The employees at Katz tires of Springfield were awesome. I was very pleased with my experience with them. They were quick and they looked like they were having fun. I’m gonna go back to Katz tires when I need tires for my car. I bought rims for it Saturday but I didn’t need tires at the moment but when I do I’ll be going back to see them. My husband purchased 4 new tires for my car from Katz. The same night that I brought the car home, one tire was completely flat. My husband called the following morning and the manager came out to my place of residence, took the new tire off, put my spare on, and took the new tire back to the shop to find out what was going on. He then called us to take my car back to the shop to have the tire reinstalled. The issue was the valve stem sensor. Amazing customer service!!! Hands down, the best on town!

The service was good. A little slow when I went in to get my wheels mounted. It would’ve been fine if I was informed or it was communicated that it would be a minute. Not a really big deal in all honesty, just an honest review. Definitely recommend if you’re in search of new wheels/tires.

The wheels look good but Im dont let the guys put your wheels on. Tell them to torque it down or you might not get them off.

I went in to have a low tire looked at. Upon inspection, my tire had the metal thread showing there and the tire had absolutely no tread. The tires were original to the 2015 car.I needed new tires. I didn’t have the funds to buy the needed tires. The technician suggested I try financing. Knowing my credit is in the tank, he said try. I did, I was approved and left with4 new tires. Great group of guys. I will return when needed and recommend them to everyone.

I went in during their last hour of operation for the day. I didnt expect them to be able to fit me in, but lucky for me, they didnt have any customers. They quickly found the tires I wanted and got busy installing the new treads. I was only on the premises for a total of 30 minutes. I highly recommend Katz Tires.

Brought in my own tires to replace the ones that were on my truck already had to wait a little longer than expected but once I got my truck in they did a good and fast job getting me in and out .. Everyone there at the shop is very nice. They took very good care of my new rims and tires. Everytime I had a question they answered it respectfully. They didnt drag a bunch of airlines around my truck and scratch it up. I would recommend ANYONE TO GO TO KATZ TIRES. Best around hands down.
