We had contacted LCS Kleen-Aire to clean our ducts and vents. They were recommended to us by someone who worked on our air conditioner. . We were told the technician would be here by 9:00 and he was. Very pleasant individual and professional. What was quoted to us was very close to what we were charged…an additional $25 more is all that had been added. The difference was because we requested a standard cleaning and it became a deluxe cleaning. Plus we requested dryer vent cleaning and that couldn’t be done because our situation is a little more detailed and would require some extra things to be done so, that charge was taken off the original quote (we will have them come back to take care of the dryer vent in the near future.) It was so worth spending the money to have peace of mind knowing all ducts and vents are clean and clear of all the disgusting build up. I would recommend LCS Kleen-Aire to take care of your needs.

I was reluctant to get my ducts cleaned (and my units serviced) because I had seen exposes of some services like Kleen-Aire that did a poor job.But from the moment the 3 Kleen-Aire arrived with their two trucks and much equipment, I felt sure I was dealing with top professionals. They did the job in exactly the time they said, and they did a magnificent job.This was a very old house that had never had its ducts cleaned, and they removed a massive amount of dust, dirt and debris from them, and also did an expert job dissembling and reassembling the units. The air blowing from the ducts is noticeably MUCH cleaner, and it no longer causes me to cough or sneeze!I highly recommend Kleen-Aire to everyone, and if you have considered having this service performed at your home or work, I strongly encourage you to do so, especially if you live or work in a very old building as I do!

LCS Tech, Kent, communicated his arrival time and was on time. He worked quickly with attention to detail and no wasted motion. He cleaned enough pet hair, from a previous owners pets, and lint from the HVAC unit, ducts and vents to make a whole new pet. He treated for mildew and cleared the drip pan pan drain to prevent future issues. The system was re-assembled with cleaned components, including the fan motor. Kent said that cleaning the motor housing and vents would help it run cooler and last longer.But kent didnt stop there. After he removed his drop cloths, he cleaned the floor under them. I pointed out the fact that he was cleaning an area he couldnt have got dirty. He told me he wanted customers to remember him for good reasons.I will remember Kent from LCS. You should too.

Back in May 2021, we had our chimney inspected & repaired, along with a new fireplace unit installed. Seth was who took care of us. He was incredibly professional, friendly, & down to earth. He explained things perfectly, which helped our confidence in him. Their prices are competitive & affordable. Overall, we were incredibly happy with this company & its people. Like others have mentioned in their comments, definitely get on the calendar, & know it might take a couple more weeks than you may like as they stay busy, as well as current covid delays with products & such. They are worth it though!

The technician who came out was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He told me he didn’t even need to clean my second fireplace, so he took that charge off. He explained the things he saw and showed me pictures of what he was talking about. We plan to have them back out soon to do some work to the chimney, but he assured me it wasn’t urgent. Highly recommend!

Repaired Chimney by removing deteriorating rock and replacing with brick. Needed to hopefully repair leaks. Was very satisfied with how the completed job looked from road. Only time will tell as to whether it solved the leaking problem or not. Brick work looks very good. Only complaint is the esthetics and possible function of the flashing. We had a terrible smell coming from our dryer vent. It was awful! Kleen Aire was able to come out the same day I called. Turns out a small animal had crawled into the dryer vent, got stuck and died! Cleaned our vents and dryer exhaust yesterday. The guys were punctual, hard working, talked and showed me through the entire process. Very thorough. Our wood burning insert wasn’t venting properly and the fan unit was destroyed by a lightening surge over the summer. We contacted a few chimney services in the area but they weren’t equipped (or willing) to fix the electronic components of the insert.
