Moved all the furniture the night before unfortunately the Bros technician called in sick. Spoke to the central office and she immediately made another arraignment for the same day. We installed new carpets about 5 years ago. Although we are careful...and with only two of us at home...our carpets still became soiled in high-traffic areas. It was time to hire a professional carpet cleaning service. One of neighbors recommended Brothers Cleaning Services. We called Brothers, set an appointment and received an email confirming our appointment and advising us that Scott would be meeting with us. Days before our appointment, we received a reminder email from Brothers regarding our appointment date and time. On the morning of our appointment, we received another email advising us that Scott was on his way and would arrive on time. As promised, Scott arrived exactly on time and even wore a surgical mask to help mitigate the possible spread of Covid 19. Scott was nothing less than professional and courteous. After surveying the condition of our carpets, Scott gave us a reasonable cleaning cost and we quickly agreed to move forward. The cleaning took about 2 or 3 hours and everything went very smoothly. Again, Brothers Cleaning Services (and Scott) was nothing less than professional and courteous. The complete drying of our wet/damp carpets took about 24 hours but we were not inconvenienced. The heavy traffic areas didnt come out as clean as we had hoped but looked much better than before. We will absolutely use Brothers again for our future cleaning needs and recommend Brothers to those who seeking professional cleaning services.
