Darryl and Emily are The friendliest & most Knowledable Professionals at this store. Always smiling and they treat me just “like family” when I come in. I recommend everyone go to this location if you live in The Woodlands, Augusta Pines, Creekside or Northampton. Its close by, and well stocked with everything for your pool needs. I cant say enough good things about Darryl and Emily. They are fantastic. 5 STARS!!!!!

The store manager is Daryl. His dedication to customer service is among the best I have ever experienced. I pass two other Leslies and numerous other pool stores to get to his store. I have never had a problem with a purchase, return or question.

Horrible service and rude, inexperienced store clerks running the place. We brought in a pool sweep that we purchased from them that simply had 2 screws loose. They left our pool sweep unattended for a week, without notifying us. We had to stop by the store 3 times to try to retrieve it and the girl tried to charge us $375 to “”tune up” and tried to sell us a new unit for $600! Then she “called her manager” on the phone but refused to let my husband talk to him, saying “this is MY phone.” We bought 2 screws from them and fixed the wheel ourselves. The pool sweep is PERFECTLY FINE. Take your businesses elsewhere!!
