My family and I were tremendously affected by hurricane ida, not only did we have sewer backup but we had 7ft of water from the creek that came flowing in. I had literally called 11 companies to come clean up the basement, half of them had a 3 week waiting list and the other half wouldn’t even return my calls. Kwik dry answered the first time I called and were at my house within hours doing clean up and setting up dehumidifiers, air movers and air sanitizers. I could not believe how prompt they were, there customer service is by far the best I have ever seen, they are very professional and definitely went the extra mile knowing I had a newborn in the house. I extremely recommend Kwik dry over all of the big companies. They are family owned and operated and they made us feel like family.

I was impressed with this company from the get go. I called and left a message and received a call back in 30 minutes to set up an appointment. Once they came out they worked with me through the process of what was needed to be done. They were on time and completed the work without a hitch.

I had had a house fire and was put in touch with this wonderful company. I was in on all the details and able to pick the cabinets, floors, countertops and paint. They did a great job and could not be more please with the out come. Had a broken pipe in one of my rental houses, I called and talked to robert, the owner, and they came out immediately and started work. They dealed with my insurance 100% and as promised I had no money out of my pocket for the restoration

This $2500 service came with pretty poor communication. No water needed pumped out, no demo. Just carpets, and walls dried. The information I got from the owner vs. the staff that came out was very different. The crew that came and set up the blowers And fans were great. Informative and friendly. The man told me he thought the carpet and pad could be saved due to how quickly we had tried to dry stuff on our own. He said when they came back they would pull out carpet and pad, sanitize and clean floor and pad, and carpet. However, the owner called me the next day to find out if things were going ok, I told him were going to save carpet. Then a few days later he sent a guy to pick up blowers and no one to clean carpets. When I messaged him to ask about it I got a O I forgot wed talked about that with a we can probably come out next week. Fast forward to the next week, and, hadnt heard from him. When I reached out he again said he forgot and that they werent available until the next week. So thats almost there weeks of not getting to use my basement after hiring these guys. He had messaged me a couple of times reminding me about invoice. I suppose if I waited to pay invoice when they actually finished the work, it would have gotten done sooner. I think we would have had a better outcome if they would have finished their work in a more timely manner.
