I absolutely had an amazing experience. The lovely ladies in the front are so kind and helpful. Michelle is SUCH a sweetheart and SO amazing at what she does. VERY talented girl! She gave me just enough plump in my upper lip to feel like it actually exists again when I smile! I adore her personality and the amazing job she did on my lips, smile lines, and forehead area!!! Huge thank you to Michelle and the rest of the staff! I am beyond grateful and LOVE the work! ♥

I saw Michele the first time this week and she exceeded my expectations. My sister in law and other women had told me how amazing she was.. and she was beyond that. I was take back 5 Minutes early(since some complained about the wait time I wanted to make sure to point that out). Not only did she answer my questions and help me make the right choice for me.. she was extremely fast and I felt little to now pain... she was open to me doing less and didnt pressure me into more units. Plus you cannot beat their price. I had a bad first experience and Michele makes me excited for future appointments!

I would love to give this spa 5 stars, buy my overall experience has not been the best. For prices on the services (laser hair removal and vanquish) I received, they are 5 star. The technician who does the hair removal is fantastic. She does a great job, on time, and very personable. My experience with the vanquish treatments were not the same. Several times I was left in the room and not attended to as I should have been (they are supposed to check and adjust every 15 minutes), which stretched my appointment to a very long time (2 hours one time for an hour an a half appointment). A few times I was not taken back for 30 to 45 minutes past my appointment time. I recommend for price, just be prepared for shoddy, inconsistent service.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE MICHELLE. Her work is AMAZING. She has been injecting me for many years. She always makes sure I look natural NEVER over done. Michelle is great at what she does and takes her time when consulting you or doing the treatment.

I was really hesitant to get eye trough filler but after watching Michelle at Z Medi Spa on video and the before and after photos, I decided to give it a try. I am a total convert. I didn’t want to look ‘done’ just refreshed and Michelle used just 1/2 syringe under each eye. I just look rested and refreshed - exactly what I wanted. I Highly recommend ZMedi Spa and Michelle Galdenzi. They really make you look your best.

I do not recommend going here!Here is a list of why you should not go here.1.They lure you in with low Groupon prices.2.After I finished the first sessions for hair removal, I bought more sessions and after a year of going here I still grow hair.4.Michelle burned me with the laser machine. I believe she went too high and literally burned a section of my skin, so now I have a dark patch underneath my arm.3.Made appointments for no reason. It would take about 30-45 minutes for me to be seen by Michelle. They over book appointments!4.When being taken to the room all the way straight to be back, I would notice she did not clean the laser hair removal machine properly. There would be jelly residue from the previous patient. Also, on bed covers there would be jelly residue.5. In my opinion I feel as Michelle does not care about her patients with not listening to their concerns.*** Also, look her up she came on Scream Queens Season 1. The services themselves are alway exceptional, but their time management sucks. My appointment today was at 3:30 and I wasnt seen until 4:35!!! I had arranged an hours worth of child care for what was supposed to be a five minute appointments. The to not be seen till an hour later its very irritating. Doubled with the irritation of having been told on the phone that the service would be $75 to then in office be told that no in fact what I wanted on special was $149. When I questioned the difference Michelles comment was well if your budget can only allow... It had nothing to do with my budget, And everything to do with not being informed properly on the phone. Today is not the only time the have been late My last three laser hair removal sessions were all scheduled for 8 AM and were 15 to 30 minutes late as well. This shows an extreme lack of consideration for other peoples time.

Unfortunately the skills of Michelle don’t compensate for the lack of professionalism and timelines of her staff. After being a regular patient for almost 3 years, I showed up to my last appointment on time and after waiting for 20 minutes I inquired about the wait. They told me it would be an additional 30 minutes and moved me to a back room. At the one hour mark after my schedule appointment (that I had to schedule 3 weeks out) I left the back room and asked about the wait time and was told it would still be an additional 20 minutes. At that time I cancelled my appointment and left. When a business does not respect my time as a client, I can no longer support their business. A simple courtesy call before my appointment time to let me know that they were running behind schedule was all that was needed to avoid this problem. There are hundreds if not thousands of other providers in the Houston area, treat your clients poorly and they will find somewhere else to take their business.

I was a little worried about the wait time - since there are a couple of reviews mentioning they take a long time - but that was not my case at all. I was there 5 mins before my appointment and waited maybe 10 minutes. Michelle was awesome! She explains everything, she’s very patient and doesn’t push any type of treatment on you. She gives you 2-3 options to chose from and the prizes to best adjust to your budget. I had an issue with my credit card, it was my problem not theirs, and they were very patient and helpful while we solved it. Everyone was very nice, professional and I would definitely recommend it and will be back! They are a busy location but go try it out and see for yourself that it’s worth it!

I’ve gone to this med spa for about a year now for dysport injections. The last two visits, the injector has been running 45 minutes to over an hour behind schedule. This is so long that the facility easily could have called and let me know or given me the option to reschedule. Everyone buys sits and waits in the tiny waiting room or in the separate treatment room for long periods of time with no information as to how long it will be. There are no apologies or explanations either. I’m very disappointed and I am not going back.

If I could give Michelle 6 stars, I would. The 6th star would be for her contagiously sweet disposition and how comfortable I feel in her office. I trust her whole heartedly and LOVE everything she’s done for me. If you’re on the fence about something, have a consultation with her and get your feel good back on how beautiful you are! I had a horrible experience with a prior injector....mainly she didn’t listen to my wants and needs. I ended up losing a lot of money and not happy... 4 months in and back at square one. So I decided to asked a friend a month ago who she went to because I honestly loved her lips and she said “I go to a woman named Michelle”. I was really hesitant about putting myself out there to get injections again, especially since I spent a good chunk of $$$ to end up with nothing. Let me just tell you!!!! MICHELLE LISTENS TO YOUR WANTS AND NEEDS!!!!! She listened to what I was aiming for and why I was aiming for it(because one: I wanted bigger, noticeably pretty lips and two: because my wedding is coming up shortly lol 26 days to go!) I have never felt myself so much and I just loved the over all whole experience with her! My fiancé even noticed and said Michelle did a way better job and that says a lot! He never really noticed a difference at all with my last injector and I couldn’t be mad because neither did I. I’m a bit disappointed. My second time visiting this facility and I paid for a certain amount of units through Groupon but did not receive all of the units paid for... my first visit I sat there waiting to check in for nearly 45 minutes until Michelle actually noticed me. In the second visit she had said the top and under eye would be $75 a piece. Yet I had already paid $150 for the top. Before I left I was charged an additional amount for the bottom but not given a refund for the top. So be leery. They do not have a good team up front. I liked Michelle a lot but the front girls are not together.

I really dislike writing bad reviews but I have to warn everyone.. this place is a total ripoff. I got a peeling a while back and I guess they didn’t know how to apply it and it burned my face. I’m still trying to fix what they did and I’ve had to spend crazy amounts of money in dermatologists and products. Just go to a dermatologist instead of a spa. I learned a hard lesson, please don’t make my same mistake.

Michelle is absolutely fabulous, nothing but good things to say about her. However, the wait times are getting harder and harder to cope with. Scheduled an appointment a few weeks in advance and waited over an hour once I arrived. This is not the first time this has happened. I hope they can get their scheduling fixed!

Ive been coming to Michelle for a couple of years now for Dysport. I didnt realize that my old Dysport lady was bad until I experienced the results I got from Michelle. Shes so, so good. I took a leap of faith and trusted her to inject fillers under my eyes, and Ive been so pleased with the results. I cant recommend her enough! And shes sweet, to boot. Theres no judgment, no hard-selling - shes the best.

Michelle is the sweetest, her services were just not for me and my friends. We were made to believe that it was laser hair removal, but the reality is that it was just stunting growth as long as we contintued to go. I bought 4 packages for my chin hair with not much of any difference. Im really embarrassed because I praised this place and referred so many people. All of whom no longer go because they werent seeing results either. I think the spa is great for other services, but if youre looking for hair REMOVAL, its best to look for facilities who use actual lasering. I havent tried any other service but I hear great things! Im so sad it didnt work for me and my friends, still, great vibe at the place!

As for the weight loss program, the staff is not properly trained and very little professionalism. Medical exams without due review, zero follow-up by the assistants, each different and poorly trained personal week. In truth, I did not feel safe in medical matters. I LOST MY MONEY....
