Excellent therapist for children dealing with past trauma. She has helped out our family and is very patient with teenagers. She is skilled at counseling children in the foster care system.

I’m at a loss here. Sent 6 emails, 3 messages, and 1 website inquiry with no response. I called insurance and she never filed a claim. Why doesn’t she want to get paid for the work she already did? I paid her a copay for services and never got any reports or letters back. Im very sad that my son will have to go through all the testing again with someone else if she doesn’t follow through. How horribly sad to be in a profession that is supposed to be caring and compassionate with absolutely no follow thru. We didn’t do anything to make this woman mad and yet she can’t type up a simple email? Such a waste of time for everyone involved. It’s been 60 days and I have a child who needs help!!! This is either the epitome of laziness or borderline malpractice. She can decide which label suits her best.

Absolutely horrendous. left me feeling terrible. first appt was less than 30 mins. she barely acknowledged my family that i brought along, and barely let me talk to her. she had me fill out another common survey about adhd and decided i didn’t fit diagnosing criteria. i only got to tell her about 4 out of the hundreds of little things/symptoms i struggle with daily. i mentioned that i believed i also have autism/sensory processing issues and she clapped back “you don’t have autism. you don’t. i can usually tell within 30 seconds of meeting someone” who says that?? and a therapist no less? she had no concern for my feelings at all. made no attempt to set up another appt. the entire thing was essentially me beginning and struggling to open up and her taking that as the whole picture and saying, over and over, that she doesn’t think i need medication or a diagnosis or help with school and that i don’t have the issues i’ve dealt with for years. just purely terrible. i’m convinced her PhD isn’t legit. just run away as fast as you can from her, she’s such a waste of money and time.

Horribly unresponsive and very unhelpful. made us pay when we had 2 carriers, then when i filed with secondary she said i was committing fraud. she does not have good accounting practices. id call and let her know of concerns with my child and she never responded. my child will not be going back to her. If you care...stay away. i wish i could give negative stars. Im a medical biller and tried to help her and she became argumentative and just mean. She gave my child no relief and always dismissed my concerns. Horribly misplaced in a field that requires caring. I filed complaint with UHC and they are investigating her accounting practices

I was thrilled with this doctor at first but now after 30 days and absolutely no response and having not received my daughters diagnostic report from the testing she provided Im definitely not impressed. Calls, emails, everything short of going and knocking on her door to get a hold of her. If you need a responsive therapist I must suggest you go elsewhere. If you need testing, do not leave her office without the final documentation you need. Im hoping she might see this and actually respond - I really wanted to like and trust this doctor.

Just like so many other professionals in the area, no return phone call or email. Called left message and even sent in new client email as directed by website for faster response. Never received a response back.

Dr. Schultz is wonderful! She is trauma informed, knowledgeable of TBRI and excellent with kids from hard places and their parents/guardians.

Very private, one door for entry and a different door for exit therefore it provides patient privacy. Clean, cool, relaxing, and refreshing atmosphere.

We loved her as our daughters play therapist, and as a couples counselor.
