I had actually called another automotive service center in the area and they told me to get a tow truck. But not these guys!! And, for that reason alone I will refer people to them!!

There was a person standing in the bay door smoking a cigarette, so I did not feel comfortable walking in that door. So i went around to the gas station portion of the building and asked if they knew who i needed to talk to, the gas station employee then went a yells at a person in the shop that i was there to talk to him. He never did come out, so after 15 minutes i left. Did not have any official appointment, i was just told yo show up at 2pm on Friday. I showed-they didnt.

The gentleman who helped me with my tires was very nice.
