I went to Battlefield Mall yesterday with my mom thinking about getting my haircut but kind of was apprehensive about it because trying to find a good salon and stylist is a rare combo but Alyssa was amazing and so down to earth. She made me feel comfortable from the first time I started talking to her. I highly recommend this salon and the people working there are so at ease and not a drama filled environment like most salons. Jason is amazing! He did a relax treatment on my hair and it turned out great. He didnt burn my scalp and he made me feel very welcome and made great conversation.will definitely come back to him when my hair need to be re-done!

Me and my sister went in there for trims and came out looking worse then when we went in. The front of my hair is significantly shorter than the back of it making it look like someone took scissors to only one part of my hair. My sister’s hair looked very blunt at the ends so we ended up having to reschedule our haircuts at a different salon. I would not recommend.

My daughter, granddaughter and I were there from Florida for my sons wedding and were in desperate need of getting our hair done after walking out of another place. We called from the car, they said, come on in and we’ll take care of you. They sure did! We didn’t even have to wait! Daniel, Jeff, and a young lady with red hair took us right away and gave all 3 of us wedding ready hair!!! We are so incredibly grateful!!! Top notch service and results!!! 🙂

I booked an appointment at 4 and I had to wait until 430. No big deal, except for when I sat down the guy told me he couldn’t do my hair when he didn’t know I wanted highlights. Figured when I called to make the appointment and told them I wanted a cut and color, they would put me with someone who had the time. So a lady came by and told me she would do my hair. I showed her a picture of MY hair and what I had done a few months ago and I wanted it exactly like that. She did a “rough cut” of my hair and goes to make the color. She tells me “it’s a bit warmer than what I had last time but it will blend well with the color that’s already in my hair.” I then ask her if she had on file the color I got done there last time, because I didn’t want warm highlights. She looks in the computer, couldn’t find anything, and INSISTS that these will go well with my hair. That would be great, except that’s not what I want on MY hair and NO it does not look good on my hair. My hair is now orange and yellow. And the color is inconsistent, I have HUGE streaks of orange, she colored the roots of my bangs, but not the rest of the hair strand. She did not color my whole head, she only colored the top half so my bottom half of my hair has outgrown highlights from the previous coloring. So the top half of my hair is orange and yellow, while the bottom half is brown with blonde tips.I literally cried when I got to my car. My hair has never looked worse. I only wish I could wear a hat to work, I have never been so embarrassed. She did not care about what I wanted for MY hair and did not listen to anything I asked for. I was very happy with that salon before, but I will never go back.

The great thing about Regis Salon is there are different levels for the stylist choice. As the level goes up so do their prices. This means that it is generally affordable for everyones budget. They are all good and have always done quality work with quality products. Finish in perfect amount of time and usually have a sale on products.

I had a wonderful experience with one stylist and another stylist-not so much! Its really hit an miss, one girl did excellent the other didnt cut enough layers in my hair for it to lay right.

If it was possible to leave a -5 review I would. Most incompetent mess I’ve ever met. had an appointment scheduled over the phone for 245 to get cherry cola color hair. Arrived at 2:30, somehow no record of the appointment. Was told we can get you win another hour, I said OK sounds good to me. Hairstylist says oh wait it’s gonna be 415 before I can get you in. Told every single person I spoke to and I wanted cherry cola hair. Sat down at 4:20 talking to the stylist and she says oh we don’t have that here. Waited two hours to get NOTHING done & no real apology, just a typical millennial “oh gosh sorry” but, only after I pointed how I had told EVERY person I spoke to, what I wanted & only 2 HOURS later, the stylist’s wimpy, pathetic “oh sorry” no offer of any solution! Go ANYwhere else, these folks are only good for a blow out, at best. The incompetence is astounding, can’t imagine what they would have done to my hair.

Very attentive as you instruct how you want your hair to be cut and professional to work with. Prices are a bit pricey but they execute the job well~

$75 for a haircut (no shampoo) and eyebrows waxed. To expensive for the same services you can get at Smart Style in a Walmart!

It was awful. I made an appointment, they took my information, they gave me the name of my stylist, the time and date of my appointment then lost all record of it. I drove 3 hours with my newborn and showed up with a babysitter for the appointment and was told sorry we dont know what to tell youNeedless to say, I wont be going back there ever again! I went down the street to Regency, they got me right in on a Saturday, and did a wonderful job

The lady that cut my daughters hair was rude. I think she thought if she smiled shed crack her face .All she said was dont move.And that will ber 45.00 for a three minute cut.

Nico did a great job with my grandmother, she was very pleased with his attention to detail and thoroughness! Going back soon.

I really only came here for one stylist and he left. The other stylists seemed so unprofessional and their work was hit or miss. Some were huge misses. Plus the management is shady if youre looking for long haul work.
