They didnt even ask what kind of oil change we wanted. They just went for full synthetic and charged $110 for an oil change! Ridiculous rip off!!!!!!

I came here because I used to go to Christian Brothers Automotive for repairs, but they ripped me off too many times. Christian Brothers said my transmission needed to be flushed and they wanted to charge me $300. I knew that was a rip off so I came here to Kwik Kar. They are amazing here. They looked at my transmission and it didnt need to have the transmission flushed at all. The guys here showed me the color of the fluid and it was still red and said it wasnt a problem. I decided to get it drained and filled anyway, but it also was only $90. I definitely recommend coming here for your automotive repairs. The guys are friendly and now I know they arent going to scam me.

Always take our vehicles here for inspection and minor maintenance that we dont do ourselves. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I never feel like they are trying to upsell anything. During inspection they let you know what items wont pass and ask if you want to have them change them or if you want to do it yourself and come back.

Kwik Kar Champions is great, never again will I go to another shop to get my oil changed and inspections done! These guys do a quality job quickly, and are excellent at communicating the process to you.

This place is nice and the staff are friendly. I got hit really hard by Harvey but bounced back well. Coupons for synthetic oil. You find on Groupon. And they even sent two emails and giving you $10 off for oil changes when its time. Nice little place!

Went in to get an inspection done didnt realise my headlight was out instead of running the inspection and charging me for a fail they instead let me know ahead of time to go get the light ixed so that I could pass. really appreciate Brayden for saving me that money

No staff members wearing masks. They are in your car and face to face at checkout. Bring sanitizer to wipe down your car.They returned my car with grease on my floor mat and carpet! Had to use carpet cleaner to get it all off. Asked for a rag while I was still there and didn’t even get an apology and had to wipe it myself.My first bad experience here.Follow up- I was contacted by the manager BJ.He was very concerned about my experience and I’m sure that he is committed to correcting the issues so that it won’t happen to anybody else. Changing my rating to a 3 based on his follow up.

This is the place to go for state inspections. Super fast. The gentleman asked me if I was in a hurry or would I be interested in a courtesy fluid and filter check along with my inspection. I told him I really appreciate him asking but I was in a hurry and all my vehicle needed was a safety Inspection because of it being a diesel. But, because of his politeness and professionalism (him asking before doing anything that the inspection did not require) this will be where I bring all of my families vehicles from now on. Highly impressive staff.

I went in for service for an oil change on Saturday the 31st and they got me in and out right away. I purchased an oil change on Groupon and called in a few mins later and the gentleman were very kind and quick. I was quite happy with my service. I very much recommend these guys!

I received great service on my visit on 02/22/2020. I normally go to the Kwik Kar on Rankin Rd. I guess theyre remodeling, so I immediately looked for another location. I wasnt sure how everything would go going to a different location, but as mentioned above, I received outstanding service. I was in and out in under thirty minutes. I actually may consider going to this location in the future versus the Rankin location. Theyre very professional and quick. And I spent less money than I budgeted for. Cant beat that!

Have been going to this location for 2 years. The experience has only gotten better. Not often you can recommend car care source without any issues. Team is extremely friendly and considerate, professional and timely with work. Equally important, they thoroughly review and educate you about any issues with car including concerns, what the issue means in terms of car performance/dependability, long-term and short-term impact, cost clearly explained, if there are options - anything you would want and should know. Very patient with questions. No pushing, just interested in supporting car safety, function and doing good work. Work has included not just oil change, but other work such as major brake work and a couple of other issues. Can make a reservation for work, or call and they will give you some options of good times to come in if your schedule is difficult. Early in this relationship thought I needed to go to dealership for some work where I was given a horrible quote and told a more extensive explanation of what needed to be done. Came to Kwik Kar for another opinion. Made much more sense and completely different, acceptable projected cost. Just to be sure, went to another auto source rec by friend and pretty much same assessment as Kwik Kar, but cost was a bit ore. Kwik Kar did the work and there has not been another problem Timely, good price point and totally pleasant experience with team. Whole-heartedly recommend this team.

Little to expensive the Groupon didnt really save me any money. On another note the mechanic was professional and very thorough and very professional and polite, so overall pretty good experience I guess he made the little extra money worth it.

Everyone has their favorite place or mechanic to work on their car but Kwik Kar Care at Champions is honest, reliable, does awesome work on your vehicle, they’re up front with you and takes their time to make sure and ensure that your vehicle is in good shape before you drive off. But the most important thing, when you come to them and tell them your concern they listen, perform a diagnostic check and tell you what you really need and Kwik Kar Care of Champions take really great care of you and your needs. I have had to come to this place three different times for them to fix the same issue. The mechanic is rude the other staff seems clueless about everything. They seem to not care about customer service what so ever. I swear they are the worst the only reason I am allowing them to fix it is because its under warranty and I paid my hard earn money for it. Best believe I will NEVER suggest them to anyone I know.P.s. Justin the manager is the only one to seem to have some sense of customer service.

The name of their business says it all! They are kwik and do a great job. This is now the second time I get an oil change done with them with two separate vehicles and this last time I went in at 7:55 AM a couple of minutes before they opened since I needed to be at work by 9 AM. The employee who assisted me didnt think twice to take my car and get the oil change done. I was out of their establishment by 8:15 AM. They check your air pressure on your tires as well. Their establishment is always so clean and I love that! I will continue to use them in the future. I recommend them to you.

Best place ever! Nice sitting room and really friendly people. My friend forgot her sunglasses and her cup and they were kind enough to hold onto them until we could retrieve them. Once again, such friendly staff and their prices are great. Best service in town! 10/10!

The management and employees at this location are always prompt, courteous, honest and professional. We have used them for oil changes (check Groupon!) and minor car repair (serpentine belt, battery, etc.).

Great service this last week. They were super busy and still got us in and out fast with smiles on their faces. Not every shop has the special filter charge and this one does but it was only 8 bucks so that wasnt too bad. My wife and I will definitely be recommending this shop.

I am a vendor for these guys and must say Pete and his team really care about their customers and want what is best for them. They demand the best from their vendors and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. They are also extremely honest with everyone.

I did not like the treatment from the old manager. He just wanted to sell me stuff, but the new guy David and his staff are awesome! He only recommended the front brakes and said the back were fine. I had already planned one getting them done. I have 65k on the car. Its good to have a place to trust. I will definitely be coming to them exclusively.

I normally dont give reviews but I am very thankful. A few weeks or so ago my wife had a blow out on Cypresswood Dr. She just happened to pull into this location. The guys there took care of the situation very quickly and made her feel safe. They did not charge her a penny for taking off the blown out tire and replacing it with the spare from the trunk. And believe me that trunk was full enough to make this job harder than it had to of been. Willing to do extra work or to go that extra mile means a whole lot. A lot of respect for these guys.

Just got my first oil change on my brand new car & the service here was great! Kevin provided good customer service and a speedy service. Definitely will be returning for my next one once it’s due.

Seems I am not the only one experiencing shady business practices with the company. Previously no issues but since the pandemic I went back for an oil change and my car had no issues what so ever. I was notified after the change that they smelled and saw smoke so I could have an oil leak and it was probably a gasket. I drove to my mechanic as it was smoking terribly. The mechanic notified me they got oil all over the engine that was causing the smoke, cleaned it and no issues or leak. Shady tactics to get people to pay for uneeded repairs.*Update 10/2020*It is time to have my daughters oil changed again as I brought it to Kwik car in march, seems they have over tightened the oil filter and now multiple oil change spots are unable to remove it. I am not bringing it back to Kwik car to have it removed as I am scared of the damage they would do to the car even more.

Just left this place for an oil change, came straight to the mechanic because as almost got home my car started smoking and turns out they left oil all over the engine and on top of that now I have an oil leak. This place got shady ever since the lockdown im sure they are in need of business and just started doing shady stuff. I will never be back to this place.

These guys were awesome they waited for me to get there as I couldnt make it before they closed due to work and traffic and I was in DIRE need of an oil change. They changed my oil super quick and at a reasonable price. They probably saved my engines life and for that Im super grateful! Definitely recommend.

Best shop around! Ive been to so many and they all try to sell you stuff you dont need, but not here. They truly just care about you and your vehicle. I came in to get my brakes done and Pete told me I still had plenty of life on my rear pads and could go another couple oil changes before I needed to replace the front. They noticed my transmission fluid was low and they topped it off for free.

Romel and Josh are the most polite young gentleman. They got me in and out fast and informed me of everything that was going on with my car. They let me know what I need now and what I can wait on. I will be back.

The guys are very professional and very knowledgeable! I take all 3 of my vehicles there. I had them redo all the frount suspension on my Mini Cooper as well as change out brake rotors/pads and adjust my parking brake. They do all my regular service on my F150 and dodge charger as well. Great place and good people.

The actual work that gets done seems to be good, and the employees seem nice enough. However, I dont really trust them all that much anymore. I had the brakes flushed two months ago, and during a routine state vehicle inspection today, the same guy from my previous visit comes in and tells me that it needs to be done again and seemed shocked that I said no. He didnt remember me from before, but yeah, theres definitely a trust issue there. He also said the battery needed to be replaced even though I replaced it not too long ago. I probably wont be coming back here again, which is a shame since Ive been coming here for years now, but Id rather not get ripped off every single visit.
