The ladies here were awesome. We came in with 20min til close so we can buy my daughters birthday gift and they were nice enough to help us patiently even a few mon after they closed. Thank you ladies!!!

Ordering online doesn’t mean you don’t stand in the ridiculously long line with everyone placing in store orders. I would avoid ordering from the store if you’re doing a quick pick up and instead do the free two day delivery

I was so excited a James Avery opened up in this shopping center. Management is very rude. I’ll continue to drive a little further for better customer service.

I waited in line for 15-20 minutes just to pick up my bracelet. There were 7 ladies behind the counter and four customers. No one acknowledged me, no one said a word 2 me. I just stood there!

My kids bought me a charm for Christmas and I wore it for the first time on new years and it broke so today I took it to try to get it fixed but they told me that I had to buy another one for half the price its not even a month old
