Kendra is an experienced stylist who gives a great hair cut.Sports Clips can be a little pricey ($20.00 or more per hair cut, depending on what you want) and sometimes you may have a short wait.Overall, its a great place to go. Ive been a customer at the Parkcrest Shopping Center location in Springfield for almost a year now (since July 2020). Highly recommend.

I have done what they call a VIP steam towel on your face shoulder massage hair washing and they also will do free neck trim until your next hair cut

Great hair cuts sold here. Never had any issues with my hair cuts from this place. Only place I go. The women here are always friendly. Took my son the other days and they did great on his aswell.

Been going here for years and theyve always done a great job. Very kind staff, and theyre really good with children too. I suggest the MVP treatment, being able to get your hair washed, scalp massage, hot towel and moisturizer on your face, and a shoulder massage is just amazing. For only a few bucks more!

The girls here do a great job! The atmosphere is excellent due to the relationship the workers have with each other. I use Dez and her bald fade is excellent!

A great cut every time, very quick to get you in, even as a walk in. Their entire staff is friendly and always seems happy to be there, and happy to take care of you. Theyre all very polite and respectful and try to keep you entertained while getting your haircut. They dont just sit you down and snip away till you look good, they talk to you and try to keep a conversation rolling the whole time youre there. It makes the experience more enjoyable and makes you look forward to returning!

Apparently the girl didnt want to work. There was no one waiting yet she made us wait 15 minutes while she wandered around. Then she barely cut any hair and acted put out when asked to cut more off. Perhaps she should find a new profession.

The smell of this place is overwhelming. I couldnt sit there the duration of my sons haircut, I had to step outside.They took 45 minutes, which in my opinion is too long to cut a 16 year olds hair.The haircut was good and the lady was nice.

I dont care about sports or the whole sexy women cutting your hair stuff but I had a coupon for a free VIP haircut so I decided to go in. It was incredible. Dez was really kind and professional. The haircut was good and the VIP package is great. I got my hair washed, my head and face massaged, and even a shoulder massage. I dont like the theme since its clearly targeting old white men, but the people who work there work hard and do a great job. It was well worth it and I will be back to let Dez cut my hair again, even if I have to ignore a couple sport fanatics.

This place has a high turnover. Just when you get use to someone they stop working here. The price is high. You always get hit up to buy something. After years of going here I finally found a real barber shop. He is fast, consistent and doesnt peddle.

There is an obvious bald spot above my left ear where the clippers appeared to have grown a mind of their own or the stylist got distracted. Sloppy work around my ears and uneven lines. I asked for a refund, which was denied. They did offer to try to fix it when I went back in the next day, but I dont feel comfortable here anymore. This place might be ok for kids or a simple buzz cut, but not for me.

Wasnt impressed. First time their with my son who normally has his hair done somewhere much nicer. He was uncomfortable with the girl cutting his hair because she acted scared to even touch him and then to top it all off it was even more with tip then our normal spot. I wont be going back to wait so long and not even have a satisfying hair cut .
