Called and had them out to do some mold removal in a bathroom all within the same week. They were polite and quick workers having started and finished within maybe 2 hours. I appreciated that they put down protective blankets or rugs on my floors from mymy front door to the bathroom. They also made sure to clean up any messes when they left!

Basement flooded day after Thanksgiving. After two failed attempts to remove the water ourselves, I reached out to Serv Pro who dispatched their team immediately. Did air ducts and carpet. They missed me on the schedule and overbooked. They did not replace my vents well and bent them. The crew they sent for air ducts... would not allow in my house again. Carpet crew was nice and friendly. They had mechanical breakdown and had to be at my house until 9pm. They offered a discount for my trouble. $1460 of service and they took of $60. Would have been better to just make me pay the whole amount given all the trouble. Would not recommend.

They were quick to come out for an assessment, but after 2 weeks I never got a call back with an estimate. I ended up going with another company.

After a straight line wind uprooted 2 large oak trees, half of our house was destroyed. Of course, it was pouring that day and the next and I was so worried about all the contents in my house-clothes, furniture, etc. that were getting ruined and molded. SERVPRO came out as soon as they were called and had the house covered and started drying out the house and getting rid of the debris. It was such a relief to have that kind of wonderful service during those times.
