I utilized zerorez in January 2021 for both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. For both services, I was able to schedule something much sooner than the other businesses in town, which was important to me. Frankie arrived on time, actually a little early, and was so pleasant and professional. He was very good at answering questions in a realistic way and not promising things that couldnt be delivered. I was very satisfied with the carpet cleaning; we were able to salvage most of the carpet in our home due to his excellent work. The duct cleaning went very well also, and they discussed everything with me before starting work, as well as cleaning up well afterward and making sure the system was back up and running before they left. Id recommend them.

Their truck was in our neighborhood - unreasonably loud. Please be a good neighbor and use a different company.

The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was the fact that I was mis-quoted on the phone for $20 for each duct and was charged $25. $5 extra for 14 ducts adds up. Dominic was WONDERFUL to work with! Very professional and thorough. He explained all my options for various treatments and showed me before and after pics of certain areas. I’m scheduled to have Zerorez do my carpets in a few weeks. I wish I could request Dominic for that as well. :)I’ll just hope the quote is more accurate for the carpets. :) I’ll definitely recommend Zerorez and use them again.

The carpet did not look like it usually does when I usually hire Zerorez, the clean carpets look like something I could have done with my shampooer not professionally done. We decided that we were long overdue for air duct cleaning, furnace cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Our technician (Isaac) was absolutely great! He was very professional, personable and helpful! He thoroughly cleaned all of the vents in our house as well as installed an air purifier to our existing HVAC system. The amount of gunk that came out of our air ducts was unbelievable! My carpets were destroyed by angry kitty that well call the Pee Punisher. After he passed, I tried to clean them and made things so, so much worse. The carpets are long past saving but all I wanted was to buy a couple more months before replacing them. Zerorez walked me through what was feasible, did a great job at managing expectations, and still left it looking cleaner than I had hoped. This was also less expensive than expected. I had a great experience. Cost was very affordable and the tech did great work. The tech was great at explaining all the add on options for our specific situation (dog potty stains, lots of them...), told me what they did and suggested what he thought would be helpful but never made me feel like I had to do the extra services or like he was trying to upsell me. He asked me questions about our lifestyle & use of the room and carpet to help suggest different products, but again, never made me feel like he was just trying to tack on useless product to up the cost. He also did a great job of setting up a game plan for cleaning before we started so it was clear ahead of time and I knew exactly what would be taking place and what services would be used. Very happy with the tech and the company at this point.

The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional! Our lower bonus rooms carpet has seen better days and once they were done, they look as good as new! We have used them twice and both times we have been very pleased with the way the carpets turned out. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because the office staff was VERY slow at answering the phone and returning my call. And the guy who I talked to when making the appointment really didn’t have a professional sense about him and didn’t really seem to know what he was doing. Maybe it was his first day or something but the office staff in general was not a good representation of the quality of work and level of professionalism the actual techs that came out to perform the work had. I would definitely use them again.

I thought the pricing was a bit high for a typical family, but the tech did agree to a small discount for multi services. Everything looks great, although I do think they could give a better multi service discount so people can afford services.
