I am terrified of the dentist, but everyone took good care of me. The news wasn’t good, but we worked together for a treatment plan and they got me in to start the next day. Because of how I was treated, I’m not as scared to go back. I know what to expect. I recommend Dr. Kuykendall and his lovely team.

They were able to fit me in with my crazy work schedule to do an extraction. Appointment set up was easy All paperwork was done with text prior to arriving. Staff and Doctor was nice and friendly. I was explained the process from start to finish. I will be going back for a more work. I Highly recommend this place.

Great dentist. He helped talk me out of retreating my root canal vs extracting and doing an implant. The office is very modern and the dentist offers really good explanations for treatment options. Hard to find this these days.

This place is awesome! This professional staff helped me out when I was in dire need to have a tooth extracted when other dental companies refused to do so! To top it off, they allowed this with less than hour of closing and they stayed open a little over close time to take care of me! Hands down this is a place you want to give business! STOP; before you read the rest of this review, if you’re looking for a dental spot to stop in the area, this. is. THE. place.So now you must be thinking “why is that random reviewer?”, well I’ll tell you.This past Thursday, I had the best tooth extraction of my life. Well… my only (and hopefully last) tooth extraction, but it was still a great experience for me. Quick, painless procedure, and by the next day I wasn’t feeling any pain in the slightest. Now I don’t know if I have the regenerative abilities of Spider-Man, or if Dr. Kuykendall and his staff worked their top notch medical skills, but needless to say I’ve been very pleased. If there’s one thing I could’ve asked for, it would’ve been a more extensive list of things I could and couldn’t eat in the following days after my procedure, but I was able to ask the office and they provided answers.So this Thursday when I’m taking a bite of what feels like my first burger in a thousand years, I’ll be thinking of you, dapper Nigel Thornberry (Dr. Kuykendall) as well as your awesome staff including the wonderful Cynthia and the other totally cool guy who worked on my teeth (sorry I forgot your name). Thanks for the wonderful service you all provided me, and I know you’ll be satisfying many customers for years to come.

Dr Kuykendall and the staff here are amazing. This is a place that truly cares about what’s best for the patient and not about padding their pockets with your insurance money. They are not going to recommend any unnecessary treatments and will only recommend the procedure that gets you the most bang for your buck. They also try to get you in as soon as possible for dental issues! My husband and I have been coming here for years and are very happy with the quality service and care we have received.

Just had the best cleaning of my life with Star! For the first time I had no pain after she applied topical to my gums. 62 years old and that was my best dental experience EVER!

Was looking for a place that took emergency same day appointments and was not let down by Dr. Kuykendall and staff. Not only did they get me an appointment immediately, but were extremely warm, compassionate and gentle. They were also transparent with pricing/insurance, and got me setup with a treatment plan to tackle the issue. I’m not the biggest fan of the dentist (hence the emergency appt 😬) but I’m fairly confident Spring Dentist will be my provider going forward!

Everyone is friendly and practicing good health safety behaviors. The work needed was explained clearly along with my options. Happy to recommend Spring Dentist.

I recently had my Invisalign done with Doctor Kuykendall and had amazing results! He is such a perfectionist and very thorough. The process was so simple he explained every step of the way and most especially is very gentle while he works and makes adjustments. The technology and equipment is first class and very advanced that they use for you to see future results. The doctor also listens to your input and makes sure he is meeting your expectations. He even was kind enough to continue the treatment with additional aligners until I was happy. The office manger, Cynthia, would also call to check on me. They are also very easy to schedule and ask questions by text message. I had to reschedule a few times. All the staff and assistance are so friendly, and professional. Don’t expect anything less! I have already referred my mom and dad and both have been extremely happy with the service.

Staff is always amazing!!! and Dr Joshua was suuper friendly and made jokes lol...and make me feel we can discuss my treatment freely. They always explained everything to me and we made a decision together about next steps of my treatment plan. I would like to have the root canal specialist’s opinion on the same place. That’s my only suggestion because when a patient knows he needs to make another appointment + pay an extra visit to start the treatment, we feel a little discouraged. However I’m thankful about the prevention argument to make that appointment but I wish that can be done in the same location, with the x rays and maybe a description from the dentist could be possible perhaps. Thank you and I can’t wait to start my treatment!!

I have anxiety about dental visits due to bad experiences with other dentists but Dr. Kuykendall and all of the staff at Spring Dentist made me feel extremely safe and comfortable. I was referred over to them by a friend, after calling and explaining that I was in severe pain they were able to get me in as a new patient that same day! Dr. Kuykendall and his staff diagnosed the issue quickly and provided me with the best solution. Patient comfort is a high priority for them, Dr. Kuykendall and his assistant Fernando were constantly checking that I was ok and made the whole process completely painless. They use the latest technology in dentistry, they performed a 3D scan of my teeth to model the new crowns that I needed. Fernando also explained that this is the same technology they use for their Invisalign treatment. I am now looking forward to going back and getting my Invisalign done with Dr. Kuykendall, they will show you projections of how your teeth will shift and what your final results will look like. Highly Recommended!

I had a wisdom tooth removed by my Dr Joshua Kuykendall and it went very well and I think it just took like 2 minutes and my huge tooth was out!!! his technique to anesthetize is awesome I didn’t felt anything!! He prescribed me some ibuprofen but I didn’t needed it Recuperation is healing good no complications !! I definitely recommend Dr K . He is very professional. Thank you so much.

Dr. Kuykendall performed my bottom wisdom teeth extraction. He was very nice and explained what he was doing well. Not one moment did I feel uncomfortable during the procedure. Nothing has been the same like it has been Since the new doctor took over. He seems to have all the staff uncomfortable there and how he talked to them. There was a receptionist that is no longer there and she was one of the welcoming faces that brought people to come back. I really hope Dr.Donelson comes back to take care of his office he is the best dentist in town

I had the most amazing experience here. I cant say I have ever felt so comfortable in a dentist office. Im a redhead and have a high tolerance to pain meds and numbing agents. Initially I was terrified from my previous visits with other Dentists. Dr. Kuykendall listened to my concerns of having pain, and alleviated my stress. The staff made sure I didnt feel the procedure of extracting my wisdom tooth from my tiny mouth. They were so nice, and very considerate! I will definitely be back! This establishment and its staff are incredible!

Dr. Kuykendall performed a bottom lower/right wisdom teeth extraction on me . The way he handled everything was very professional and informative, not one moment did I feel uncomfortable during the procedure. The office and staff both gave out a calm and relaxing auora . Dr Kuykendall did a fantastic job. I had broke off a tooth at the gum line. He got me in the same day, extracted the broken tooth and built a temporary bridge. Dr Joshua Kuykendall, DDS installed the bridge today and it looks fantastic and feels great. Dr Joshua Kuykendall, DDS and his staff are really great to work with.

Ive gone here 5 times now and each time its been a pleasant experience... and that means a lot to me because Ive never liked going to the dentist! I had lost a very old crown. Another dentist told me the tooth will have to be extracted and I would need an implant, a 4-month process that costs thousands of dollars. I was told by the other dentist that there was not enough tooth structure remaining to put in a new crown. Dr. Donelson found he was able to put on a new crown and that an implant was not necessary. The work was done, from start through temporary crown, in a couple of hours in my first appointment. The permanent crown will be ready in two weeks. Total cost was a small fraction of what an implant would have cost.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Jonathan has been my hygienist for a while now and its always great catching up with him.

Dr. Donelson I have no complaints about. The lady who schedules appointments and tells you how much to expect a procedure to cost, is an idiot. I was told that with my insurance, worst case scenario was $2,500. Needless to say, were way beyond that and I still need a crown. The one I went there in the first place to be worked on. I have been scheduled for an appointment, and once the wait was over 45 minutes, I had to leave and reschedule. I have been told I will check our schedule and call you, never has happened. She admitted she didnt call back because they were busy. If you use this dentist, better get everything planned up front, especially the cost, because otherwise it will cost you more and they will act like its no big deal.

Im a nervous person when it comes to doctors and neddles.. Dr. Kuykendall extracted my tooth and I did not feel a thing during nor after treatment. He was awesome and i highly recommend him.

Dr. Donelson is very efficient He listens to me and tells me what needs to be done and in the order of importance. I feel like he is honest as well as his staff. I do not feel like they are going to try to talk me into anything I do not want or need like a lot of dentist offices do. I Had some fillings that were old and had some decay so they definitely needed to be replaced and my teeth had become worn down like pits with fillings in them, he removed the old fillings and put the new fillings in and actually built my teeth back up, no more pits! Most dentists I have used would just put the new filling in and my tooth would still be just a worn down tooth with a new filling in it. I love the work he has done for me. This business is run with integrity.
