Was treated very rude. Two of the three works talked at the same time, felt very unwelcoming and not professional or kind at all!! They could have directed me to another location where under 2 was welcome. I understand not all Supercuts are ran by the corporate office and some have been independently ran. So I will not ever come back to this location even for myself.

They did a great job and I will be back.

I always get in within a timely manner. The waiting is very minimal. I always just walk in. The employees are always friendly and make it a good experience. They always have a good laugh and I leave very happy. Highly recommend.

I was out and about and figured I might as well get my haircut so I called this location. Very friendly on the phone and I was in a chair getting a haircut after about 2 minutes walking in. This is my favorite Supercuts location in Springfield. Also calling ahead of time is super helpful!

Have used the Battlefield location but because my husband could not remember stylists name they would not make an appointment. I get it but I don’t get being rude to folks that are not on your clientele list.

Place is very clean, the Ladies working there are very professional, and personable. They were so busy, and they handle customers calmly, and explained they would be with them as quickly as possible. Great job ladies. Will definitely go back 👍

Ive been getting my hair cut here for years. Call before you arrive, but its usually quick and worth the price. Friendly staff and clean facility.

They were extremely busy, but still managed to work me in within 20 mins. I was very, very happy with my hair afterwards. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and got it right!

I asked her to braid my hair and it look horrible and they charged me $15 to do it

I had a very had time getting in because there app doesnt work most of the time and when ever I would call they wouldnt answer the phone, when I was finally able to get in over a week after I first starting trying to get in they were very rude to me about not wearing a mask in when they had said nothing about it on the phone when I made the appointment and then lied to me about state regulations that I know not to be true, all in all it was an very unpleasant experience and Im not sure if I will be going back again.

I took a friend here to get his haircut. The place was so smelly from a perm that you could hardly breathe. They need to air out their shop.

Love my stylist- Rachel. She listens to what I want and have to say. Its the only stylist Ive Found that really listened to me and walked through the process of getting what I wanted and would work best for me. The only issue Ive had was Online scheduling. A 30-45 minute job was taken in 15 minutes ahead of my Scheduled 15 minute job. Ill just call and confirm my check- in time next time if I dont want to take chance of it happening again. No biggie.

Got the best cut Ive had in the past year. All the ladies were sociable and knew what they were doing.

This is the only place I ever found that can cut decent haircuts everytime out of the last 10 places we tried. These girls are awesome and know their stuff!

The first time I went in the lady did great. I dont remember her name. But then when I went in to get my trim a different lady did it and Im just saying, if you dont know how to follow simple instructions, than you probably shouldnt cut peoples hair. Ive never been so frustrated about a hair cut. My bangs are to short to fix and they are crooked and not at all the style that I had them in. Not to mention my undercut is hella jacked up now. I dont even want her to fix it.

My fiancé got his hair cut here. Wanted his hair longer on top with a fade from 3 to 2 on the sides, and they buzzed him all the way around with a 2. After they were done the lady even commented that it didn’t look good on him and like, yeah it doesn’t. That why he didn’t ask for it. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Not to mention we waited an hour and a half on a Thursday morning to be seen. Ridiculous

Went in for a trim, supposed to get half an inch off. When the stylist got done she said she took off more because it needed it. She should have said that during the haircut not at the end. You can always take more off but you cant put it back on.
