My friend put an offer on a home in one day and decided it wasnt right for them. They asked to get out of the contract because it was only on the market for one day and they had multiple offers, but Isabelle was very belligerent and rude to their realtor and they would not get out of the contract and relist. Very bad and mean person. Do not deal with this company at all. His wife is sick and have to buy a home they really dont want. In this market, decisions happen fast and we all make mistakes. I feel bad for them.

She yelled at a friends realtor that asked about getting out of a contract. I know the realtor and she is super nice and they tried reasoning with Isabelle. She was rude and confrontational. Do not use them at all and pass this along. Hopefully they will change with bad reviews.

This place recently took over after my landlord passed and I have been trying for two days now to get in contact with someone who can help me with a very dangerous water leak in my front yard... Near a sinkhole... Seems pretty important to me however have left several messages on several numbers and.... Nothing.

Never has anything available.....

We have lived at our house for over 18 months now and we have no plans on moving anytime soon. Any problem we have ever had has been addressed immediately from the heat and air to the trees in the yard. Other than that they pretty much leave us alone.Good people, no complaints.

They seem to specialize in renting to deadbeats and bringing property values down in neighborhoods.

There was a fire in one one of the houses they manage. The tenants have been without power since the fire and have tried unsuccessfully to get Eagle Property Management to get someone out there to get power restored, but to no avail. Its been a couple of months, which is just inhumane, as these tenants have nowhere to go and no heat, hot water, etc. One of the worst property management companies in Springfield., MO. Avoid this company. I would give them a minus 5 stars if possible.

Slum lord, had electrical problems he couldnt fix, We spent 4 days over christmas time without any heat when the furnice broke. We had to clean before moving in.

Worst company ever would not fix anything when needed it and when we left the place was not told any time before we owed any extra money and was smacked with late fees galore and the owners of the place had decided to have the place tore down and did not bother to tell us so we did all we could to make the place good and clean i even painted and everything and then find out they were just going to tear it up. never rent from them they just want money and do not care about the places they have at all

This company is out for the money,, rented from them for over 2 years,, they did not want to fix anything but sure wanted the rent every month.... Not a good company to rent from !!!!!!!!

This company will rent to anybody, scum or not this company just wants money, watch your kids around who this company rents too
