Greg and Carla are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Always have the answers and can get you whatever you need for your pool. They also offer service. Had Greg work on my pump twice. Highly recommend this place

This pool company charges you for service they do not perform. Not once, not twice but multiple times over service history (I have video proof) when brought to attention its always an excuse. Like most pool companies( not all )they start off good and after awhile just lose interest in customer service. I gave them multiple opportunities to get it right but I guess they just got too big. A pool is a huge investment and shoddy or incomplete service will do damage to your equipment. Beware of this company.

My Maytronics pool cleaner stopped working. Texas Pro Team had it up and running in no time. I did not realize it was still under warranty until they informed me it was. Saved me a bunch! I am very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work they did. Thanks, Texas Pro Team!

Don’t ever go anywhere else for pool needs. Ever. Greg is the best- gave me honest professional input and options for my pool, and pricing really can’t be beat for the amount of time and work he puts in. I just had a major system upgrade to chemical free saltwater and addition of a heat pump, and my lap swimming machine is pending back order. Greg worked late nights several times getting my equipment installed. He is always available for answering my dumb questions and responding to concerns in addition to spending extra time helping me with pool basics and learning the system since it’s my first time to have a pool.Can’t wait to get my swim machine!
