I brought a ring the was my grandmother’s; she recently passed and the ring snap at the band because it was so thin. I needed a thinker band and was told to bring in gold to assist with the cost and add to my grandmother’s ring. Great experience from start to finish having my Swiss automatic watch serviced here.I spoke w/ Frank over the phone and he gave me a competitive price (This is important to me b/c I hate the idea of driving around town as though I have nothing better to do, just to get a price quote on something routine). Soon after I arrived, Frank filled me in on his experience and to not have any reservations about HIM (lots of places I called told me a third party will perform the service) handling my watch.When I went to pick up the watch at the end of the week, Frank told me he fixed an issue w/ the day/date complication that I wasnt even aware. I can appreciate that he didnt call me to try to nickel and dime me to pay extra. He simply took care of it like a true professional should.Watch seems to be running fine now but if theres any issues, he told me that I have a 2 year warranty on his service.Competitive pricing, expert skills, and professional results. Ive had a lot of troubles since getting my college ring and every time something happens I have to send it in and wait 4-6 weeks to get it. The diamonds keep falling out. By chance, I found regal jewelers online and went to see if they could fix it for me. I literally walked in and waited about 15 minutes and he fixed my ring!! They are so nice and friendly and helpful! I will always go to them now instead of sending it to Balfour!

Regals is a wonderful and caring jewlery store. I came in with a ring that would not come off my finger no matter what I did. They carefully and calmly were able to cut it off my finger. They are a store that is truly there for their customers.

Called around to other jewelry stores because I needed a ring cut to the right size. I got quotes of up to $260 and 2 to 3 weeks timeframe. Regal Jewelers charged only $25. Also, I was only there about 10 minutes! They are unbelievably friendly and honest. This this will be my first choice when it comes to any future repairs or purchases that I may require!

STAY AWAY from Regal for repairs if you have a Rolex. I had my watch in for repair. I was told the watch needed cleaning, so I paid the 300.00 and picked the watch up 4-5 days later. The watch still had the same problem that I took it in for. I took it back, and a few days later I picked it up and same problem. I took it back a 3rd time, picked it up and still same problem. I ask for my money back and I was refunded. I then took the watch to a well known Rolex dealer in Houston and come to find out the watch had never been cleaned and the watch was put back together with a broken part. I now have to pay 585.00 for a cleaning and repair.

The people in this store do not know what they were doing when it comes to appraisals at all! I feel as though they thought I was money hungry and wanted to seek my jewelry to them so they tried to cheat me out of thousands!!!!! All i wanted was an appraisal for insurance purposes and wanted to buy it from me for the low. i went some where else and these people were off by more that a few thousand dollars. Horrible at appraisals I do not trust them at all and would not recommend them to any one. theres no telling what you are really getting!

Ok, Im newly engaged as of 12-12-15!! Me and my partner went looking for engagement rings together and found two that we REALLY liked and wasnt gonna break us in price. So her ring was a size 4 and her ring finger was a size 8, from where we purchased the rings, we thought it was nothing to get them sized because my ring was waaayyy too big and needed to come down to an 8 also. So we said ok this will be an easy fix if we take the extra from my ring and add to her ring to make both fit just right. The sales lady told us to go next door to get the rings sized, that is where most people go, so we said ok. I dont remember the name of the shop but the guy gave me an 80$ quote that I was not paying for after paying what we paid for the rings. I asked him is there anything else he can do, he said no, that is the best and lowest he can do because of the amount that he have to bring my partners ring in size up to. I said ok thank you and went looking for another place. I had to google for my area and came across Regal which was literally in the next parking lot. So, I go in the store scared of what might be said and my rings not getting sized because of the ridiculous amount of dollars I might have to pay. As Im walking in, Im greeted by smiles and easy service, after explaining my situation to Michael and his wife, me and my partner received our engagement rings looking better than they did when we brought them in. Michael told me that bringing the size 4 ring up to an 8 is difficult but possible, that it might turn out egg shaped and he noticed on my ring that there were blemishes that I did not see off the back and he could fix. Our rings were more than Awesome, they were perfect!! And the price was right for my pockets!! If you need your jewelry either fixed or your looking to buy, I truly believe Regal Jewelers is the place to assist you.
