I have began treatment. I held off for personal reasons. But I’m super confident with my choice of dentist. He has been patient and explained every step in detail. I have been enjoying my dental experience. Great office dentist and staff are amazing and accommodating. Would and will recommend to everyone I know.

I havent been to a dental office since the pandemic started so I have been looking for a clean, reliable office to continue my normal dental care. I decided to try Dr. Tans office since I have heard many good things about them and I was not disappointed. You can tell they take things seriously with surveys, temp checks, shields, good protective wear, etc. I feel very safe here and will make this my new dental home.

I moved to Spring, TX about 2 years ago and have been searching for a good family dentist near me for a while now, with no success. After a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Tans office I think I have finally found the one. This is a really quality dental office with very nice people and the dentist himself is very focued on getting the best quality care to us and my kids love it here as well. I have no qualms about recommending this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist in the Spring area.

I have had discolored teeth for a long time and finally got the courage to try cosmetic dentistry. I found Dr. Tan through search and am so glad I did! After I described my case with him he went through and described what hed do for me very throughly, starting with something called wax mock ups and then detailed every step. I finally had it done last month and it has changed my life. I now smile extremely confidently and the teeth look terrific yet natural. Cant thank him enough.

Terrific dentist. Woke up two weeks ago with a massive golf ball on an abscessed tooth. Dr. Tan was very cool and gave me a plan to get it removed, safely. Returned a week later with a much more deflated face and the tooth was expertly removed, almost no pain at all. Amazing experience and saved me from a very scary experience.

Very skillful and nice dentist. Also one of those rare ones that are open on Sat and Sun so I dont have to take time off of work. Great find!

I was referred to Dr.Tan through a coworker. She told me about her and her familys experiences. So I decided to check it out. My family and I absolutely love the staff and Dr.Tan! We have been coming here for about 2 years now.They make you feel comfortable and safe the whole time your there. Also they really care about your concerns and are willing to listen. Dr. Tan is wonderful! He explains everything down to detail. I recently had some work done. Dr.Tan removed some teeth, did a root canal and a new bridge and didnt feel any pain. I absolutely love it!! You cant even tell its a bridge! I will continue to take my family to Spring Complete care denistry for life.

This is my second time visit here. I like their professional service and technique. Dr. Tan is nice and has explained patiently about my concerns. It is really a relief after his advice and correct diagnosis especially for a nervous patient like me! And my fillings are done quick and sturdy! I highly recommend here.

Dr. Tan is nice with kids, and finished the check-up pretty fast. And we got a toy in the front. Everybody that works there was a very professional and helpful. Every question that I had they were able to answer. Everything that they did they informed you what they were doing before it happened. Thank you so much!

Love the office and atmosphere! My whole family enjoys the experience. I have sensitive teeth and I get my cleaning this is always addressed and accounted for! My kids look forward to going and having their teeth cleaned and this is almost unbelievable given how much trouble I usually have at home to get them to even brush! We had a shot trip in spring to visit our friends. My daughter had a toothache two days before. Then I took my daughter to see Dr. Tan and let me just say that it was an absolutely AMAZING experience! I was more nervous than my daughter was to see the dentist! He answered all of my questions and treated My girl so special! She wasnt scared or anything! This place is definitely the place to take the little ones! I will be recommending this place to my friends!

Very good dental office! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the dentist was honest and straight forward, no BS and polite at the same time. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were but its not the case here. Its definitely a relief and refreshing at the same time to find a dentist with integrity.

I have been extremely nervous all my life about going to the dentist but when I came to Spring Complete Care Dentistry, I felt so at ease and everyone whom I saw made me feel very comfortable with no sales pressure or I dont feel like just a number. I still wont say I love the dentist but at least I feel like this place is one I can trust and go to comfortably and will recommend it to anyone. The fact that they open on weekends makes it even better since I no longer to to take time off during the week.

I had to have a couple of bad wisdom teeth removed and I was a total nervous wreck. Dr. Tan was very patient with me and explained the procedure and offered to give me some oral sedation which helped tremendously, as I was much more relaxed and got them out without remembering much. Very nice dental office and staff made the whole tooth extraction experience much better than otherwise. Great job!

My grandson was visiting from Colorado and over the weekend one of his baby tooth starting acting up, and he couldnt sleep at all that night and we were worried stiff! Luckily found this office the next day and was able to be squeezed in. The dentist was extremely nice and accommodating and we were squeezed in the afternoon, and was able to get the tooths nerves removed and our grandson finally was able to get back to normal. Extremely grateful for this and we will be back of course.

This was my first time at this location. I love it, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr. is amazing!!! He makes you feel very comfortable he listens to your thoughts and or concerns. He talk you through everything he’s doing. He’s very professional and welcoming. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Dr Tan and his crews are professional! We are from other state on a visit for family and my husband has terrible toothache. Love the atmosphere here. Been to several chains in the area and hate the sales pitch, I feel like I am in a tire shop lol. Here I actually feel like I am getting real and quality dental care, and all of my questions were answered fully and with a smile. This is real family dentistry.

I drive over 25 miles one way to see Dr. Tan and he is always worth it. It sounds trite but he treats me like family and can always be counted on for an honest opinion and consult about a problem, and when he does something it has always been dependable, quality, and good value for me. Its hard finding a good dentist nowadays and Dr. Tan is the rare exception.

I highly recommend Spring Complete Care Dentistry. Dr. Tan is by far the best dentist Ive ever went to. My husband and I drive over 45 minutes each way to go to his office. I recently tried a different dentist closer to my house and they told me I needed a deep cleaning procedure which would cost me $1200 out of pocket. I went to Dr. Tan for a second opinion and ended up having the deep cleaning done by him for $200 out of pocket. He doesnt pad charges just to make extra money. He tells you exactly what you need without charging for extra unessacery work. He also has such a calming presence that it can make a dental procedure seem like not such a big deal. All of the ladies in the office are so pleasant and helpful too. It is definitely worth the drive for me!

I broke my tooth this past Monday chewing on a skittles and was in a real emergency. I work in a field where I cant go without a front tooth so I had to get a solution quick. Fortunately the Doc was able to get me a bridge and get at least a temporary replacement until my area heals in several weeks. Very nice dentist and his staff are also great as well. Best of all is I dont feel like I was taken advantage of in a bad situation and be overcharged and oversold on stuff.

I have been looking for a good dental clinic near me and recently found Dr. Tans office. I went in for an emergency visit as I had a broken tooth and was really impressed with the dental care here. The exam was done very well without causing me additional pain and I was able to get a treatment plan at very fair prices. Just had my bridge done earlier last week and it looks beautiful.

Dr. tan was great! I had to get 3 wisdom teeth removed, and a filling fixed. He was kind, and attentive. Great in communication! And made me feel as comfortable as possible. I was nervous, but so glad I got these wisdom teeth removed, and I made a great choice in this dental office!

Are they really there on the weekends, as advertised?!Unfortunately I never got the chance to experience their service. I had a dull toothache and made an appointment with my original dentist for next week Friday thinking that I would be able to handle the pain. I woke up this morning at 6 am feeling like I just got punched in the mouth by Mike Tyson! So i did a full blown google search for dental offices that were open on Saturdays. After coming across Spring Complete Care Dentistry and reading their raving reviews, I printed and filled out all the New patient paperwork and drove to their office. From reading their website, their hours are 9am - 4pm. So I got there 10 minutes early. As soon as 9am came around, I proceeded to go into the building, only to find out that no one was in there, closed! I proceeded to call the number provided on google, only to be directed to a voicemail explaining the office hours, which kept mentioning that it would be open on Saturday 9am - 4pm. I was very disappointed and found another dentistry around the block that were open on weekends called Friend-ly dentists. I still called Spring Complete Care Dentistry office at around 10 am to see if they finally opened, and of course, they werent. Overall it worked out for the better because I had such a great experience at the other place!My only concern for Spring Complete Care Dentistry is the fact they advertise being open on Saturdays! Do not preach weekend office hours if no one is following through!

I was looking for a dental office near me for a dental emergency on a Sunday a couple of months back and this was the only office open regularly on Sundays, and thank goodness it was. I called ahead of time and was able to get squeezed in and the Doc was able to help me get some medicines to get my swelling and pain down and brought me back a few days later to do a root canal. If it werent for this office I dont know how I would have pulled through that day. Thank you!

My kids love it here, they are not afraid of the dentist here and always get a nice sealed toy. April the assistant is particularly gentle and nice.

I have been here for 7+ years and it has always been great to go in every 6 months to get a good exam and cleaning. I skipped my exams last year as I was afraid to go out so last week I was here and I am impressed at how they handle the COVID safety protocols with surveys, shields, hygiene, etc. I feel safe here and the people here are great too!

Had to have a broken tooth extracted and was nervous as always about my teeth and pain. I had a terrific experience since all staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable; I was given oral sedation and really didnt feel much at all and have any memory of it lol. I look forward to going back for regular dental appointments. Highly recommend.

My family and I were travelling down in Houston when my tooth suddenly broke. I found Dr. Tan’s office from Google and he really saved me from an otherwise disastrous trip. Ended up getting a root canal to get me out of pain and it was almost painless. Thanks for the help!

I have been here for more than 4 years and Spring Complete Care Dentistry has always taken care of me. I will admit that I try not to go often lol and only for emergencies, but everytime I have a tooth problem I have always had it resolved very nicely and timely. So two thumbs up!!

I, like a lotta people, hate going to the dentist and would rather have my foot caught in a bear trap. Having said that, Dr. Tan and his staff are seriously on fire! Ive never had a more pleasant experience than Ive had here. Everyone is friendly, professional and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.Dr. Tan is amazing. I had a root canal today, not an easy one either, but he walked me through every step and he was extremely thorough. And best of all, ZERO pain. All I have is a little soreness in my gums and thats only because I needed a crown lengthing procedure (and its barely even sore tbh).If youre looking for a dentist, then youre reading these reviews like I did. Youd be a fool if you didnt make Dr. Tan your dentist, hes the best one youll ever find. Ill be coming back here over and over again, without a doubt.

This was my first dentist visit in years and it was amazing. Dr. Tan is a wonderful dentist and so nice and accommodating. I got a tooth extraction and it went beyond well. No pain.

I should have left a great review a couple years ago...but it has only gotten better since then so I guess it adds up. New to the area and hadnt had any dental issues is MANY years I suddenly woke up to a swollen mouth and in a lot of pain. Quick search to find a local dentist and Dr Tan was just a few minutes down the road...and get this! He could see me on Saturday! So...in I went with total anxiety about going to the dentist. He was very warming and calming...gave me meds I needed and made an appt for my extraction. Went a few days later and he made it as comforting as he could. Fast forward about a year and a half...had denture issues mid pandemic. Him and his office did it ALL to keep me anxiety at bay and my cost low. Lots of visits (because he makes sure it is correct) and not one single one triggered anxiety. No other dentist I would have! Thank you Dr Tan and Maria..you both helped so much!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist for many reasons. However, my experience with Dr. Tan and his staff has changed my world. Literally!Not only were my procedures pain free due to Dr Tan trying to be as gentle and cautious as possible but they also made it a priority for me to be comfortable all around! Dr. Tan is the best dentist ever!!! I would give 100 stars if I could. My 16- month-old daughter got the Herpetic Gingivostomatitis after playing in the public playground. As a first time Mom, I didnt know about this virus at all. I only notice she stopped eating for a whole day. Dr. Tan is very gental, very knowledgeable and sweet!! My daughter is a very aggressive kid when she goes to see the doctors. I think Dr. Tan has some magic. Calm her down and check for her. She was keep smiling to Dr. Tan. Thanks for Dr. Tans treatment! Me and my kids have Been going to Dr. Tan for a couple years now. He does good with the kids to make sure they are comfortable and keeps me informed and answers any of my questions. I recently lost my dental insurance and I am still able to get my cleanings because they are affordable for cash patients too.

Friendly doctor but felt as if he was more worried about getting to other patients/doing the most amount of patients than actually taking his time on each. I sort of paid out of pocket and felt as if it wasnt worth it honestlyUpdate: I visited another dentist about 2 weeks after and he found cavities after this doctor had told me I didnt have any. He also had to redo my cleaning

I had an emergency and called beforehand to walk in. They took me in for an exam and did me a favor if I can waited a bit. Dr. Tan filled up the hole in 10 minutes and my pain was gone! I like them.

Ive been going to different dentists trying to find the right one and I really think I finally did!! I visited her in December and I loved it!! I will be staying here and my husband will be coming too. Front desk were very nice and the dentist very awesome! Everyone in the office are very pleasing. I have been going to this Dentistry for almost 5 years now. They are always caring and respectful. Would reccomend them to anyone looking for a very hygienic atmosphere, especially in these times.Best care ever.

Hands down the best dentist that I have ever had!! In my mid 50s now, I went in to the office of Spring Complete Care Dentistry and was prepared to be told it was time to pull teeth and make dentures. Instead, Dr. Jeff Tan expertly placed bridges I had needed for some time and crowned teeth including my front teeth to save them from age cracks and gum line cavities. I literally walked in thinking i would walk out with dentures and instead I now have a set of teeth that actually look better than what I started with many years ago. I am beyond impressed. He was a very caring and compassionate always concerned for my comfort. I can honestly say that every tooth, crown, bridge etc.. than he worked on in my mouth was done as if he were working on his own teeth or one of his own family members. He checked everything several times for perfection with great attention to detail. 5 crowns, one bridge, several cosmetic fillings and a couple of root canals later and I have a toothpaste smile at a price that I was able to afford. I do not rate doctors but I have made an exception here and I am giving this doctor all of my stars. Much thanks to a fantastic doctor and an excellent staff for a lovely and healthy smile.

Wonderful! First time I went there I was in a lot of pain and the service was incredible. Fast, efficient and at a great cost. Dr Tan is great, ended up extracting my wisdom teeth and then doing a cleaning. Already scheduled my next cleaning in 6 months!!!

DONT GO HERE!!! Made an appointment for cleaning and exam, x-rays too big for my mouth so they didn’t do that, got a 10 minute exam but no cleaning. Was told they didn’t have time by one person the other told me something different. Either way I paid for a cleaning and exam and only got an exam, they just want your money!!!

Dr. Tan is awesome! My tooth was painful in March. Dr. Tan solved the problem and relief the pain. I went back in June after reopening to have the preventive cleaning. The staff is friendly. I really satisfied with Dr. Tan. Highly recommend!

I love this office! Thank you Dr. Tan! I use to dread going to the dentist, but not anymore! Dr. Tan and his team are very welcoming. I even bring my dog to sit in the waiting area for me to finish getting my teeth check up.Also, the new orthodontist is very nice. I didnt get my braces there, but he helped me fix my old retainers and he also sanded down my tooth. My mom and I have been looking for a general dentist in Spring since we arrived in Summer and drove past Dr. Tan’s office last month. I did a quick search and found good reviews, as did my mother last week, so we figured we would give it a try. It was a great experience. When my tooth cracked yesterday I was able to find Dr. Tan’s office and Maria at the front was kind enough to get me in on short notice. Dr. Tan examined the tooth thoroughly and determined that there was a serious, deep crack in the tooth and the tooth had to come out. I was able to get the extraction done the same day and felt light years better. Dr. Tan really is a great dentist and does his best to take care of his patients. I am glad I found him and will continue to use the office for future dental work.

Both my son and myself have seen Dr. Tan and I can say that he is very caring, thorough, and works hard to ensure the work is done right. He does not mind spending extra time with a patient to ensure they have everything they need. Dr. Tans office is terrific! I needed to replace a partial and Dr. Tan was able to take the time to introduce me to flexible partials which I wasnt even aware existed. Had impressions taken and several weeks later received my new partials. Feels light years better than my old metal ones. Definitely a great experience here!

Im disappointed that I cant get an appointment. It seems that unless my teeth are falling out my health can be put on hold for the next couple of months. I wasnt looking for a simple routine check up I need a dentist. As someone who works in the healthcare field, I understand that there are inherent risk to working day in and day out with people. I wish this practice felt the same as well.

I visited Spring Complete Care Dentistry for the first time last week and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Everyone from the dentist to the receptionist was really helpful. The assistants were great too. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a good dentist in the area.
