was scheduled and day of about an hour before it was cancelled because they employee called out. Frustrating because work schedules were arranged, but okay. Things happen. We rescheduled for the following week and the day of nobody showed. Waited a little... still nothing. I messaged to see if anybody was coming. The owner read the message but did not reply. I waited a while to see if he or somebody would contact me but didnt hear a word. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the company and once again the message was read and never replied to. 0/10. Would never consider or recommend this company and if you dont want your time wasted I suggest you pass as well.Seeing the reply and reading more reviews its a wonder he still has a business...

They showed up late to the appointment by 30 minutes. They were here to clean a loveseat and a 8x10 rug. When the gentleman was leaving I came in to pay him. I noticed the rug was only cleaned on the areas that were showing. He left the areas under the coach, chair and ottoman dry. When I asked about it he said he could have done that if I asked him to do it. The loveseat was so wet that he had to come back in with towel to dry up the area underneath it and around the edges of the rug. This is all after he loaded up all the equipment in the truck. I would never use them again even it was for free. It was a waste of $110.00.

My carpets were old and very stained from pets etc. I wasn’t quite sure if I should replace the carpets because of the condition they were in. I have used Demos Carpet and Upholstery for the past few years and have always had an excellent experience. This years cleaning was no different. Heather arrived and worked tirelessly all day. My kitchen grout is always a nightmare no matter how much I mop, and she managed to clean it so well that it looks like new. My area rug and furniture look came out great. My dog had an accident on an antique oriental rug (why is it always the expensive rug!?!?!). I contacted Demos Carpet and & Upholstery cleaning at 9:00pm on a Tuesday, they responded within minutes and were available to clean the rug the next day. Also, their pricing was much better than what my dad had paid another company to clean a rug. I will use them again and I would definitely recommend them.

Repeat customer. One cleaning was done in March 2016 and the second in May 2018. The March 2016 cleaning was done and pictures of my rugs were posted without my consent as well as pictures of my house and furniture. In May 2018 my furniture was cleaned again (SAME FURNITURE AS MARCH 2016). Company employee came out to complete the cleaning - she is a hard worker and was solo for the job. Upon completing I noticed a sour smell. I contacted the owner who assured me that he would himself come out to see the furniture and assured me that he was picking up a product and would bring it to get rid of the sour smell. He did not come. He sent his employee instead days later. She came and assured me she would come back to my house and re-clean the furniture. After multiple no shows and emails on my behalf which were not answered - I emailed the owner today (6/9/18). His comments were rude, disrespectful, degrading, and absolutely unprofessional. He offered me a car cleaning to fix the situation. His inability to provide quality customer responses or satisfaction if mind blowing. He doest care about the job and his attitude is horrific. He is insulting and infantile. BEWARE if you hire him. He does not care about customers nor the work that is preformed. He passes the buck to others and doesnt take responsibility for his business. I indicated to him that I would not recommend him to any friends nor would I refer him to others. He continued to harries me and continued to make disparaging remarks through instant message. These messages continued for over an hour and when I wouldnt respond he became increasingly rude and abrasive.

Was told to give a five star review to be given a bigger discount on the price of service for cleaning. Once Google review was submitted the owner could validate review was posted owner contacted me and thanked me for review and then discounted price for a deeper discount.Owner commenting on my personal business and was rude, disrespectful, and discourteous.Owner contacting consumers and asking them to leave google ratings to boost business is unethical and wrong.Be very cautious of this type of behavior and ratings that are posted.If anyone would like to see screenshots of our conversations regarding myself and the owner I would be more than happy to provide them as I have them all. The five star rating was to get a discount and was done prior to any work completed.

Today I hired Mr Demos to clean my carpets in Longmeadow. I want to start off by expressing how impressed I was with his services. I was recommended by a local realitor who used his services in the past and explained how satisfied I would. My carpets were moderately stained from my bull mastiff and boxer. The stains all came out and my house smelled wonderful. The carpets took roughly 4 hours to fully dry with the windows open. It was nice to have someone to communicate with who was easy to talk too. Ive been using Demos Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning for several weeks to clean my house. Heather does a wonderful job! The house has never looked so good! She spends a great deal of time and cleans everything thoroughly. My house is very big, but Heather cleans the last few minutes with as much energy as she does when she first arrives. I would highly recommend treating yourself to their service(s). Garrett, the owner, is very responsive by answering Facebook messages or phone messages. My husband and I read a comment below by M Zerba just a few minutes ago and were very much turned off by his/her need to publicly trash a small and local business. The mere fact that they would spend $6500 on a couch and cannot spell basic words correctly...well, Ill leave that up to the reader to decide. Leave the little guy alone and go buy yourself another couch. Thanks, Demos!

All I can say is these guys are the best. I have them clean my sectional and living room carpet every six months and they always do a good job. Its hard to imagine they would ever be clean with my kids and the dog, but they make it possible.

I had Demos Carpet Cleaning come out and clean all of my carpets. They did an absolutely outstanding job. They got all the stains out of my carpets from pets over the years. The owner Garrett was very friendly and professional. I’ve used other companies in the past that just did not compare.

BEWARE!!! This guy is not mentally stable. I hired Garrett to clean two rooms and when I came home there was no difference. After leaving a review on fb he repeatedly harassed me for 7 months until I contacted the police. Others who saw my review contacted me and told me they had a similar experience with him. Im sure most of this 5 star reviews are from friends and family and of course he rated himself. Be careful!!! I hate the fact that this psycho even has my address.

Out of a 10 Mr. Demos work is about a 7 but his attitude is absolutely horrible. Although I paid handsomely for the work done he acted like he was doing me a favor by coming over. He acts like hes macho tries to flirt and really thinks hes a stud, Now hes getting into the car detailing business. Beware your car will smell like mold and mildew because he doesnt dry properly and 5 of his positive reviews are him using multiple gmail accounts

This guy is completely insane impolite unprofessional his co-worker came to clean our couch and pocked several wholes in it! She said that its because we used oxyclean, but we used oxyclean on the stain spot she certainly pocked a whole there but she did pock three other wholes in 3 other areas that we had no stains and never used any detergents on it! When we called Garrett to let him know. We had to leave several messages until finally several weeks later getting ahold of him. He started swearing and went all crazy and called our phone several times. We had to threaten him that we will call the cops in order to stop. They are not only incompetent but complete lunatics. They ruined a 6500$ designer couch and we were simply looking to let, what we thought is the owner know, for his own business sake. This is the trashiest level of people we have ever dealt with. Stay away.

I really wanted to like Garrett - he was super responsive when booking (prob should have been my first clue) and price was very reasonable (prob should have been my second clue). They arrived on time and were scheduled to clean my upstairs (4 brs and hallway), stairs, finished basement and basement stairs. They did not clean the basement other than spot clean and they did a terrible job at that. Maybe it was the rentable equipment or the cleaner that could be purchased at the dollar store or the cleaning crew, but regardless, they did an awful job. Despite FB messages informing Garrett of just that (which he suddleny was non responsive to) a phone call got us connected. He clearly was aware that I was dissatisfied with the job given I paid for all those rooms and one major space wasn’t actually cleaned. Very surprisingly they returned the next day and actually cleaned the basement. In the end the job was done but I would def find another company the next time.

There were patient with my pets and my children, it can be chaotic at times but they were unphased and i was really appreciative. Disappointing.Very nice people and dog lovers which goes a long way with me, but sadly, it doesnt make up for the issues I encountered.First off, when they got there, I was hit up for another twenty bucks because the basement carpet was bigger than he thought. Not sure how that was my problem but given they were there and had good reviews from Facebook, Id deal with it.Second of all, the downstairs there are a few stains still there, including a stain caused by red wine. While I know its an issue, they didnt even bother to inform me before they left it was clean. We were upstairs talking and I was giving the owner advice on building his website and even reached out to him with some of the resources I used.The really bad part however is the followup. I reached out to Mr. Demos to express my disappointment and we chatted about it and he agreed to check it out and see what he could do. He told me on April 5th, Next Wednesday or Thursday we will look at stain, and on August 14th, Hey Tuesday and neither day showed up.Tonight I asked him what is going on, and this is the conversation.Heya Garrett! What happened to last Tuesday? I was tied up this week, but didnt hear anytjingvery busy, wine wont come clean from carpetsThats great, but you given me two dates, and didnt show for eitheri dont get what u want i had someone come ther twiceummm, no, just the one timeyeah and they said someoneone was mowing the yard both timeshuh? what are you discussing, we are talking carpetsGarrett, i have all the logs right here of when you said you would come back and look at the carpet.paul we did the work already what do you want, i told you we stopped by twiceyah, ok, whatever Mr. Demos, im done at this point.
