Flooded yard during Harvey. Really wanted some new landscaping. Came to this company and had high hopes of having a good experience. Unfortunately that has not been the case. Once entering the contract I was made to feel like I was working for them and ignored as a customer. After a promise of 4 weeks it turned into 10 weeks. Meanwhile the contract conveniently held a healthy deposit of the project price. Then I had to review the details of what was promised to make sure I received what had been promised in he presentation.Then I had to pay another large portion of remaining balance before they even started the work. Then delayed three more days. Then was told that there were portions of the grass that weren’t coming in well and could be replaced if they failed to come in with brand new healthy squares of sod. Why wouldn’t this be offered right away instead of waiting hoping that grass comes in? While there is only five squares that haven’t fully come in after following the daily watered schedule I still wanted to have the grass and the project made right. When I asked for this to be made right the offer came back for me to pay an additional $150 in hopes that sodding these areas plus my planter would fix these spots. Very disappointed and very frustrated at the high dollar paid for this project without high dollar customer service I would expect.I do not recommend this company as it seems they are eager to make profit at the expense of good customer service.

Amazing work! I have had SIX companies look at my pool since I moved into my home and Bello was the ONLY one who finally figured out how to fix the circulation issues I had had for three years! I would use them any day!
