We stopped at PetSmart while visiting my family in Cincinnati. They had a great selection of food for our two kids/catsMilo and Willow they love the food and we love the prices.

Had no fish or all dead fish when I was here. And thats what I went for. Also only one employee was out on the floor at this time. No one approached me and asked if I needed any help.

We have used petsmart grooming for 15 years with no issues. We booked an appointment at this location with Sarah. At pickup, she informed us that our golden retriever was nervous with the furminator dryer. She then proceeded to red flag us in the computer and relegated us to weekday morning appointments only. That not only applies to this location but to every petsmart location. Very unprofessional and unprovoked. Our dogs were never aggressive to staff or other dogs. Unbelievable way to conduct business. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Petsmart Tri-County was clean. The employees were friendly and greeted us whenever anyone them saw us. The cashier went out of her way to answer my questions about puppy classes. As you can see from the photos, Daisy is one happy pupper.

Place was clean and stocked and staff were friendly only gave 4 stars cause I wasnt wowed by anyone. I was there to get to get only a couple small items but was Browsing alot. I wasnt approached by anybody offering assistance trying to make a sale. My friend was with me he was interested in possibly buying a tank but nobody seen that excited about trying to assist you much so he didnt buy one. Like I said staff is friendly places cleaning love stuff no negatives thats why that didnt give me the five star

Store is organized and pretty clean. Seemed understaffed but I think thats the unfortunate new normal. We wanted to ask staff but items with a new puppy but couldnt find anyone except the cashier. Prices were double on some items compared to other stores so make sure to watch your items.

Lol 😆! They have a Columbia giant red leg tarantula, mislabelled as a Mexican red leg. They have totally different behaviors and habitation requirements. I was missed informed at a different place. My guess is a convincing breeder, are selling them local pet stores. Only a well experienced T owners, will purchase this dangerous species. Known as the James Bond of the tarantula world. They do this fancy trick called the cartwheel of death. Its the 8th largest tarantula in the world. My little Jasper is eating med crickets, itll be mice, very soon. I love all creatures, but Im shook with this one. Please research and study anything you take home. Im a first time T owner. I studied the wrong one, for over two hours. We have 10 to 20 + years to get to know one another. Handling isnt recommended but YOLO. Wish me luck!

The store is big and welcoming, really spacious and well stocked. I’m not sure if covid has negatively impacted staffing for them but there’s no one out on the floor to help so you have to walk all the way to the front or back of the store to ask questions and you better hope they’re not checking people out because you’ll be in the store way longer than you intended.

Terribly unprofessional, all I wanted was my dog to get a bath but they told me that won’t just give him a bath without a haircut. The lady was very rude to me and not even trying to understand what I wanted.

We always find a great variety of cat food for our two cats, as they say, cats are funny about what they eat. I wasnt feeling well when I was shopping for food, the young man that assisted me went to get what I needed as well as give insights on other things, carried my purchases to the check out and offered to put them in my car, he had helped me for awhile, I just didnt want to take all of his time, he stated thats my job, great customer service.

I like it. They have a good selection of the cat food i need. Other places dont so I always come here. It is easier than going somewhere else.

I recently adopted a beautiful older kitten at PetSmart. I appreciated the detailed history of the animal and vet information shown in a plastic sleeve adjacent to the cage. I also was glad to see that Petsmart was truly trying to match the animal with the right owner. Many or all of the animals I saw were from a rescue organization. The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially felt good about giving a home to a street animal who might not have had a bright future otherwise.

I just got 2 puppies so this was my first visit to Pet Smart. I was greeted as soon as I entered and they were giving freebies so I got a bag of treats for my puppies. Which was awesome!! Another employee saw me looking around and asked if I needed help. I was looking for collars and leashes. He took me to them and then asked questions about age and breed to help me decide on the right size. He was very helpful and friendly. He told me about the obedience classes and grooming services. He suggested options but wasnt trying to sell me and I appreciate that kind of service. I wish I knew his name because he provided an excellent experience for me. My checkout experience was just as pleasant, a very nice older gentleman assisted me. I will definitely be returning for my pet needs.

My dog looked horrible yesterday, I could not believe how short and uneven her hair was and this was not the first time! It is so hit or miss with this location! I explained that she’s a 5 pound yorkie and her only job is to look cute when I called to make her appointment. They assured me that she would be taken care of properly. I believe that the grooming staff only has one or two good groomers and the rest just fill in where needed to keep up with demand! I’m highly dissatisfied and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I didnt buy anything. Just went with a friend and checked it out. They are well equipped for your pets needs. They no longer carry the Paul Newman brand.

This is a great place to buy anything your pet needs. if you check their online site, sometimes they will have sales on the items they carry that dont show up in the store I always go to their online page and look up the items Im buying. Quite often I find them cheaper online, and PetSmart will honor that online price.

I LOVE this PetSmart. It is so clean, and their tanks are exceptionally well taken care of. I hardly ever see a dead or ill fish. And Amy-the dog trainer is literally the most helpful, sweet person Ive ever met in retail. She really helped myself and my family out with a fish tank that we bought that wouldnt fit in our car, and she went out her way to do so. I plan to continually be a repeat customer here. Well done PetSmart Springdale, you guys stand out from the crowd. And give Amy a crown because she is literally the Queen of excellent customer service! 👏👏

I went to this store to purchase a few fish for my son. Hes young, so (obviously) I would be responsible for the care-taking. The woman who helped me with the fish was extremely rude. She seemed reluctant to help at first, and when she finally did, she was condescending. I only have a three gallon tank for my three-year-old, so I didnt need more than a fish or two. She acted like I was irresponsible for purchasing such a small tank; however, the fish are so small that they have plenty of room. I didnt mind the helpful suggestions (I even bought a tank warmer because of them!); however, I did not appreciate the workers tone. They talked to me as if I was a clueless child. Im a twenty-two-year-old undergraduate Senior with a Biology Major! Dont treat me like a twelve-year-old. There shouldnt be a fine-line between being helpful.... and being respectful.

There are good and bad things about this particular store. The store itself is clean and the stock is pretty good. There is a area where they have kittens/cats or you to adopt and that definitely is a plus. Not all of the staff are friendly and helpful. I have in the past gone to this location and needed assistance getting my purchases to my vehicle and a few staff members were rude about it. I still would recommend.

PetSmart has a nail trim and bath special for puppies! It’s only $15. The issue is that they consider a puppy 4 months old or less!? Google this, “ when is a puppy considered a dog?” Read it. This is a GIMMICK by PetSmart!!! Provide the service advertised for the price advertised! Descriminating against my puppy because she is a large breed of pit/mastiff! She’s is still only a puppy, it doesn’t matter how big she is I have her paperwork proving her age! Why are your groomers so lazy? Yes I want the best deal you have as long as I qualify for it. But I also tip very well.

Been going to this location for a couple of years as it is quite convenient to our house. I usually order items online and then pick them up at the store. The associates are nice for the most part. There are a few that are on the robotic side, but generally they have good customer service. I would give a five, but the aforementioned online ordering process is sometimes not as smooth as it should be. This may be more a corporate office thing than this location. That said, a few times my order wasnt processed in a timely manner because associates at this location were not doing their job. All in all, though, I think this is a good location overall.

Staff is very friendly, managers are very courteous and always ready to help. They really care about our pets. Love this store!
