We waited for 2 and a half hours, my son went inside and asked the lady how long before it would be our turn. She stated not long (playing the game). I went inside and was more specific. Asking, how many people before us?She stated that my boys were 6th and 7th. She stated that the cuts were between 30-45 minutes. Thats a minimum of another 3 and a half MORE hours. I see these reviews, but the time frames are no where near worth the wait. Thanks, but I will NEVER come back. Good luck and hope youre prosperous.

Haircut is always good, but they have no idea how long their wait times are. Upon arriving I asked the attendant how long it would be roughly, and was told “not very long at all.” Ended up waiting an hour when I could have taken care of a task and came back to serve time for the wait, rather than waiting in anticipation for my turn to never come up.

Very clean and well run establishment. Parking is a little different but worth it. Its nice not waiting forever and a day for a cut for my son. Kid friendly.

Pushed my hairline back so bad. I dont even know how I am going to show my face at work in the morning. Especially that I have to work with the public everyday. Never again..

I can’t say anything about the quality of the haircut, Because I was unable to get one. But when I walked in and put my name on the list and ask them how long is the wait time, they told me not long, couldn’t tell me exact time ended up getting message two hours and five minutes later when I already left and couldn’t wait any longer.

All the guys at this shop are great. I see Alex every 2 weeks and he has been nothing but great. I would recommend to all my friends

Today was my first time at this barbershop and right away three things stood out to me that separate them from the rest. You can play pool while you are waiting, if you are hungry they have outstanding food prepared by Keno, and there is a grab a ticket system like at the grocery deli. Evan the owner squeezed me in late on a Friday night even though I didn’t have an appointment. If you are looking for a barbershop highly skilled in a range of hairstyles styles from short clean-cut to long groomed hair I would recommend to check these guys out. I will definitely be back.

Waited 43 minutes parked right in front of the door being told it wasnt busy. Only to be told were ready for you! As Im driving away. Im sure the haircut is great, but its not worth the 20 minute drive and 40+ minute wait. Not going back.

Great place to get a cut friendly service and my haircut came out great too

Prices are through the roof compared to my other barber and the cut wasn’t on par for the money I paid. My lineup was on a angle and my taper wasn’t blended very well. Also wasn’t a fan of the attitude from the barber either. Cocky and rude. For $40 I expected better, I won’t be going back!

Bentleys is my main barber shop. The guys here are godly at their trade and make sure you have a good time talking with them while they cut. The fades are spotless and the mastery is easily observable.In addition, theres even a dedicated cook who serves some pretty fantastic (and cheap) food, so dont hesitate to grab some!$20 for a cut ($25+ is what I do for tip) and $30 for a cut and beard line up. The prices are 100% justified and I promise this will become your next preferred barber shop.

Been going there for a year now, and I have never left this place with a haircut I didnt enjoy. All the barbers there are talented, super professional, and friendly....and the atmosphere is spot on. And the price is definitely fair for the quality.The cafe food there is on point, and also reasonably priced....and was a nice consolation when the wait was long. However, since they got rid of the pool table and added a couple of more barber chairs....the wait is a minimum. The wait used to be my only complaint...though the quality of the cut was worth it, but it no longer seems to be a factor.

Super professional. But still with the lay back male barbershop feel. All guys can cut black men hair. Fades, straight razor, and styles all passed with flying colors.

I had a great experience with my time at Bentlys Barbershop. I was never one for barber shops growing up and developing alopecia at the age of 22, with my insecurities I just resorted to going bald and shaving my own head on the regular. I decided recently to try growing my hair out after 6 plus years of shaving my head completely bald. Evan the owner saw the hair I was able to grow due to my medical condition and had a vision for me. He gave me a hair cut that worked around my condition and styled my hair in a way I never knew to be possible! Evan the owner of Bentleys gave me the confidence in myself to have hair again. I now style and show off my fresh cut! I didnt even recognize myself to the point I just looked in the mirror amazed with the man that was looking back at me. I will no longer be running to my hat or my razor anymore! All of the staff was very welcoming, funny and made me feel at home in an environment Id never thought I would be in the rest of my life. Safe to say this place has earned a new customer and Ill be looking forward to my many visits to Bentlys Barbershop in the future! Thank you Evan!

I love the atmosphere, the sense of going the an exclusive barbershop. Of course the barbers are great and well experienced. I would recommend anyone going there. I personally Joe however Evan the owner of the store is of course the top dog hair cutting master there. Its definitely the place to get a fresh clean cut.

Great environment to get a haircut. You can kill your time by plane a game of pool or grabbing a bite within the Barbershop. The barbers are very respectful, enjoy their customers, and most importantly no appointments everybody are considered a walk in. I would highly recommend this Barbershop.

Nicest and classiest Barbershop in western mass. Great quality cuts from licensed barbers with the perfect classic Barbershop experience at a great price. Theres a pool table in the waiting area, as well as tvs and music. Not to mention its the only Barbershop to have a full time chef! Theres always something awesome cooking on the grill while you wait. If you want a haircut, youre missing out if you dont come to Bentleys.

Not the best service and not the best at following and understanding instructions however skill was not lacking in the barber I had. He just lacked the experience or didnt fully understand what I was asking for.
