Matt came out, he was extremely polite and did a FANTASTIC job! My house smells AMAZING! No more urine smells! Stains are completely gone! Great price! TLDR: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Matt (our tech) and Steampro are awesome and my carpets look like new and it was completely affordable.Matt was my technician and he was super friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The crew was perfectly on time and even texted me when they were on their way, so I knew exactly when to expect them.Matt and I did a walkthrough the house and discussed the situation of each room and what treatments were needed, along with which areas needed the most attention--- I have an older, diabetic cat who had been using the carpet instead of his box for a bit... so gross. Then the living room carpet was HORRIBLE because of our Huskies coming in and out with muddy paws. He warned me of some areas that may not come out completely given the level of staining, but said theyd do their best in those areas.Well, that warning was not necessary as the end result was shocking! I knew the carpet was rough, but it was night and day once they were finished. Matt and his crew did an amazing job getting ALL of the stains out. The rooms where the kitty had done his deeds did smell for a while after the cleaning, but then went away completely once they were dry (which is exactly what Matt told me to expect as the enzymes broke down the urine acids).I will say that it took longer than expected for the carpets to fully dry, however they did a pretty heavy duty cleaning and we only have ceiling fans in two of the rooms-- so I have nothing to complain about considering the carpets basically look brand new. Next time Ill make sure to have a box fan for each room to help with the drying process.Overall, I am SUPER pleased with everything Steampro had to offer-- great communication from the owner during scheduling, technician Matt was knowledgable, professional, polite and even helped me move a couple of larger furniture pieces that I couldnt move on my own. He is/was an excellent representation of the company! I cant say enough great things about them and on top of that Im pretty sure they are literally the most affordable in town!

The thing I like the most about Steampro is their culture of community service. They really care about the customer. They are very flexible and want the relationship more than your money. I will continue using Steampro for my rentals and primary residence.

They were cheaper than the other guys, got some of the stains out.. but carpet still stinks! Worker was polite, was hoping for the best with a lot of the positive reviews. Unfortunately for us, this wasn’t the case. Will have to call Stanley steamers I guess. Wish I could have the money I spent on these guys to put towards the more experienced and better quality cleaners. Oh well, lesson learned. I’m sure they are good for maybe small areas that aren’t that dirty? Nothing personal at all, just am not satisfied at all. I could say more, but the more I think about it, the more upset I become with the whole experience. But I will say, to add to the other comment I saw, we had to move our own things and they still missed areas. It just makes me so upset when we followed all the instructions to the letter for after care and it still is bad. And they even came back out, which I won’t get into that. And still it smells awful and they still missed some spots. I could have done a better job myself if I had equipment. Definitely will be calling someone else at beginning of year. I’m glad this worked for others, but want to be honest to help save someone else from this. Nothing personal, just sharing our experience. You get what you pay for. Maybe the employee wasn’t experienced? I don’t know, but he seemed really nice. Hate leaving bad reviews 😢

We have used Steampro for many years now for rentals that we own as well as our own personal residence. We have never been disappointed with the job done and the price is always right! Steampro has been our go-to for many years now and will continue to be.

They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets of my rental house. Great value for the service they provided

I hired this company to clean two rugs and my master closet. They were knowledgeable about the fiber of the rugs and what they could do to clean them. The rugs were cleaned just fine. However, the master closet was cleaned but they failed to clean to the edges. They stopped about 2 feet from the corner/and edges on both sides of the of the closet. This was where our shoes were(they were picked up off the floor before cleaners came). There was leaf particles and basically dirt that could be picked up. This was still there after they supposedly cleaned the closet. I called the owner who did offer to come back and hit that spot. We did not take them up on that offer because quite frankly I don’t have the time to plan for another visit. I expected a carpet cleaning service to do just that, to clean the carpet. I would not recommend this service if you want it done right the first time.

We chose Steampro after looking at some reviews and thrilled we went with them. The price quoted was very reasonable. Joe was the person who came to do the cleaning. He did a terrific job and was fun to talk to. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Everything looked great. There were a few spots that didnt turn out the best but the owner took care of it and was great to work with. He was so nice and apologetic for it not being perfect. He never made us feel bad for having negative feedback. He also got us on his schedule quickly, which we appreciated because we were in a time crunch. I will definitely use Steampro again. I really appreciated their great customer service.

Joe just left my house and you wouldnt believe how good my carpet looks! He got here early and was out the door before my actual appointment time. I am so impressed with his work! He gave me realistic expectations, then surpassed them. And I was charged the same price I was quoted over the phone. I will be using these guys again!

David came and cleaned 4 rooms in my house. He was extremely efficient and effective. I can not express how happy I am with the service. David not only made my carpets look brand new he did it in record time all while maintaining a very personable and positive attitude. Sewer backed up and flooded utility room and staircase landing in basement. Called someone else and they couldnt come for five days. Called David and he fit me in to his schedule within minutes of calling. Joe showed up on time and did an amazing job. Admittedly a small job but very quick response. Very professional. We have used Steampro twice now and both times they have done an amazing job. Our carpet looks like new, and our house smells fresh. We used another company in the past that chemically treats the carpets for cleanliness, and we are much better pleased with the outcome of Steampros treatment. Spots are permanently gone, and the few hours it takes to dry are a good time to go get some lunch and run some errands! Very affordable, and very professional. Would recommend Steampro to anyone.

We just had our carpets cleaned today, the guy who did it was very honest about some spots on the carpet that he may or may not get it out. We left to run errands and when we came back to check the results, it was great! We were very pleased with it and for only 89 dollars, it was the best deal! With a baby on the way, it was important to us to get our carpets professionally cleaned before setting up the nursery. I couldnt be happier with the service. The two guys that came out (Stuart and Joe) were friendly and professional. They arrived right on time and called about half hour ahead of time to let us know they were on the way. It was slight chaos at my house, and raining outside, and even though I offered to pay full price for him to just get the high points, as Mom used to say, he refused. Our carpet is a teal color, but over time looked dingy due to construction on an addition. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with a steam cleaning type of carpet cleaning. When I made the appointment with Steampro, I was concerned that the carpet and pad might be left wet. Not so. Steampro assured me that would not be the case.Our cleaners name was David. He was on time, gave me helpful answers to my several questions, then went right to work. What a hard worker! By the time he was finished, our carpet looked new! David also cleaned our cloth headboard - something that is not often done by a carpet cleaning business as the water is so hot the fabrics cannot take the heat. But I told him I would be responsible and he steam cleaned it for me. It came out great! I could not be any more pleased with the results. We have a lot of carpet and it all looked new when he was finished.So if I were to recommend a carpet cleaning business to anyone in the Springfield area - it would far and above be Steampro! They know how to clean carpets without leaving residue behind, and when you call them - make sure you ask for David. He is professional and very courteous. I am selling my house, and needed my carpets cleaned before the realtor listed the house. They got me in very quickly and did a great job! They got some of the toughest pet stains out of the carpet (I personally rented a rug doctor and couldnt get the stains out). I would definitely recommend them.

Had them come to clean my house. It was beginning to look pretty soiled from normal use, had lots of areas with heavy traffic from walking into the house.I was pleased with how well it cleaned up!!! It looks great now! The workers were very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. Also had them clean the kitchen tile and some of the living room furniture. We have are going to have them come on a regular basis just to make sure things stay nice and clean!

Steampro did a great job!! The 8 year old carpet was very worn, dingy/dirty and almost to the point of replacement. They came out and worked very hard on the carpet and even went over some of the areas several times to work the stains out. I was very impressed with how hard they worked. Would definitely recommend them.

I had just moved into my new place and quickly remembered I had forgot to schedule a carpet cleaning. With lots of my furniture, appliances and everything else needing unloaded into the house, I hoped I could find someone to come in quickly and for the carpets to dry as fast as possible. I called SteamPro and they were able to fit me in the next day. They were in and out within 30-40 minutes and were dry a few hours later (I have used the carpet cleaners who claim carpets are dry in 30 minutes and in my experience, the carpets arent dry any quicker or the quality of the carpet cleaning isnt what I would expect from professional carpet cleaning services). Overall, I would use them again in a heartbeat. They were not only professional and did a thorough cleaning, they were also very friendly and made for good conversation. You wont find a better deal in Springfield, believe me, Ive looked!

Did a great job at my house fixed my carpets from being shampood 3 weeks ago by bee cleaning, the soap and dirt that came up was unbelievable!!! So happy they fixed it! Suggest these guys for anyone.

Called and set up an appointment to get 4 rooms and stairs cleaned a week in advance. Come the day of the cleaning they never came and said they werent taking appointments today. We moved furniture around the house up and down stairs the day before and needed it done that day. They didnt care that they messed up. Went to a competitor and got the same price and same day service. I dont recommend these guys at all. The competitor also moved all the furniture back with protective blocks as well at no extra cost.

I have been using Steampro Carpet Cleaning for the past five (or so) years. Our carpet is nearly white, and every little thing shows up on it. We have them come out and clean them about 2 times a year. They have always removed all stains and left the carpet feeling and smelling fresh. They put the furniture up on Styrofoam blocks to protect it from getting wet, and if I move furniture onto a tiled area of the home, they happily help me move it back before they leave. We have had several different young men come out and do the actual cleaning, and they have all been very respectful and knowledgeable. I wouldnt use anyone else.

Matt was our cleaner, and he called prior to showing up just to make sure I was home. He came within the time range given to me when I scheduled. The carpets looked great and he answered a lot of questions I had about pet urine, and how to keep the carpets looking fresh after being cleaned. I love Steam Pro! This was the 2nd time Ive used them. Ben did my carpets and I couldnt have asked for a nicer, more polite man. It had been two years since Id had the carpets done and they were in real need of a good cleaning. They look like new now!! He pre-treated all the spots made by the kids and the dog. The whole house smells so fresh and clean now, Im still doing the happy dance! Ben made sure everything was perfect, not only by his and the companies standards, but by mine. He even got the gum out!! I cant say enough good things about him and the company he works for. The price is soooo right too!!! If someone tries to tell you that these guys are anything but wonderful, dont believe them.

I have been using Stemapro for the last couple of years mostly for cleaning rugs in my rental house. They have always done a super job. This year the rugs were very bad because of a family with three small children and a dog. (A dog never again!) I was on the verge of carpet replacement when I called Kelley and explained my predicament. He assured me that he would give a cleaning a chance and was fairly assured that cleaning would do the job. I had my doubts. Not about their cleaning ability but about the severity of the dirt and discoloration. All three room rugs were light in color. They came out beautifully! The next day I called and asked them to come out and give a couple of really bad places another try. I was very strong in that I wanted to pay for the extra effort because of the super job that Matt had done the day before. Matt showed up the next day and gave the spots another try. I fully expected to pay for the extra effort over and above the call of duty. When I asked how much I owed him he said NO CHARGE. Just Customer Service With A Smile. Great work and great people. They will appreciate your business.

I was searching the internet trying to find a good carpet cleaner to come and clean my house for the holidays.I didnt want to go with some of the companies I had used in the past as they always had hidden fees that made it very expensive and then they never really did a good job either.I decided to give SteamPro a try and was very happy with the outcome. Their Technician who came out was very friendly and did a excellent job. I believe his name was Jerrold.I had quite a few stains in some of my rooms that I did not think would come out very well. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet in one of the rooms, but the technician suggested getting it cleaned as he was pretty sure the stains would come out. As he started to clean that room I was amazed at the results. The rest of the house also came out better than we had expected, but the work in the couple of the worst rooms would have been worth the whole service charge. Paying $249 to get the whole house cleaned, including the bad rooms was less than half the cost of re-carpeting just one of those rooms!I will definitely be using SteamPro for all my cleaning needs in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning. I am not the type of person to leave reviews normally, but their outstanding service warranted me leaving one.

If you want a Steampro-quality carpet cleaning job just invest in a Bissel machine. This place is a total joke. When I called to set up a cleaning the owner told me that they could deodorize and remove pet spots. This is not the case.... not only did the guy show up and tell me that in fact they cannot do that nor could anyone else in town but that he dislikes it when his boss tells people that and told me he wouldnt even charge me the extra fee for deodorizing because it wouldnt work anyway. I was upset but needed my carpets cleaned anyway so I decided to let him proceed. When he got to the area around my dining room table where a dirt line from where the rug under it had been he told me that there was nothing they could do about it, that its just a traffic pattern. I questioned him about this a good three or four times but got the same answer every time. Needless to say when the guy left I took out my own Bissell machine and went to work. Not only could I get out most of the dirt from that line in a matter of seconds but my water in the tank was FILTHY. I immediately called the owner and after being very unapologetic and saying that his employee must have been in a hurry he agreed to rip up the check I had just written them. Never said sorry once.On a lighter note, two guys came out from Stanley Steemer today and were extremely professional and amazing!!! My carpet has never ever looked so good! These guys really know what theyre doing. Theyre higher than Steampro but apparently you get what you pay for in the carpet cleaning business! This will always be my choice from here on out for our carpet cleaning needs.

Steam pro is the worst place to get your carpets cleaned. employs are instructed to lie to the customer, to sell there urine treatment. (enzymes) that dont even work. if you are a customer looking for a solution to your pet issues, then steam pro is not the company to call, acually clean is. acually clean has the equipment to pull from the padding of the carpet, and remove the urine. they have the suction it need to be extracted, and the chemicals to guarantee its removal. steam pro brags about not cleaning your pockets but they are, they will charge for urine treatments, with no results. so how is this cleaning your carpet and not your pockets. they arent even the cheapest in town. they are very high priced, stanley steamer can do a better job. they have a $79 speacial for 3 rooms, $99 for 4 rooms, $129 for 5 rooms. why is there a $30 jump between speacials? to me that is cleaning my pockets. i will refer everyone to any carpet cleaner but steam pro. after reading the reviews, everyone that has complained was right.
