I went in looking for some decorations and the manger Raquel was amazing help, and super friendly. Way better management then pervious.

Terrible customer service. Nobody behind the register or available to help. Hard to find what you need since the store is big. Waste of time.It might be good for others, but customer service is important to me.

Helpful staff but very long waits each time I go. I feel they need at least 2 people working registers at all time and at least 1 on the floor.

Its organized really nicely by theme and color! The price of everything adds up a bit (which is my fault for buying so much), but it makes planning a cohesive party theme very easy. Theyll also fill any balloons for you.

I gave the young lady that took time to go to the back to look for the Hawaiian skirts I was looking for five stars. I give the store a 1 minus. What good is it having products that are in the back still in the boxes.

Very POOR customer service! Exchange items for a different theme Birthday party as I was checking out one of the employee there was just staring hard and talking as she was walking away like if there was a problem I nicely asked if there was a problem with me exchanging no response & I asked again the manager AMANDA response from far away we don’t accept open items VERY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! literally bought items a day before as I explained to her. This store has poor management so unprofessional! Amanda should not be a manager with an poor attitude!

Very helpful workers and there are not many costumers what makes me feel good. It is more expensive that ANY other place around here to buy party supplies.

I was able to get my costume last minute, although the choices were limited as we were days away from Halloween. I do wish they had more wig selections available. They were short of cashiers which made the wait quite long, and if youre like me with a toddler, you know it can be hard to keep your kid calm for an extended amount of time. As long as you do your shopping early it should be a great experience.

Not much for Hawaiian theme

Bought a dog costume and verified with TWO girls that if I didn’t like it I was able to return it and both said it would not be a problem since they sell them year round and it shouldn’t be a part of the “Halloween” category. I go to return it today and I am now unable. I just wish I was informed correctly and sooner.

Very cleaned and organized

This Party City is very big so it has a plethora of party supplies (plush fun nostalgic toys for kids). Wether it be themed parties, baby showers, etc etc. And they even sell stuff for holidays that are close by. No staff walking around based on what I saw, but the layout is very simple so its not really needed. (My personal favorite thing in there is the festival ticket rolls! 😹)

Long line, no clear instructions for purchasing a costume, no one to help you. I waited in line for 30 minutes only to find out that I needed to ask an associate for help somewhere else in the store. They did not offer to hold my place in line so I left very angry with no costume and wasted time.

Checked online to see if they had an item that I needed. Online it said 12 was available. Ordered it online for pick up. Went to go pick it up and a lady comes out to tell me that they don’t have any. I told her I specifically chose this location due to what I saw online and I drove all the way from Humble just to get item.Then she said we are going to cancel your order and send a email of the cancellation. I told her that my card had already been charged and she said it shouldn’t have and they don’t take the money off until the order is picked up. I showed her the transaction of them taking the money out my account! She tells me that it’s going to take 7 business days for me to get the money back! The store needs to keep everything updated online that’s the same in the store to avoid from wasting people time! Will never shop at this location again.

Huge store! Much bigger than many party city’s I’ve been to. They had so many decorations and it was super easy to find why I was looking for. Definitely my party city of choice to go to.

Walked all around the store and couldn’t locate anyone to help me find what I needed. Finally found a very small selection of unicorn themed girls birthday party decor. Stood at register with others in line while one employee was filling a very large balloon bouquet. Finally asked a manager who was nearby if he would ring me up (I didn’t think he saw me and the others waiting). He told me to wait for the balloon order and went back to doing what he was doing. Wow.

Had a 50/50 experience. Only encountered 2 employees; one ignored me and one was helpful. I was there to pick up an online order that I already paid for. I walked over and stood where the sign was for pick up orders and waited. I saw that the only cashier was already assisting someone so I waited patiently. As Im waiting one more person gets in line to check out. She finishes with the first person and then helps the next person meanwhile no acknowledgement from her that I was there and she can see me. A 3rd person gets in line and she helps them followed by a 4th. By this time I was annoyed...she radioed someone a question her customer had but I never heard her mention that she needed help or that someone was waiting. I saw another employee walk up and he came right to me and greeted me and was friendly and quick to get me the order. He is the only reason they get 3 stars.

Customer service and management at this location is horrible. With all of the other options for shopping for party supplies out there, you would think theyd care more about customer service. Ill just do my shopping through Amazon, Oriental Trading, Birthday Express, etc. With all the online options, you would think the brick and mortar stores would focus more on customer service, to set them apart and bring people to the store. I wont shop there again.

Witnessed manager tell a customer to get out. She was rude and had an attitude with him the second she got to the register. I thought the customer is always right, but this young lady must not agree. While watching the complete disrespect of the manager, I had to wait in line to check out for over 20 minites.Maybe if the manager would actually manage and learn customer service the line wouldnt be so bad.Id suggest buying online or anywhere else.

The checkout line is consistently 15+ minutes.Balloons all deflated within the day, were supposed to be long lasting.

The line was forever long. The girls behind the counter were working as fast as possible... However they had to keep stopping to fill balloon orders.... Something needs to change in the way stuff is ran!

Staff/manager has a poor attitude. You’d think a party store would want a pleasant customer experience. Go else where.

I love this store. We found everything we needed and even ended up buying more for all the different things they have there.

Everything you need for a party can be found here. At times I think some of the childrens parties supplies are limited but its ok. I am still able to get most of the stuff I need.

The sales person was awesome went above and beyond .I found a few things but I think you should expand the Harry Potter stuff

Horrible customer service. I was waiting for my balloons to be blown and when I asked the wait time, I was told I could go to another store by the cashier page. Mind you I had already waiting for twenty minutes in a line to pay. She stated she was the only one thereWhy???

A little underwhelming for such a new store. Take tips from the League City location. This store needs some work.

I want to give Party City a better review but there is a big disconnect between their online store and their brick and mortar stores. Like many kindergarten children, our child had decided 2 days prior to a vocabulary parade event at her school what word she wanted to represent. We decided to have her dress up as a magician since she picked prestidigitation (sleight of hands). Party Citys website told us that the store closes to us had plenty of capes and wands in stock. We found the cape easily but no magician wands to be found. After asking for help, the associate took us to the empty shelf that should have housed the wands. After showing them the online store stating that there were 14 units on hand, they simply told us that it was wrong. I even tried another Party City store that said they had 10+ units on hand but that too was a lie as they could not even locate the area it should have been. Sadly we settled on a different wand that didnt match the look at all, but our kindergarten girl was too young and excited to notice/care.

Rude and slow workers

Balloons for days.

Lorena answered the phone and I almost hung up when I heard her voice, she was miserable. Then she left me on hold for 9 minutes to talk to someone about a balloon bouquet. I finally hung up. She clearly wanted to go home and have nothing to do with a balloon order.

A little upset on the small variety of Halloween decorations to choose from.

I had a bad experience I did an exchange and the girl didnt know what she was doing apparently cause she took out the whole amount that I paid for everything again and never and when u went and showed them with my bank statement they could not take care of it I will never use a card there again
