Office staff is always friendly! Nice atmosphere too. Gene who I would see was amazing and very helpful I always looked forward to my sessions just couldn’t go anymore due to my work schedule being the same as their business hours.

Son saw psychiatrist briefly. Only takes payment up front when you make appointment. So they have your money and theyre prone to rescheduling you without warning and then you wait weeks to get back in. Abruptly slashed her work schedule to one day a week -- not a day we could meet -- to reduce her work hours, with no warning, leaving us with no psychiatrist, no way to get medications, and no treatment. Fortunately, wed maintained a good relationship with another pdoc and immediately went back to him and are still with him; love him. Very unprofessional behavior. Saw another therapist there, Debbie Workman, for issues related to intimate partner sexual abuse. She was horrible. Refused to believe abuse, looked at perpetrator and gave him explicit permission/instructions that he could deny any/all of the abuse, when he confirm she refused to discuss the abuse further, at next session completely denied she did any of this. No affirmation or support of the woman whatsoever. Cant give her a low enough rating. Would give negative stars if could Horrible therapist. If you have an abuse issue, stay away from her!

The front office staff are kind and helpful. Lauren is great and we love our therapist.

Great counselors, but very poor office management. Rather aggravating when they cancel my daughters appointmentments on her twice with less than an hour notice each time, after she had already left school early or adjusted her work schedule to make the appointment, but charge me $75 when she missed an appointment.
