The team at Box It always go above and beyond with their customer service in a most professional and friendly way. The staff is sure to greet me each time I visit, showing me they care about serving my individual needs. The store is very clean, well maintained and welcoming. I LOVE DOING BUSINESS HERE! I feel safe and confident in taking my all my mail items and packages to BOX IT.

The owner, Kay, is a Notary, and quickly and efficiently notarized my documents even as other customers entered the store. She promptly acknowledged them while she completed my task. I am happy to recommend Kay and Box It.

They did a notary for me, faxed it, scanned it, and then over nighted it for me. I was worried it wouldnt make it in time but all my variations made it. They were all so helpful!

THIS REVIEW IS ONLY CONCERNING THE FEDEX ASPECT OF THEIR BUSINESS. We dropped off a Fedex package for pickup. Would not recommend for Fedex drop off. They can not scan in packages or provide proof that it was dropped off. We our now on the hook for a $600 defective device that was being returned to manufacturer anyway.
So unacceptable....they deserve no star at all. Packages lost, I understand. Maybe not their fault. A poor attitude and an ugly tone is not appropriate for a business dependent upon good customer service and a smile.

Unfortunately not a good experience at all. Box It lost numerous packages for me totaling nearly $400. When I tried to work with them to locate the lost packages, the old white lady at the counter, I believe her name was Tonia was very rude and unhelpful. After she was unwilling to assist in a matter that was 100% Box It’s fault, I contacted both other parties involved, including UPS, and they were extremely helpful up until they had to deal with Box It. They were turned away in a similar manner to myself. Box It doesn’t give receipts for drop offs probably for this reason. They shouldn’t be a designated drop off location if they don’t hold records or receipts for any of their customers. Terrible experience.. Mistakes happen but that doesn’t excuse rudeness or a lack of manners. Highly considering taking action

Im so disappointed, I spent over $30 just to send receiving blankets to two people, when I asked about the flat rate boxes they claimed they didnt have any, It would have only cost me $11 to send it if they had the flat rate boxes! THey took advantage of me and I could have saved well over$20. Never again will I use this store ever again, save the money and stand inline for 2-3 hours at the post office stead! Shame on this company for not being more forthcoming about helping coustomers out! You have lost my business for good!

Last week I payed for priority shipping and they specifically said that my package would be delivered in 3 days. It has been a week and my package hasnt been delivered. I payed way more then I should have, and when I walked into this place they told me that they could not help me and blamed it on the government. I will never walk into this place again.
Dropped off my textbooks on 12/22 to be returned by UPS, but they werent sent until the 27th. And I was charged a late fee because they were not sent on time. If youre looking for a place that doesnt actually ship your packages, youve find the right one. WILL NEVER RETURN.
