I have found R Pools to have every trait that you want in service provider. They answer their phone. They respond quickly. They tell me what theyre doing and when theyre going to do it. And perhaps most important of all, my pool has never looked better. Im told my service tech is John. Ive never met him. But I can tell you he works magic.

I have used R Pools for over 3 years now and have been extremely happy with their services. Three years ago, I left for a summer vacation and completely forgot about my pool maintenance and when I came home found my pool had turned dark forest green in the process. R Pools came out and helped me to drain, power wash and reset my pool chemicals in order, and I have used them ever since. They have replaced both my pump motors which aged out over the past couple of years and have been on top of any warranty repairs Needed. My current pool service technician, Chris G., is the best pool tech I have worked with! He is on top of his pool knowledge and provides excellent service. If the technician is going to be late/rescheduled due to unforeseen issues, the company will send a text apologizing for the delay and letting me know when I can expect the tech. Overall, I have been very happy with their services and would definitely recommend them!

My experience with R Pools started off very positive. I was told by the representative that answered the phone that she was so confident that they could handle our weekly pool maintenance that if I wasnt satisfied I wouldnt have to pay. Wow! I felt very comforted with that type of guarantee! Fast forward to now. My handicap wife with permanent disabilities is taking on the difficult task of maintaining our pool since R Pools failed time and time again. We noticed the technician would only be on site for 5-10 mins. and state on the door tag that he did everything. The only thing the technician did for sure was STEAL MY CHEMICALS! I texted to cancel pool service and no remedy was offered. No sincere apology. Just a response that they would invoice me. Then deny ever making the promise as stated above. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! NO INTEGRITY! 👎

We for some reason used RPools for months. We were new to pool ownership when we purchased our house. Our original pool cleaner from Discount Pools did a great job but he was very expensive. So, we found RPools and in the beginning they seemed to be doing a good job. We were told it was probably time for a filter cleaning right away and we needed a new valve. Neither of these were brought up on our home inspection or by the prior pool cleaner. Then we were told after the filter clean we also now needed a new DE filter. We still werent sure we needed one because we werent seeing any issues. Actually, what started happening was our pool was not being cleaned properly. There was dirt and sediment at the bottom of the pool and the walls were not scrubbed good. But, Danielle in the office spent weeks arguing with my husband over our issue and blaming our filter for the walls not being clean and the dirt on the bottom right after the cleaning. We finally were tired of the terrible customer service and bad cleanings. We now switched to ABC Home and they actually cleaned our pool perfectly. Day 2 and none of the prior problems have occured. They said our filter pressure was great and all equipment looked good. Interesting. The worst part about all of it was definitely the customer service and lack of care about our problems.

Chris is our pool guy through R Pools and is amazing! The company is quick to get back to you and very friendly and courteous.

This is in my opinion the best company I have ever worked for. Ive been in the industry 22 years. Currently own and operate my own pool company that I modeled identically to Rpools because the method of pool care is the best. The service technicians that repair equipment are the best Ive encountered. The team Brandon Rumble assembles are paid well (I know made 40k my last year as a pool cleaner). You will be hard pressed to find a better outfit to clean or repair your pool. Im not Bsing I ran a franchise location for a new business owner and I will gladly tell you to keep away from Pinch A Penny, Texsun, Leslies do I need to say more? I hope this honest review helps you make an informed decision 😉

We scheduled for a technician to troubleshoot our auto fill 2 weeks ago. Amanda in the office stated someone called me to reschedule and reached my voicemail and box was full. I NEVER received a missed call. They then said it would take over two MORE weeks to get back on schedule. Now having to wait almost a month for a technician to tell me whats wrong with my auto fill. There is little to no urgency within that office or sense of compassion. Girls are dry and difficult to work with. Good luck getting a technician on site or proper communication.

I have been cleaning my pool for 15 years. This year decided to have a service do it and had an R pool flyer. They came out 1st service like they said. I came home and it looked like they never cleaned pool. They were good about sending someone out a few days later to clean again on Saturday. I was out of town and came home Sunday and it looked as if wasn’t clean again. Had to clean my own pool. It rained the next week and never received a card they usually leave marking what they did, so assumed they just didn’t due to weather. They came the next week and I got home from work to find debris in pool as if never cleaned. Sent a message and they wanted pics. Supplied the pics that clearly showed debris but never heard from them. I cleaned my own pool and decided to cancel service. I do not recommend this company for service purposes. I feel when you pay for cleaning you shouldn’t have to come home and clean your pool again. Moving on to another company.

I called and scheduled a biweekly service and spoke to the lady in the office that offered the service to me but then they billed me for full services . And when I call about it they stated Sorry that you misunderstood the conversation . I was like are you kidding me ! how would I know about a biweekly if there hadnt suggested it in the first place canceled after 1 month! They are rude and have very poor customer service I will tell everyone to stay way from them

We first found R Pools a few years ago when the for our pool controls was on the fritz. It was a rainy winter, with lots of storms and we were going out of town and I was freaking out. Brandon send someone over right away and they replaced what needed replacing got everything working properly again. They have done other repairs on our pool and equipment since then. They can always be counted on to be responsive, professional, on time and do quality work and take their time to do it right... no need for callbacks because something wasnt fixed correctly. Its such a refreshing experience to hire a company that takes pride in what they do and treats their customers with such respect. Ill never use anyone else. Well done R Pools. Israel found me a low cost solution and Steve had it back in shape in no time. I want to have a pool party and invite the whole gang! We have used a couple of pool service providers in the area but R Pools has been the best. The same technician comes out each week, does a thorough job and keeps our pool in tip-top shape - a huge burden off our shoulders. Everyone there has been so pleasant to work with - from our pool tech to the office staff - we couldnt be happier with R Pools and the excellent service they provide.

The staff at R Pools do there best to keep the customer happy and their employees trained. I dont review things often but its time I did for R Pools. These guys have serviced my pool for 3 years now. The first thing they did was help me with my automation after the pool builder couldnt find time. Ive been a pool cleaner for 18 years worked all over but R pools buy far is the best. I mean all they want is for me to do my job and go home no drama. Plus a $500 Christmas bonus who does that in the pool business no one. Best pool company ever to work for bar none..

We have been a long time customer but are taking our business elsewhere. They can’t come consistently on the day of the week we want (Thursday so the pool is ready for the weekend). Chlorine levels are all over the place and crazy high at times. Then they just stop showing up with no notice and no reschedule. Horrible customer service and quality. Found another company, Sharkz pools, that a lot of neighbors use and is better and cheaper!

He told me what to look for in case of future repairs and was totally upfront about what he was going to do and kept me informed throughout the process. Done quickly, efficiently and very clean! R Pools OUTDID themselves today and are my FOREVER pool guys! Our dog is a runner and they are always very careful with her, but today she planned her escape well and was out the door in seconds. R Pools and Brandon & Rodney deserve your business. Ive tried several companies and have been disappointed with their service, but not R Pools. This past weekend we had a neighbor and her two year old as well as our two year old and my wife in the pool when Rodney stopped by. He was exceptionally nice and offered to return in 1-2 hours after cleaning other pools in the area. While the adults were more than willing to get out and let him do his thing, the two year olds might not have been so willing. Im sure this was an inconvenience to him, and the kids certainly appreciated it. Thanks!

Hello. Just wanted take a moment to share my terrific experience with every body. R Pools has been very helpful in fixing our pool and getting it back and running the way it should be. Nobody has been able to fix/find our problem with the pool filter. It took only one day to get the problem resolved. We could not be more pleased.

I needed to find a reliable pool service company one week before I was going out of town for several weeks, I contacted about 3 different companies, R Pools quickly responded to my email and to all my questions, they quickly scheduled the service. they are very reliable and do excellent work, I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, when I called with a few questions the young lady that answered the phone was very polite and professional, she knew some of the answers and when she didnt I was immediately transferred to a person that did. as I said, excellent service and Id recommend them!

Ive read the reviews here and all I can say is our experience was not positive .... update : had a booster pump replaced in April and plumbing issue caused line at fitting / connection to break. Called R Pools and they responded within 48 hours. Leak repaired and electronics reset. Service was quick and professional ( under warranty ) Weve had 3 service visits over time and all have been as described, quick and professional. Weekly cleaning / service was were our problem was. I suppose its all in who you get as your service tech.

First time I ever owned a pool and the pool school was very helpful. They came and labeled my equipment and walked me thru how to treat it and recognizing problems .

I worked for Brandon and 7 other pool cleaning companies before I started my own pool cleaning service. R Pools is the only company that I would refer to anyone.

We had been their customer since 2009 and had the same pool guy for years. He did a great job, but when he left, the service went downhill to where we had to call/email them constantly for issues. Terrible customer service, had enough! Moved on.
