I need a dentist and staff that is patient and willing to be a little bit more sensitive to my needs because I’ve had a bad experience with prior dentists. They are great and they have advanced technology available so you don’t have to wait long or have more than one visit for a procedure. I have been with them for approximately five years and recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for all your patience and hard work.

I have been coming to advance dentistry of spring since I moved to Texas from Va in 2019. And Eventho I have officially moved from spring into the city of Houston, I refuse to find another dentist/ortho. I rather take the 50 min drive 😂. The office staff are amazing. They actually remember who you are. They are like a huge family and definitely will make sure you never miss an appointment. They send constant reminders via email and will even call you.As far as the actual services, they keep you up with your cleanings, as often as you’d like, or if you need it spaced out. And the process with my Invisalign with them, I couldn’t be more happier.5 star, 2 thumbs up!

I must say this is the best dentist office I have ever used and I have been to many as I am 68 years old. I had a complete dental evaluation done and every single person I saw there was fantastic. Dr. Glass went into detail of my current dental state and fully explained possible corrections to be done. While explaining all of this he went over x-rays and pictures of the affected teeth. The traditional bright light above your face has been replaced with a TV monitor where pictures of your teeth are displayed while he talks about them. The monitor can also be set to any TV channel for you to watch while they work on your teeth.On my second visit I had a new crown made and put in - this normally takes 2 visits (a temporary and a permanent). The dentist designs and crafts the permanent crown while you wait! Also, NO rubber mold is used - instead he scans the tooth and that info is sent to a computer. It is an amazing process and only took about 45 minutes to make the crown.As a side note the Novocain shots I got to deaden the area were never felt by me - a first in my 68 years! I highly recommend Advanced Dentistry !

A five star recommendation for a smooth and painless experience. Needed a cleaning and two crown replacements. Scheduling was a breeze, offered me a 7:00 am cleaning in which I received excellent and on time service from the technician.Next came the prep for the dual crown replacement. Chair side technician gave a complete and thorough briefing on processes and expectations including time to completion. Excellent support throughout the procedure.Dr Glass explained the procedure and began a quick elimination of the old crowns. The entire procedure was painless and completed in a very efficient manner. Down time for about an hour and the replacement crowns built on site were ready and installed.A really easy 3 hour process for some extensive dental work.Support staff friendly and customer concentric providing a very positive experienceHighly recommend.

I went to Dr. Glass for an emergency after breaking a molar. He was able to see me same day. Everyone I dealt with, from him to the hygienist to the receptionist were nice, informative, and provided great service and dental care. I went in for a one-time emergency and ended up finding my new permanent dentist.

Advanced Dentistry has been my dentist for a number of years. It is an extremely well organized and experienced practice. The ambience is light, pleasant and devoid of tension. The dentists are very knowledgeable and experienced. Their support team are extremely co-ordinated and thorough. Their clinic is pretty high tech. I have had difficult procedures taking a long time as well as easier ones. All in all, I would recommend them strongly.

Just a top-notch operation. Everyone does their best to communicate to you whats going on and do it in such a friendly way. Once my budget allows I plan to go back for some elective procedures.

He will definitely be our family dentist from now on!

They always show a great level of care. I have been coming here for over 15 years. I have had extensive dental work done here. Dr glass is a perfectionist. If something doesnt match the way he wants it to, he will redo it. He is committed to excellence.

First let me start with I dont hate dentist, I hate needles and when I have to get those Novocaine shots in the gums it makes me break into a cold sweat. I was probably 3+ years since my last visit to a dentist, but I could not put this off any longer. A friend recommended my to Dr. Glass and I have to say it has been by far the best experience I have ever had at any dentist to date. The hygienist that did my cleaning was as gentle as she could be with me and that water tool they use to remove the plaque is so much nicer than having to go through that scrapping. Dr. Glass was very nice and explained things well and answered all questions. I had to have one crown and two filling replacements plus one small filling done. The IV sedation isnt cheap and it is out of pocket, but let me tell you SO worth it. They have me as a customer for life. Oh, and I may as well add, the anesthesiologist, Dr. Nguyen, was great too. Part of my fear of needles comes from getting overly sticked because some have a hard time hitting my veins. Well, he got it first go and was as gentle as he could be. Big thumbs up for Dr. Nguyen too.UPDATE: 9/2019 Went in for my follow up and just the best visit you could expect. Very comfortable in the chair and the cleaning/checkup was done so gently..so not what I was accustomed to as a kid. Anyone looking for a new demist..I would highly recommend giving them a call and making an appointment.

After many years of not being able to smile as a result of missing teeth I decided this year to get my smile back. My research led me to Advanced Dentistry and I am pleased to say it was the best decision I made. The first meeting with Dr.Glass to discuss the path forward was very detailed and informative. You would think, listening to our conversation it was “another walk in the park” for him. Needless to say we are several weeks into the re-construction and all is going according to the plan. I recently had the implants placed and now we are in the healing process. During this time the staff has called just to check on me and to see how I was doing. This is support at its best! As mentioned above I have not smiled in years and we have teased that I will have to learn all over again and I will say the learning has begun. Each time I am in for a visit that is all I see and that makes me practice. I have been going to advanced dentistry for a few years now and I am often sad I only get to see the staff every 3 months. From my 2nd visit there they new my name, always have smiles on their faces and everyone helps out without any issues. I love Leah she walks me through things and has a great attitude towards me as she teaches me things that I was taught wrong in the past. Dr. Glass is always so understanding and professional he knows I am on a budget but he cares for me like anyone else. Most dentist I had been to in the past would say sorry nothing we can do but he still checks make sure the problem is not any worse knowing it will be a while before I can do anything. I am a new patient of Dr. Edgar. I had an appointment with him for two crowns. I was DREADING the appointment after enduring much painful and unsatisfactory dentistry in the past with other dentists. I was AMAZED and pleased with his gentleness, assuredness and competence, and best of all, he COMPLETED the work on both crowns in the 3 hours I was there, and I am DONE! The teeth are perfect and my bite has never fit together so perfectly in my life! I would give ten stars if I could!

All my visits have been great. The staff is extremely friendly and the doctors are nice. My only complaint is they estimated the cost of something in terms of how much my insurance would cover and the estimate was way off. So I ended up paying over $400 for something they told me would be $100. It was probably an honest mistake, but it hurt my wallet!

I went here a few years back for a regular exam. It was my first time there and they said I had 4 CAVITIES. Mind you, I was perfectly fine at all my regular checkups with another dentist previously. I thought they were scamming me so I never went back to get the fillings. I went to a new reputable dentist since I moved and guess what.... NO CAVITIES! Beware of this place!

Im very pleased with my experience at Advanced Dentistry of Spring. Ive had several visits: cleanings, cavities, ect. I was given a treatment plan and I always knew what to expect. Everyone is professional, and personable. Facilities are impressive.

I went to Dr. Miller for pain in an upper back tooth. He checked the tooth and referred me to an endodontist for a second opinion. He thought I had a fractured tooth. He was right. The tooth had fractures and the nerve died. The referral dentist was excellent. I went back to Dr. Miller for impressions for the temporary cap and the new cap. No pain at all. I saw both dentists within a week. Soon Ill have my permanent cap. His staff is well trained. Really great service.

Fixed my 15 year old broken front teeth in 3 hours start to finish made my teeth right in his office perfect color match and fit if I knew it was this easy I wouldn’t of waited so long

My entire Dental history was filled with botched dental repair jobs, pain, anxiety and a desire to never step foot inside a dental office again....until I fractured a tooth and found Dr. Glass and Dr. Edgar with Advanced Denistry of Spring via a direct home mailing advertisement. Their office staff were kind and understanding of my fear and went to great lengths to help me feel comfortable. Both Dentists were thorough in my treatment plan, took the time to answer all my questions and offered many types of sedation and relaxation. Ive been able to manage a cleaning, 2 other proceedures and finally feel that I have found a Dental Office I can trust. Their care is AWESOME!

IV Sedation by MD Anesthesiologist (this matters folks!!!)! Endodontist (root canals), Oral Surgeon (implant), and Dr. Glass (crowns and fillings) all in one setting, sedated (not just a pill)! Ive had previous difficulty getting mandibular teeth numb giving me quite a phobia of any dental work; I personally neglected dental health for years as a result. I wish I knew about Dr. Glass, his staff, and all the services they provide earlier! Everything about my experience has been superb; I had NO PAIN! THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Both Dr. Glass and Dr. Edgar are great dentists. I first went to Advanced Dentistry for Invisalign because I noticed I was starting to have a cross bite. Dr. Glass easily could have just treated me for that but instead he referred me to a TMJ specialist, which I had actually been needing for years but had always been told there was no such thing (that TMJ specialist has now finally given me no jaw pain for the first time in about 15-17 years). Dr. Glass didn’t even charge me for the x-rays and exam that day, I’m guessing insurance covered it but I’ve also never not paid something when visiting the dentist.Madalyn is a great dental hygienist. I don’t usually like when a hygienist makes conversation, but she was just so nice and held great conversation. She scolded me for my flossing in the just the right way. I also like that they have TVs for my enjoyment during cleanings and that I can choose what to watch. Also, I like that Madalyn did the X-rays, the cleaning, and a preliminary exam before the doctor came into the room, and that the doctor trusted her evaluation. It’s a great team dynamic.Dr. Edgar has a great personality and holds good conversation while waiting for anesthesia to kick in. He was very considerate about my TMJ and took a break between fillings in case I was in too much pain. The last time I had fillings (different dentist), as I have awful teeth, I had such a bad migraine and my jaw hurt bad that I was pretty useless the rest of the day. However, after having 3 cavities taken care of today by Dr. Edgar, I was pleasantly surprised that my jaw was not near as sore as I was expecting, even after the anesthesia wore off completely hours later.I really enjoyed Judy who assisted during my fillings, and never made me feel like I had any silly or annoying demands when I asked for something to adjusted, and we enjoyed an episode of Friends together while on my TMJ break. Always trust another Friends appreciator. I hope she assists in my future fillings.Christina, the office manager who also gives the cost estimates is amazing and has great communication. I like that she overestimated, and explained that the original cost estimate was possibly an over estimate as some of my fillings included prices for crowns but might only require normal fillings. She confirmed that I could have nitrous to help relax me but wouldn’t be covered by insurance and many many many more questions, and never made me feel like a bother.They do accept a primary and secondary insurance, which a friend told me not all dental office do.
