I rented from pierce properties for over 10 years .earnie was hands down the most pleasant and friendly and professional landlord a person could want. Loraine was Fantastic!! And all they ask in return is the rent on time and take care of the property you rent. They helped me keep my animals, always updated and fixed needed requests and Id give them all more stars if it was an option

Great owner very friendly and very responsible always has a great attitude and very diligent with the maintenance and definitely a friendly atmosphere and the staff is definitely very friendly and helpful with all matters concerning the property

Roach infested would not recommend renting from this company and feel sorry for the people who still live there sad to see owners get away with operating in this manner

Been renting from them for almost 2 months now and not a single complaint..the place did have roaches when I moved in however I called the office and he came out within a couple days and sprayed the house inside and out havent seen anything since.
