First off Renica and Head nurse Mindy gave me exceptional customer service from the time I enter the building, until I left the building. My consultation was great. I was informed on the laser hair process.. how it works..which gave me more confidence about having the procedure done. Mindy the head nurse made me feel comfortable while doing the procedure.. I was nervous but I was extremely comfortable. When the procedure was done and I looked in the mirror.. my confidence was all the way UP. The building was Extremely Spotless. I’m glad I went.

Absolutely love this place. I have been hunting for laser hair removal for a while and every where I have called was very vague on the amount it would cost and rushed me on how the whole thing works. Milan took the time to breakdown the cost, listened to what I wanted, was very knowledgeable on the equipment and skin types and answered ALL of my questions (even when I called them after my consultation). They never seemed irritated (because, lets face it, even I thought I was irritating).I have just finished my second treatment and feel amazing. I’ve always struggled with thick dark hair on my upper lip that still showed even after I shaved. I was very hesitant going through with the laser treatment, but after my consultation i knew I made the right decision. My results have been amazing thus far and couldn’t be happier. Since day 1 I’ve loved my experience here...staff is super nice, makes you feel comfortable during the sessions. I’ve had great results right after my first session....I got the Brazilian and I can say about 70% of the hair was gone, and the hair that was left was thinned out....and again this was only after the first, so excited to finish my treatment!

I’ve been to other places that offer “a number” of sessions... beware of those... they generally don’t work!The laser Milan uses will get rid of the hair and your skin will be smooth. I started out with two areas and kept adding more areas; now I get my whole body done. Well worth the price and the 3 1/2 trip to get there.My only gripe is that there isn’t a Milan Laser near where I live, but it will be moving my way be the end of the year... fingers crossed!
