Manager Rob and CBS just restored my faith in businesses excelling in customer service! They worked on our entire sprinkler system for leak and pipe repairs and replaced rotary heads and spray heads everywhere. They were thorough and fast and very polite and their prices are very fair! I very highly recommend them and thank them for a job well done!

I had this company install a sprinkler system in my yard a couple of years ago. since then i have paid the warranty for the system every year when the invoice comes. First time i tried to use the warranty was today because of the weather in Texas i lost my anti syphon, they came out and quoted 477 dollars even though i had a warranty on the system. the technician called his boss which informed me that if i would have paid this repair would have been 100 dollars but i need to contact the office to figure out why my warranty wasnt showing as current. i would not recommend this company esp. since when i said 477 was to high and thank you for coming the price automatically dropped to 400 before the tech called his boss. very shady business operations .

I used CBS sprinkler and drainage last week and I have no complaints. The technician that came to fix my sprinkler system was kind and worked quickly. Rob, the supervisor went out of his way to help me with another issue I encountered after the service was complete. I can honestly say they value their customers.

Not satisfactory work done by Jose and Daniel. Paid 900 for 2 control valves one buffalo and 7 sprinkler heads and the system still does not work as expected.

Very happy with their service. Chris came to my house to give me a quote. He was very polite and pleasant. He had a great attitude. When I approved the work, they showed up on time. Did an amazing job. Completed it within the time frame they stated. I would strongly recommend this company.

Had an issue with a broken pipe spewing water and creating a small lake, they came out and applied a temporary patch and will come in the morning to fix it new. Thanks for the response once you got the messages

I have been a client since May 2013 and did extensive research before selecting this company to install not only landscaping but a sprinkler system as well. I will have to say, that you when you make an appointment for a certain day and time... surprise.... this company will show up and be on time! I have been pleased with their quality of work and the promises that were made to me for outstanding customer service. Also, I like their extended warranty on the sprinklers they install. Well worth the extra annual fee (very reasonable) to be able to repair and have a worry free system. Nice people to do business with...

Very overpriced. It would have been nice if they advised you of the $89 service call when making your appointment (I’d have looked elsewhere). I was charged $100 to have a 1 foot piece of pipe and an elbow joint replaced - approximately $7.50 worth of materials. I was completely floored by my final bill. Also, the technician left one gate wide open and another gate unlatched.

I just had a sprinkler system put in and they did a good job. I had about 6 companies quote me and they offered the best price. The only things keeping it from a 5 star review would be two small lazy things.... 1: They drilled a hole through the side of the exterior of my house into my garage to install the control unit and the wires and hole are a little exposed, I would of liked them to seal that hole with something. 2: They installed a sprinkler head behind a garden hose box so it sprays about 2 inches straight into it which blocks it from its intended coverage area. They could of brought it to my attention and asked if they could move it to the side. Other than that they did great and I would recommend.

This has to be the worst company I have had the unpleasure of dealing with, gave me a Quote for $400.00 after agreeing they dug 3 holes in my yard pull wires and left them exposed and than left not showing up for 2 days, after 5 calls calls over 3 days I was told it would now be $1400.00 to repair my springer system. I believe in customer service and being honest in my business dealings would be nice if this company had the same beliefs. BE CAREFUL !

Smarter sprinklers installed a sprinkler system at our house a few of years ago. They were reasonably priced and professional. I recently called them to repair a line that a tree root had damaged over time. They came and repaired the line promptly after I scheduled the appointment. They were carful removing the sod and replacing it so you cant even tell they had worked there. Overall I would recommend them for a new system or repairs.

They showed up within minutes of when they said and repaired a valve and adjusted a few heads. Their charges were very reasonable. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend this company. Very unreliable. Didnt show up as promised. Installation was poorly done in places. Attempts to resolve problems with supervisors was not successful. Owner/supervisor refused to answer my calls or emails. Very poor customer service.

We had Smarter Sprinklers install a sprinkler system in our front and back yards. I couldnt be happier! The installation only took a day and a half. They arrived on time each day, were professional, courteous and cleaned up properly. After the install, instruction was given on how to run the system. Now, 3 weeks later, my lawn has never looked so lush! Thank you, Smarter Sprinklers!

Horrible customer service! Quoted me $700 to repair sprinkler heads and french drain. Didnt show up on the day they said they would. The next day they sent one employee who looked at the problem and then told me he couldnt make the repair. He didnt even replace sprinkler heads! I spoke with Chris, the manager, who said the job would now cost $2,000!! This cost me 2 days off from work and $20 to stop payment on the check. Avoid at all costs.

RUN AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND WILL SCREW YOU OVER. MY NEIGHBOR RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY. AND WE BOTH HAVE HAD NUMEROUS ISSUES WITH WARRANTIED ITEMS. WHICH THEY SAID WERE NOT COVERED AND TRIED TO MARK UP. WE FOUND THE SAME ITEMS ON AMAZON WITH SAVING OF UP 70% OF WHAT THEY WERE TRYING TO CHARGE. THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND THEN YOUR ON YOUR OWN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not use them again. $89 to come out and that fee does not go towards any fix. I had a wiring issues that I explained to him. Took 15-20 minutes to repair using no parts so another 80 on top of that. Total was $169. The fixed it but double what my usual company would charge. If they are already in the area, why the trip charge? Gas isnt $4.00 a gallon any longer.

In my opinion, the technician who came to replace my sprinkler pressure vacuum breaker was not professional. He spoke to me using a strong tone. He belittled my choice for purchasing my part elsewhere as oppose to buying theirs; he spoke to me as if I lacked understanding when he explained that other parts were also needed to complete the job. In the end, the work could not be started and yet he demanded payment. I felt that he was argumentative and his body stance domineering; I felt harassed. Is this the correct way to behave and speak to customers? Because I felt uncomfortable with our entire interaction, I asked him to leave my property. Upon speaking to Sarah (manager) about the situation however, she was apologetic and understanding of my feelings and concerns; she also asked that I disregard the service invoice left at my door by the technician. As a customer, I expect professional business interaction from any technician who comes to my home; in my opinion, this was not the interaction I had with Chris.

This company deserves for something nice to be said about them. I called them last week because water was flooding my yard and running down the street. The nice gentleman on the phone patiently walked me through how to turn off the water to my sprinkler...and instantly saved hundreds of gallons of water from being wasted. The next day a technician came out and fixed the problem. He too was very professional. I would definitely use them again.

VERY UNRELIABLE!!! When I set up my first appointment I let them know Id be out of town & Id have to make arrangements for my father to meet them at my house, which I did. They never showed up or called. When I called them to see what had happened they were very apologetic & contacted my father directly to reschedule because I was still out of town. They were a no show AGAIN & no phone call! Would NOT recommend for any service!

Hired this people for the maintenance of my pool and out of 3 weeks has showed up twice responding to the many calls Ive made and to top it off he came without chemicals so now my pools is actually without being maintained but they already collected the money. Dont even try calling them because theyll give you the run around.

This company is the worse. Charged my wife a ridiculous amount of money to change out a back pressure valve, I had a new control box installed and then when my system stop working I called them and they told me the system needs to be re-wired. Customer service sucks and everything they do cost between 550 to 700 dollars for half ass job. Will hire a person off the street before I use them again....

The sprinkler repairman was here right on time, and fixed not only what I had called about, but checked the whole system and was able to point out several leaks, which he fixed.

My neighbor hired these people to install a sprinkler system.Well they cut my Internet cable,and they never said anything.They should have noticed,they were over the property line and installing spinkler heads in my yard.Called the company,nobody returned my call.I didnt even hire these people and had problems with them.So,do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
