They were as timely as ever. I love using their app. Okay, I dont really like their app design all that well, but it sure makes it convenient for choosing a time and a stylist.

I bring my boys here for haircuts. The ladies are wonderful!

I got in and out quick with a good haircut. Daisha did a thorough and quick job. She gets five stars. The price is a still a bit higher than it should be for just a haircut (not the MVP). Shop was clean and check in was easy.

It took 1 hour to shave the back and trim the top of a males head. It should not take 1 hour to do that. Unless it was strict detail. And what what I got it was not worth the 1 hour. I could have done a better job at home.

I made an appointment online for my son to get his haircut. The wait was 45 min, which was okay, but I only had a short window to get his haircut, since he doesnt even get home from school until 4 and he had a basketball game at 5:30. We arrived early and waited. There were 2 stylists and the place was packed. I watched them turn away people because they wouldnt be able to get them in before 6pm because of the line. One of the girls was cutting a boys hair and kept just chit chatting, and kept taking her time, taking breaks cutting, clearly not in a hurry at all, as if they werent running behind and had a lobby full. They went way past the quoted time for my son and we ended up having to leave to get to his game. I understand customer service and being friendly but there was no sense of urgency at all, or respect for the people waiting. That was very disappointing. I cannot take my son any other time before we leave on vacation, I only had a short window. Had I known they were running behind or were going to take their time, I would have gone somewhere else.

Waited 2 hours and didn’t even get a haircut.

My husband and son went the week of May 11th, with all going on the lady that was cutting my husbands hair was not wearing a mask, When they got home my son told me that some of the ladies had masks and gloves some didn’t have anything at all what a disappointment that you care very little about your own and your customers health. We will not be going to this place again! On your website it says all employees are required to wear a mask state mandatory I guess your not following rules? Also states you can provide a mask for customers you did not offer one . Very disappointed!!!!

Kendra is the best! My son is almost 4 years old and has been seeing her every 6 weeks since he was 18 months. It is not easy to cut his hair. She has always been so sweet and patient. We will never go anywhere else!

Daisha always does a great job for me and I have difficult hair with my cowlicks. I won’t go anywhere else.

I really like this place and make it a point to get there once a month when Im in town. While they suggest hair products they are never pushy about it. If my opinion counts try to use Tereasa. She is kind and incredibly easy on the eyes.

It depends who you get some of the workers are just pretty girls that cant cut hair and some are more then just pretty and do a great job, those girls should go work else where and make more money doing so.

Abbey was an excellent and funny kind hair dresser her cut was exactly how I wanted it she felt she was taking long but the quality in her work and the mvp experience was great I will be back and I recommend any college men thinking of going to the expensive barbershops go here instead!

I have had my hair cut 3 times at this location. The first time it turned out good. The 2nd and 3rd times were very choppy and uneven. Its hard for me to tell until I get out to the car or home and can look up close. The stylists are nice but I may be in need of a barber.

The girls take good care of you and your hair! And the sports on t.v. adds conversation possibilities.
